Christianity Etc › Re: Why Do Second Born Son Always Oushine The Frist Born Son.are We Cursed. by twosquare(m): 9:53am On Apr 23, 2017 |
CHIZZNEWS:
i am writing this with pains because i feel this unfair and unjust. And u said God is Just and Fair Why would God just hate esau (firstborn)and love jacob (second born) for no go reason even before they were born. is that not unfair and unjust. i am from the family of six though the only boy. i got a mom who always remind me am cursed that all first born are.And giving the instances of people around it seems to be true. Frist born might be intelligent, brilliant and sometimes very hardworking but always end up not succeeding. Most second son doesn't even struggle to succeed. they just do it with less effort Biblically it seems all firstborn male have been cursed right from esau till date. i really don't wanna believe this because to be sincere i have even start having doubts God exist though it seems clear. my mum will always make it in way if u don't abide by all her rules and regulation she reminds u that u are cursed and remind u of times when u get things hard and your siblings get it the easy way. To the point of we writing jamb. i know she believes i will fail and believe my younger sis will always pass. though i know the hard work i go to everyday and try to find time and jack my books. To the point she told she dream i fail jamb. i am frustrated now sef . cant even read sef.. so atheist, Christians even pagan do u believe frist born are cursed ?? how can u explain instances of many second born outshining the first born. Frist born in the building. how is it with you.. Luke 2:23. We all make our own choices. If you believe you are cursed, then you will be but remember, God has redeemed us from the curse of the Law. It's just a dysfunctional system that is making it to seem as if guys are cursed but we have folks in other countries making it big time despite being first born. Even though first or last or middle, excuse me, which does the Nigerian state favors? Better suck it up and take your destiny into your own hands before they speak evil into your life, and it is pathetic that you are siding with them. Excuse me, Enoch was (is) the first born of his parents, but had a testimony shining for all ages.... Some are making it, not by believing in such demonic and religious bullcrap, but by simply sheer intelligence. Observe the law of the earth and you will see why some are behind and others ahead.. Time and chance... Use it well. |

ephi123: They are comparing to Venezuela because it is an oil-producing nation, but there are many other oil-producing nations managing their economies as best as they can so why do we have to compare ourselves to the worst? Should our standards be that low?
I read just a few days ago that their inflation was 700%, is that the kind of country to use as a yardstick? I think not. lol... That's true. Norway is also an oil-producing country... One of the best we have around but we are too quickly to pull the "population card." |

ephi123: See people comparing Nigeria to Venezuela to console themselves
I laugh in Spanish. But your leaders travel to UK and US for medical healthcare, why can't they go to Venezuela since that is our comparable yardstick now? Jokers. Not only Venezuela, it's Colombia.
In any case, the IMF does not determine what we do, let the CBN take the best course of action. Eod. I think you are getting it wrong. Those who compared Nigeria to Venezuela are doing a comparison of economic failure... That Nigeria is following same formula they did that made their economy to collapse... Only difference is that we're not a socialist state. Venezuela, right now, is in trouble... Down to their last reserve, inflation is super high, crime rate way off the roof, people queuing for food and looting stores, connected citizens flying out of the country... |

Start from somewhere, and I'll say you start with the Book of Revelations. The last book of the Bible. There is a reason to this, and you cultivate your love for God slowly. Until it blooms into a tree. If you also want to read spiritual articles for your soul and to develop your spiritual life, kindly contact me at https://www.scribeofrighteousness.netApple1992: Goodmornining house.
please i need your candid advice please lead a Brother to a right path.
I found out that am lost, and am Weak spiritually .
I don't read my bible i find it so boring, even flipping throw the pages of the bible is something i hate doing.
I can't remember when last i step my foot in church, maybe 4years ago.
I hardly pray, even when am about to sleep, or wake up i find it so irritating in fact when the family is up to prayer the don't bother to call me, because the the know i won't come.
Okay , this morning i heard my parent and siblings singing song , the were about to pray, i force myself to attend the morning prayer, when i got there, my mum and dad were happy, even without being told, i saw it in their face. my dad asked me to lead the family in short prayer. I was shocked that i couldn't pray , i was stammering when praying, i didn't know the exactly words to use. This really touch me, i really want to change , i love God, i believe in His existence. please i will appreciate every piece of advice thanks.

Dottore: They said there's steady weekly supply of dollars by CBN yet Naira is still falling. I don't understand. Can someone pls explain. The worst is that I sold my precious dollar saving at 387 weeks ago. You shouldn't have. I said that this their fire brigade approach is not sustainable but many called me names, even eegunmogaji was called a speculator. I SMH at people who can't see beyond now...these are still the early days of 2017...people should not laugh yet at those who predicted N600 plus to a $. You just fell a victim to fear mongers who thought selling of all the dollars will still make the naira to rise...nah...the IMF statement was what nailed the coffin of the Naira. Titi03: When I was a child, my parents took me and left Nigeria to start a brand new life in the States. As an only child it was such a painful and lonely experience for me to leave all my extended family and friends behind.
Years later, after graduating from the University, I planned to relocate for NYSC but my boyfriend (now husband) proposed and my plans took a back sit with all wedding preparations. Mind you, my husband is also Nigerian. Anyway, we got married and things have been great.. we both have great careers and doing very well financially.
The problem is my husband wants to remain here. He refuses to return back as he suffered in Nigeria before coming to the States. He tells me Nigeria is not what I think it is and he doesn't see any prospects for his career in Nigeria. But I can't seem to shake off the strong desire to return back home. I have longed for this since I was brought here by my parents. I feel trapped in the States against my wish - first by my parents and now my husband. I refused to integrate into the system because I always thought I wouldn't be here forever. Aside from my husband I live a lonely life.
Should I relocate without my husband? I have strong ties with family back home. Please any advise or comment will be appreciated. These are just nostalgic feelings..I know how you feel...seriously but please, stay where you are and visit occasionally if you want to relieve that pressure. But to move here is a bad move, since you are doing well over there. Trust me and heed to the warnings. |

ireneblush: Hello people, just this evening I finally told my parents and my sister of the incident that occurred with my would be brother in law. Everyone was around so I decided to free my mind. At first my sister laughed and said I should stop talking.that April fool is past, but when they saw that I was serious, mom started crying, saying that I want to scatter my sister's wedding, that why do I hate men. Dad told me that am lying, they where all furious like am mad. So I called my brother in law to be,i put the call on speaker and asked him why he wanted to rape me. He went ahead saying stuffs like "am sorry, it was the devil, please forgive me" Everyone was surprised. well my parents told my sister that the ball is in her court, that they will support her in any decision she takes. I feel a burden lifted, but then again I feel so bad because I actually think my sister is expecting. You did the right thing dear...don't regret anything...and please, if your sister decided to go ahead...try as much as possible to stay away from that home...he might still try to make a move in the future...either by lacing your drink or another way..just stay away. |

missdivineprove: lol @too spiritual. Well, these are some of the challenges we have in gospel music, even in music video Production. Most of the producers, directors are not even Christians. In order to blend the music into what suit their views and opinion, they reduce the original divine flavour of the song. It takes a spirit minded song writer /singer to understand these. You have a sweet voice...I listened to one of your songs just now. Keep it up and continue in that which you do...the Lord will uplift you in due season. |

missdivineprove: you are right in a Way though. If you've listened to Chris Delvan's songs before, you will know it is close to that of old even though he rendered it in English. As popular as Sinaj is, I'm not into her songs...I remember a MOG who went to the studio to record, and the producer said he should tone it down that his songs are too spiritual...funny...so, they want what's in vogue...you can't compare the songs of Lakin Ladeebo, Ayewa Adelakun with what we have vow even though they rendered it in indigenous languages... |
