bartino: You should know that the VO won't start opening the website of your company or making a phone call to see if the media company you worked is related to science or chemistry. You can tell him that you were in the section that publish about science in the science section of the weekly magazine. That your interest lies in communication the beauty of science to high school students, the community and the society at large. So you were part of the team that handles different scientific messages to the community. If he ask example of scientific messages. You can say mostly public awareness, like hygiene, safety, etc Basically you told him to lie at a visa application... and you wonder why your applications are treated with skepticism. You should know that information on DS160 forms are checked BEFORE visa interviews. |

Awesu122: Good it always raise eye brow once VOs see the i20 of that school guess that was why I wasted 4 chances thank God I realized early then I have the opportunity to go again now this time with another standard school in Kentucky Lol! Thank "god" you realized EARLY after 4 attempts?? Did you think the prior VOs had no idea what they were talking about when they clearly told you this school was not good? Unfortunately you've damaged your credibility. 4 attempts at this school tells them you are not a serious student (else you would have been more diligent in your search), and you're desperate. A very easy way to tell if a school is bad - a majority of its faculty are minorities. |

Gotten admission letters already from New York Film Academy ,Regent University and Sacred Heart Uni. I know I will write my transcript here in good fate for people to tap into the blessing soon. All those that will be attending interview soon, success ! God bless us all. chichi93: Good day house, please I will like to ask if it is wrong to use a government or public hospital in the US. Some one told me that your visa will not be renewed or you will be banned. Please is this true if you wld be paying all the normal self pay fees and no Medicaid or assistance? Also please has anybody in the house successfully renewed a visa or experienced issues renewing a visa after using a public hospital? I don't recall that there are "government" hospitals in the US. Hospitals here are privately owned, except maybe VA hospitals. Be that as it may, the hospital you use is not the problem, the issue is when you use public assistance in defraying the costs of childbirth. That is not allowed under the terms of your visa. |

chika77: Hello everyone, I have been a silent reader and i have been following this trend from PART 1. I kinda need help about a particular post of a sister that gave birth in Philadelphia, PA and stayed in NEW JERSEY. I searched for the post from the beginning to the end but i couldn't find it. Mamas and Papas in the house, i need information about that particular post or anyone that have DOCTOR & HOSPITAL DETAILS around Philadelphia, PA That is closer to NEW JERSEY..
The challenges am facing is, my host is in NJ and very close to Philadelphia, PA so, i can't use ST. MARY'S or ST PETERS because the two hospitals are so far away from the city am going to be staying.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE I NEED HELP.
THANK YOU. The question is what part of NJ? Depending on where, Philadelphia may be 5 mins or more than an hr away. St Mary's is in Langhorne... if i'm correct. Langhorne is roughly 30 minutes from Philly. So again, it depends on what part of NJ your host lives. |

Hello nefertitiram,
I and my DW have a B1/B2 US Visa. She was pregnant at the time of interview and the VO didn't ask about that so we didn't mention it. We told him we were going on vacation. Now, I want her to birth in the US and I don't want any POS issues or future visa denial due to misinterpretation or misuse of visa. She's 24 weeks now and I'm thinking we can go on vacation now and come back in 2 weeks as we stated. And then she can leave for childbirth before/on 30 weeks.
(I just hope they won't think the trip is for childbirth before its obvious she is pregnant, although I plan to pay upfront for the 2 weeks hotel bills before the trip) PLEASE ADVISE. Your urgent response will be gladly appreciated. My email is haykay15@yahoo.com just in case you need to send a PM.
Thank you. But the trip is actually for childbirth no? You just said so yourself. |

taiworhoda: Good day everyone, madam bendel, seyewest and others pls help us go thru our transit and point where we have gone wrong in today's interview. March8/3/2017.
VO: good morning Hubby and I: morning how is work today VO: fine, thanks. VO: where in d Usa are u going? Hubby and I: Baltimore, maryland VO: why maryland Wife: it as a lot of tourist attraction centers VO: where would u like to visit Hubby : Answered VO: where will u be staying Wife: we've made a reservation at bla bla bla hotel. Vo: where do u work Hubby: so so bank Vo: so u have worked for 8 years Hubby : yes Vo: madam where do u work? Wife: bla bla bla as this and that Vo: have u traveled before? Wife: yes, we have been to dubai and Ghana for a family vacation. Vo: what are u job functions, he asked my hubby Hubby: bla bla bla Vo: u applied last year June and u worked as an Atm custodian Hubby: yes, and explained Vo: He stood and started typing for like 20secs,
The next thing was to bring out the blue paper and said sorry I cannot forge ahead with ur application, kindly go thru this form and apply next time. I immediately asked why he denied us the visa but he didn't say anything, he just said we should go thru the blue paper and re-apply. Pls my people in the house can u pls explain where we have gone wrong to be denied. And pls can we apply immediately again? This is d second time.[/color] 1. Not a whole lot to see in Baltimore to be honest (outside the harbor)... its a really boring place (though i suggest you look for the $1 oysters!). 2. Seems there was an inconsistency in your job title between this and your previous application. |

She provided it and when she saw $4000, asked if it was vaginal or CS, the lady said vaginal and the VO replied while shaking her head and in a sarcastic way "why so low"? The lady replied, ehm! I got a discount, and the next thing, sorry you are not qualified at this time. That is actually very low. That is less than what most middle class families pay in insurance premiums per annum! |

drafrican: Unsafe POE are places where alot of people are refused entry such as chicago and houston I have never used JFK ur most likely to meet a black or indian cbp at dulles/bwi so they themselv.es are not pure breed americans imho Etihad and qatar have had a few issues lately with passengers being turned baack for flimsy reasons so its reasonable to be wise and go through places like atlanta or dallas where they are reasonable I might be wrong pls anyone flying british airways do you know if they accept naira or I must pay in dollars That is bizarre. There is no correlation between "safety" and being denied/allowed entry at a POE. If you're a genuine traveller, you should have zero problems at any POE... they are staffed by the same agency, following the exact same laws. The idea that you can zero in on certain POEs as "safe" simply because you think they'd be staffed by "blacks or Indians" is absurd. Basically you're saying the "blacks or Indians" do not apply the rules the same way as the "whites" or in simple language - are just as crooked as we are. What is a "pure breed American"? No one is turned back for "flimsy reasons". The rules are the rules. Thousands of people follow them and are let in at the same POEs daily. Lastly, to the section i highlighted... thank you for reinforcing the view that we are fundamentally a dishonest set of people hellbent on looking for loopholes to exploit rather than follow simple rules. Bravo. |

Momo13: I do not agree, that's not entirely true. I may not contest not being granted entry but i definitely can ask to be certified fit to fly as a pregnant woman. That is MY opinion. There was a related case years back, of course no doctor would dare! Yes you can, but will mostly be ignored. If you did not feel fit to fly then why did you make the attempt to fly to the US in the first place? If no doctor would dare, then you just admitted that the "fit to fly" certification with which you boarded the flight to the US was a fraud. We cannot simply continue to hold other nations to ransom over our own selfish needs. |

SMH some comments on this story are really sad and irritating! Oh well.. Im just gonna jump and pass. To be honest, she really was not in a position to make demands. You cannot challenge a decision made by the CBP and they are not legally obligated to entertain your demands. |

Unfortunately, you have no legal recourse to challenge a CBP officer's decision. While true that the family did nothing wrong, I think the CBP has also made clear that having a visa does not give you a right to enter the United States. |

DH: we are married. V.O: for how long? DH: ............... VO: Any kids? DH: No but we are expecting VO: So what exactly do u do in your place of work. DH: ....................... VO: what is your highest qualification? DH:........................... VO: turns to me and asks me to describe my job role and my highest qualification Me:................ VO: what's your purpose of traveling? DH: childbirth VO: so how do u intend to afford it when yo have been married for a short time, have u been able to save? DH: I had savings before marriage which was in a fixed deposit. V.O: ok so have you contacted any doctor and do you have any idea what it would cost? Me: Yes I did some research and I came across my doctor who has high ratings and I contacted him. Here is the correspondence indicating the cost as well. VO: glances through and nods! Am glad you chose a good hospital. VO: Do u have any relatives in US? Me: No I don't. V.O:where wld you be staying? Me:I intend to use Soulcare concierge, I contacted them and I was sent a copy of their rates which I used to plan. V.O:How long do u intend to stay? Me: 8 weeks V:O: I think that is too short cos baby may be too tender to fly. Contact your doctor and ensure you fly at the appropriate time with the baby. V.O turns to D.H and jokingly asks if he wld be going with me or when the baby arrives. DH: smiles and says he wld be there much later to welcome baby because of work. V.O: ok that's great! Your visa wld be ready in 3working days.bla bla bla Hope this helps some one.. Good things happen to people who are honest. Welcome to America. |

lol this is simple show off. First, most movies are not available for the first month after being released in the cinema, so you either still have to see them in the cinema or wait and wait.
Second, his home theater isn't all that great... approximately $20,000 should get you the kind of room he has. Many middle class Americans have far more sophisticated movie rooms than he does. For example, he uses all in-ceiling speakers... which is not good for a home theater. My front 2 speakers alone would be more expensive than all the speakers in his room combined.
Nigerians should not be fooled by instagram photos. |
