you expect me to pay 270 when dollar crashed . If you want the best rate then transact while it's at it peak. Keep waiting till its back to 200 in the parallel and expect me to pay you 270.
No be fight, man. When I contacted you, I could see you stated N300 or so in a post here on that day. I didn't think dollar value slumped by N100 in matter of hours.

SGCSolutions, do you buy Payoneer? If yes, what's your rate like for a $50 exchange? Also, I'd love to know what country's PayPal account you use and if it's possible to make a direct withdrawal to it.

I think you should get around the official rate (ca. N197) in that case, which isn't fair much either.

How much do you think you'll get using the card? After all fees, you get about N186 per dollar for 20K withdrawal. No be today.

Bob, you berra be happy where you are. You'd probably not be there if this season is not 'wildly depressing.'
In other news, it's good to follow one's hunch every now and then. I felt Vardy would score against Liverpool seeing their horror show against Norwich, but didn't want to be undone by the crowd mentality regarding Aguero. Switched and the rest, as they say, is history. undecided cry
Business › Re: Loading Of Payoneer Card In Nigeria... How Possible? by U1(m): 8:25am On Jan 27, 2016
godownson:
Hello everyone,
Please I would like to load funds into my payoneer card from my nigerian debit card.
However I would like to know how possible it is since the federal government ban on money transfer outside Nigeria.
Payoneer is an international MasterCard so I would like to know if the current ban did affect it.
Has anyone tried loading a payoneer card recently?... And if yes, then from which bank/card?.
Thanks.
I didn't think the ban was total; just restriction on spending limit. But since I have not used my card for online transaction recently, maybe you should try to see if the ban is total and let others know. You should be ready to pay parallel market rate (around N300) if that works, though.

But if you have previously used your Payoneer account for transactions and need no more than $150, you can get in touch with me. $1 - N240.

You should just get in touch with one of these companies doing USA to Nigeria shipping (search for them). I used Circuit Atlantic for this purpose to get a replacement card back in 2013 and paid about $20 (including transfer to Akwa Ibom, where I was at the time).

You've asked a very good question but in a f**lish manner.

When will you be smart and think smart?

For your information, I move it out to where you can't understand and moreover, I know some piece of information of payoneer that you can never think of.
Did you have to be rude, Mr. Smart? Well, it goes to show how 'smart' you indeed are. I asked a question in a foolish manner; yet, you neither suggested the 'wise' way to ask the same nor provided an answer to the one asked. I rest my case. Guess this is a public forum, unless you've made it private without telling us.

----Avoid getting rate as low as N185/$ whenever you withdraw with your PAYONEER mastercard on ATM.

----Also avoid the risk of getting your PAYONEER mastercard swallowed by ATM machine.

---- Do not always leave fund in your PAYONEER to avoid hacking that will cart away your fund, get card
blocked and you'll have to wait for days or pay money to get another one shipped to you....

But rather sell your PAYONEER fund to us at N200/$ with instant payout!
Call/Whatsapp us on 0 8 0 9 1 8 3 3 8 6 6 or send a mail to info@ijamsolution.com telling us that you want to sell your PAYONEER fund.
You tried. So, is it not in one account you're going to keep funds transferred to you? Person wey no dey try use him brain go see pepper for this country sha.

The problem is that payoneer doesn't support all sites, especially non American sites.
Well, that's another angle to it. The card is prepaid and so may not work on some sites. I have only used it for GoDaddy payments. Read somewhere that it works on Aliexpress, although I haven't yet had the time to confirm that.

Which one is standard loading option?
It's the free option that requires waiting two business days for the card to be loaded. The same-day loading option (two hours) attracts extra $2.5 fee, which I'd rather not pay considering how much is already lost in fees.

Next time, use Fidelity bank.. Their rate is within 192-193/$1 and sometimes N200. I run from those popular banks. Also, you can download Payoneer Android app, and change it to naira view to check the amount you have in local currency.
Please, I'd like to know if that rate is inclusive of the usual $3.15 ATM withdrawal fee. Can you give an example of total payable for a withdrawal of $107.17?

I'm in Lagos. But I currently have just $103 left in my account. $1 - N225 if interested. I can get $250 more at this time, but that will take 3 days to be loaded on the card because I normally use Standard loading option.

Shame on those respondents here, and on every thread on this site, who add tribal colouration to everything, both good and bad. Why can't you simply condemn something that is bad and commend something good for what they are rather than the tribe involved? Shame on you, tribal bigots! You're a big disgrace to this country and, perhaps, to humanity and good reasoning.

stagger:
Well, I am telling you what was obtainable just before the CBN banned foreign payments with Naira MasterCards entirely.

a) You receive Moneygram or Western Union: you MUST receive the cash in Naira at the official rate. In other words, the banks buy it off you at maybe N198 to $1.
b) You use your foreign cards on a Nigerian ATM. You are paid official rate or even less (Payoneer is about 193). So the banks again, have earned dollars on the cheap as the foreign banks must settle the transaction in USD.

Now it gets interesting.

a) You make a PayPal payment from Nigeria. You are billed at N283 (what UBA charged me last week of December.
b) You make a cross-border payment on a POS or website. You are billed at black market rate.

So when the Nigerian banks now have to settle the foreign merchants, they do so using your acquired dollars they got at official rate and sold to you at black market rate. So the banks are making a killing off the differential.

Until a banker comes here to counter what I have said, this is my understanding of the situation.
Bro, you captured the situation succintly in my own opinion. I have been thinking along this line for the past two or so months. The banks have paid me no more than N186+ ever while withdrawing between 214 and 430 bucks a month with the USD-denominated Payoneer card. But when making deposits to sites like PayPal and Neteller I get charged at black market rate.

Well, I've decided to stay off making withdrawals as much as possible until the rate differential reduces. CBN is turning to an accomplice in this matter.

If someone adds different goods to the cart before checking out, will the goods be sent together as a unit by the website or separately by individual sellers? Please show me the way.

they are all thieves bro...

i paid for plagiarism premium check with copyscape..a transaction of $5 and first bank charged me N1,365..that's N273 per dollar.

and when i used my payoneer to withdraw on skybank ATM the same yesterday, they bought from me at N197

Nigeria is messed up
If that's the final rate you got, I'd say that's a steal. I know that might sound disappointing. It pains me so much to say that the highest I ever got has been more than N10 lower than that rate. My latest withdrawal was done just 30th Dec.

Bro always leave some money in your Payoneer and use it for all online purchases.
Interesting. Would you believe I have recently started thinking about using my Payoneer card virtually exclusively for purchases?

Happy New Year peeps.

I urgently need to make payment of $1000 using Payoneer.

Kindly contact 08186414186 urgently.

Thank you. I'm based in Abuja.

My offer would be discussed on phone but certainly better than what the ATM machines offer.
I have about 200 bucks. If interested, may I know how much you're willing to pay per buck? Let's leave out the ATM rate comparison, please.
