Well bro. I am not a professional, but i can tell you that your friend is right. Attraction is hard to understand. Women are somehow connected to a guy they have had intercourse with. Also, the only time it is hard to have sex with a lady is the first time, and it is usually because she not yet comfortable with the guy, once she does, the guy wont go through a lot to get into her pants the next time. If the guy should approach her again, he knows the right places to touch and things to do in order to get her in the mood for intercourse.

Well, you are supposed to do kegel(I.e squeeze ur p.c(pubococygenus muscle) twenty times and albove every day for three weeks and that's it. Just three weeks.

Okay!. Straight to the main issue. If you have done the kegel and still no significant improvement in curing your premature ejaculation problem. Well here is the solution. It is called reverse kegel. Nb : this is not a replacement for the regular kegel, but just and addition.

So how do you do reverse kegel?. I will keep it simple(no technical languages). While having sex, you will notice, if you are observant, that there's always that sharp involuntary clenching of your PC muscle, that sharp involuntary squeezes is part of what is making you ejaculate so soon. So what you have to do is to just make a sharp push, as if you wanna urinate (3 times). It will relax your PC muscle and will rreduce your sexual tension.

Also, whenever you notice you are about to get to the point of ejaculation, just push as if u wanna urinate(reverse kegel), and then tighten your p.c muscle( do it three times). Remember to Take deep breathes while doing the exercise.

As you keep practising you will get better from 2minutes to 4, 5, 10, etc
