Education / Re: Re Unical Raping Dean A Cry For Help! by tunergy(m): 4:44pm On Sep 09, 2015
ZDXQ:
I believe by now you all must have read the story of Prof.Ndifon the Dean of law university of calabar who was accused of raping a 400 level student of same faculty.if not follow this link..

https://www.nairaland.com/2586555/dean-faculty-law-unical-accused

This post was ignited by response from people who believe that the dean is been set up, I believe its high time Nairaland and Nigerian authorities know about the man called prof Cyril ndifon the Dean Faculty of Law University of Calabar.

First if you come in contact with a law student or a friend to any body who has dealings with the faculty of law university of calabar, will strongly attest to the fact that the faculty has turned to a Red Zone for female students, this is not unconnected with the daily activities of prof Ndifon who takes delight in Raping students, what makes his worst from other lecturers is that he does not hide his acts from people..he flagrantly displays his randy tendencies from classroom to his office which is his ''Slaughter House''.
His mode of operation includes failing students, tearing scripts in exam hall, omitting of results, direct request to either take things to his office or cleaning the office. When such students approach him he will keep them in line and ask them to come in one after another, and you are asked to either sleep with him or give him mouth action while he refiles his energy with a chilled Can of Stout beer which he has in abundance in his refrigerator, in his own words he will say '' Relax let me take a Stout''.....It should be noted that this acts of his are not done once In a while but its done daily including saturdays where he usually set classes or test.

A walk down to his office one afternoon was a gory sight as a lecturer was seen blocking the door while a female voice was heard screaming for help inside the Dean's office, we waited at a corner to see the end and behold a female law student came out crying with her skirt in shreds..thus this is a usual thing to see within the faculty complex, you can only help but pity the victims, the situation is made worst by the fact that he brags before students that he is untouchable been a professor of law.
On a normal day the Professor of law should be drunk before 1pm while the chasing and raping of anything on skirt begins from 1.30 pm to 7 pm when he retires back home, this same professor sometime last year raped a student he offered a lift in his car in broad day light and asked her out of the car (hyundai ix35) when he was done, five girls from my set were raped in his office, it is worthy of note that he does not do hotels but uses his office during official hour and sometimes recruiting the help of staffs (esp his cliq of friends) to help in holding the door where any girl tries to be stubborn. sometimes we feel he is possessed or something but what we do not get is why the School authorities are keeping mute over the issue..the life of an average female law student in the faculty is that of misery as a lot have suffered greatly in the hands of the ''take a stout'' professor, many dropped the program, many repeated and are still repeating, many managed to graduate with 3rd class.

Am using this medium to call on the appropriate authorities to come to the rescue of students in that faculty and also to parents to desist from sending their wards to the faculty to study law until something is done, because that your precious daughter might just be the next to test the strength of a Professor of Law powered by Foreign Extra Stout.

"IN AN UNJUST SOCIETY, SILENCE IS A CRIME"

With all this long story yoi wrote, how many times did you report this Prof?

I keep saying Evil thrives when the just refuses to speak up.

Imagine how many ladies this Baxterd must have violated.
Thank Rasta, someone decided to speak up and see where we are.

He was recently employed as a supervisor in one hotel at alimosho LGA Lagos State. According to him, the work load is tedious because apart from supervising, he also handles their account. He was surprise when his MD says his salary will be 15k for first 3moth after which it will be increased to 20k. Going off will be twice in a week and his house is Stone throw to the hotel. How can he possible accept this offer as a graduate of Accounting . Pls advice

Is your friend a fresh blood? (New graduate) or has he got some prior experience.

If he has experience then he can run from that job.
But if this is his first job and the money is his first focus not the opportunity to learn.

Tell him to resign immediately cos he will only be working with grudges.

Experience open up doors to opportunities which nrings in money.

I can testify to that.

with daily usage of the new buyer, the screen condition will deteriorate and the screen will eventually need to be replaced. and changing a folllow-come 5s screen with a new screen means the fingerprint touch sensor is lost. which then makes the 5s more or less a 5. im ready to pay 30k last

Really, you should buy an Iphone5 not this 5s.
Cos that price won't do anybody any justice.

I am a parent myself and i see a lot of parents over indulging their children/wards,

This most times result in need to correct same behaviours.

I have a friend who would not allow his wife scold their son no matter what the boy did, however at a family gathering, the boy walked up to the table where daddies were discussing and he dipped his hands into the bow of groundnuts,

We were all held back and when his father called him back to return the groundnuts, he paused for a few secs and walked away anyway.

You could visibly see the embarrassment on the fathers face.
But i can tell you the boy has never been spanked before in his life and i don't think words are cutting it for him either.
And he is just 5 years.

Say NO to tribalism
I wonder when i see people like you who fight for their tribe and religion and speak against others tribe and religion.
Tomorrow you will be the first to shout RACISM when a white man does so against a black.
Why wont the white look down on us when we cant be our brother's keeper.
It is folly to fight for a religion, tribe or race. These are things we didnt choose on our own accord. We only came to the world and found ourselves as Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Efik, Igala, Ibibio, Annang, Bikwara, Yala, Tiv, Idoma,....

If you have thought of it that you could have been an Igbo, you wouldn't come here to spew trash concerning other tribes.

If you are moved by these words please try put these to a halt, else continue and see where it leads you, see how much it credits to your account.

I hate these fights between Igbo & Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo. It irks me so much. Let's put it to a halt!

SAY NO TO TRIBALISM/RACISM

OUR BROTHERS SHOULD STOP DISGRACING US too

No one knows what really happened but everyone helped in to make the smoke stop but everyone tried the best they could. Many people treasure material things in their lives, however the value of a thing could be effectively seen when we lose the thing, checkout this current man’s reaction to losing his Land Rover to fire.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fprgtuKrX0

If the man in the video that cried (at mark 1:00) had insured the SUV, his insurance company would replace him with another car (has this ever happened in Nigeria NL ?) or fund him to buy another one. I feel for the guy in the second video. I have a feeling there are viable insurance companies in Nigeria only that people take such for granted. You may also argue that Nigerians don't trust insurance companies because they feel they may be cheated at some point. Imagine a scenario, you are paying every month, about 20,000 Naira for 5 years and nothing happened after the 5th year. How would you feel and do you think it's worth it to insure your car ?

In some countries, a portion of the insurance monthly fee is given back to the owner via filling for a tax refund (on condition that the person makes less income after a year), is this possible in Nigeria ?

Insurance companies in Nigeria Operate in similar ways with their counterparts around the world.

The premium you pay is a Fraction of the cost of the car sometimes as low as 4% P/A.

However lots of people think they are smart by not buying insurance, reason being what if nothing happens.

See it like this:
1: If you buy insurance and something happens, your loss will be replaced = No Loss
2: You buy insurance and nothing happens, you only parted with a fraction of the car cost and you still have your car.
3: You didn't buy insurance and something happened, you wouldn't have lost your premium(which is good for you) but your car is gone too. What is left is Wailing.

Insurance is actually a smart choice for the Smart.

Comprehensive Insurance that is.
