Damod88: And you think by carrying out the said revolution things will begin to change. If that's your take, then u are deceiving yourself. Mark my words, unemployment will continue to worsen in Nigeria no matter who is power and the system of government. It is just that we don't have the means to create jobs in addition to low skilled manpower. South Africa has a more developed economy and also has one of the highest unemployment rates in Africa. We are suffering from lack of scientific and technological development as a country to generate enough jobs in addition to high population growth rate. God bless you! You hit right on the head.. Your last statement should be studied |

johndoexxx: Brownee aka afonjas don't know anything. Days of media propaganda as the most educated are over, now that we have online media. Notice they don't say they are the most educated anymore? Because other tribes now will attack them because they have seen enormous, consistent facts that they are no where near Igbos. It's Igbos, followed by Edo, then the Ijaws, Akwa-Cross, then North Central, even some North West before Afonjas. Last three WAEC, states like Nasarawa, even Kano were above 2 SW states. These people like to package themselves... if exposed, other tribes in Nigeria will be looking at them like this. wow, so much hate |

Business is very risky. In-fact, it's gamble - You can never be certain how things will turnout, even with the best ideas, best team etc. If you do not heed my advice and something goes wrong, your friend will become your enemy. ok sir, thanks very much |

I just started my personal business. Although I started small, i intend to grow little by little one step at a time. Then came this friend of mine who talked to me about a joint venture. He has very little or no idea about the biz. He offered me cash to enlarge the business but the problem is that I'm scared. I've never thought of doing a joint business with someone. Even though his cash would make a great impact on the business, i really don't want to take it. Am someone that likes getting things done on my own.
Please what do y'all suggest? |

Nigeria - Madagascar ft X Other tips. Cs 0-0 Half time/full time x/x Even before Madagascar played their win against Burundi, my mind already told me it's a draw. Just a draw would see Madagascar qualify. Nigeria has already qualified so the coach would rest players and test new legs. I saw this in my dream |

HARDBUOI: Huh? I hope u know the meaning of the word "endorsement" OK then what is ur own meaning of success.. Tell me what Tobi has achieved. I even heard some1 mentioning "he is a son of a billionaire" as a success. Una no go kill me for here I swear fyi, that 'they didn't caught me' guy currently has about 3 endorsement deals. I guess that your own idea of success. The Tobi you're talking about, is presently the brand ambassador for Delta soap, and brand influencer for amstel malta. He has hosted the most number of shows more than any former housemate, and has worked with the following brands- Durex condoms, Vaseline Nigeria, Mouka foam, Zenith Bank and so many others. Now if this is not success to you, then i don't know what is. |

ogbonti: You can only do well in a business you already have an idea of how it is done, not a business someone told you about that is lucrative and baaam, u jump in to cash in. For instance, you work as a store boy helping a master sell Benz spare parts. Let’s say you do that for like 5 years, you will learn from your master’s success and mistakes, what to buy that moves (say head lamps or gear box) and what NOT to buy that may take too long to sell, (maybe steering or bumper) I am not an expert in this, I am just being hypothetical. So over the years, you will also learn what parts move in certain seasons, maybe during rainy season, radiators sell more or dry season the brake pads or cooling unit sell more, I hope U following, also when u work as an apprentice, through your boss’s interactions with his vendors, you will know where to buy that’s cheaper with warranty and also get feed back on the trends in the industry. You will even have your own contacts (importers) sooner than you think, and start having your own client base (auto mechanics and collision experts in your area). So when you start off being your own boss or business owner, it won’t be like you are throwing yourself to the lion to be eaten raw. It will be a seamless transition, as you would have saved considerably over those years, and because you already have contacts due to these years of being a trusted apprentice, you may not need all that capital to start procuring your first stocks, as trust from the vendors who know you through your former boss may come handy. Now trust takes time to earn, its not what you wish for overnight.
Memory verse , NEVER START A BUSINESS YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT OR HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING IN FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS. Take some time to learn the ropes. It is not everything you google and find the correct answer. Some things are learnt from experience but let that experience come at the expense of your boss, who you work for as an apprentice or employee than from you running into debt. Good luck! wow! Thank you for your time sir.. God bless you |

ogbonti: Business is not for everyone It is for the shrewed, the frugal, detail-oriented and non - compassionate individuals. OK enough of Grammar, basic rules Never borrow money, especially interest loans to start a business. If you have to borrow, make sure it is from friends or relatives who won't breath down your neck when u are trying to break even. Lastly, never start a business you have not served someone for a couple of years!!!!! from your last sentence sir, why? and whats the major significance? And how many years at least? |
Business › Re: My Business Has Failed! Please Advise Me by TVTKOKO(m): 9:24pm On Jun 16, 2019 |
coldFLARES1: Sorry, you'll have to learn from this experience. But, more than the business, I can gather than you got the hammer after losing money to seeking fraudulent ways to quickly multiply your money.
Should you want to take another chance at venturing into production, be sure not to start off with loan financing. It is not easy to break even in a market where you don't have a monopoly, moreso where you come with an added disadvantage of not having a properly packaged product.
Per chance you feel convinced about the viability of your production business and would still want to access loan financing, then pay attention to the rate at which your are borrowing. From your write-up, I can deduce that you borrowed at a monthly rate of 13.5%. That's enough to make your venture D.O.A.
Furthermore, be careful to negotiate some grace period before commencing repayments. Such period afford your business the time to find some measure of stability.
Kudos to you for trying out at this very young age. Please inform your creditor about the death of your business and work to repay his money with the agreed interests. God bless you sir.. I learnt from your post. Btw, what's D.O.A? |

This is funny but true. I think I'm weird lol. One cup? Nah.. Two.? Never! I use up to three jugs of water for brushing my teeth alone and it's not intentional. I would carry a full bucket of water to bath and half of it would go to brushing alone! I'm always baffled when some people use a cup or even half to brush. There's always this odd feeling i have while brushing. It's the spirits in my head telling me that it's not yet clean enough,so I'd brush and brush until I get that crisp feel
Thank goodness i don't have mouth odour but I just feel my mind is playing games with me. |

Romance › Re: 10 Characteristics That Make You Attractive To A Woman- You Need Just One by TVTKOKO(m): 6:11am On Jun 09, 2019 |
justli: A few things any man can attain to effortlessly attract females:
1. Money. Everybody already know this and every man should be able to make his fair share
2. Handsome looking, this no doubt will attract females just like butterflies on flowers. But we all don't have baby faces, but that is not a problem
3. Good-looking: A guy who has learnt to dress nicely would most assuredly get his fair cut of the pie. You are going to get and keep women. Think about it, regardless of your look, women just can't keep their eyes of you any time you dress nicely. The sauce is the dress.
4. Good physique: yes, a great physique attract women just like it attracts men too. If you don't have money and not so blessed with looks, hit the gym. Give yourself a great shape and dress well and watch the miracle happen in your life.
With this said, no man should come here and complain about girls only loving money bags. You, what are you bringing to the table? Money you don't have, fine to no fine, shape na shapeless . If you were a girl would you date you. Go work on yourself man. This! God bless your thinking faculty sir |
