If this is true, Dangote is only worried about his cement and other businesses in edo state. You think he cares about the people of the state? He knows what political tension and instability could do to his invsetment there and neighbouring states. That picture is just for show. It's a matter of clashing interest of the 2 parties involved: one claiming to be incorruptible while the other wants to share the state treasury. An ordinary meeting can't change their perspectives on how each one of them wants to go about things. Thus, the root issue hasn't been and can't be resolved or addressed for now as both are like 2 parallel lines that will never meet.

I have spent as much as 9 years in the east without interruption.
I have been to abia, Anambra, Enugu, Ebony... The only eastern state I haven't visited is IMO.

Benin is low in development but if you compare what oshomole met to what he left as infrastructure then he worked a miracle.

And as for infrastructure in the east, I repeat that Enugu is the best among them and that other eastern states are upcoming.

I'm a little confused by your message. Is the issue whether the marriage itself is held in the Catholic Church, or whether the groom is actually a member of the Catholic Church?

In regards to the former, to my understanding the Catholic Church does require its members to be married by a Catholic priest. But... I'm not absolutely sure about all the rules, but can't you just do both? As is my understanding, churches are free to have the religious ceremony of marriage without actually issuing a legal certificate of marriage (i.e. one recognized legally by the government), so you can just have the religious ceremony of marriage in both churches but only have one of them actually issue the legal certificate. For monetary reasons you'd presumably want one of the two ceremonies to be a simple, private affair (or maybe it's possible to have both the Catholic and Anglican priest perform the ceremony together at the same wedding--not sure though), but it seems that would be satisfactory to both of the churches in satisfying their marital requirements.

actually the Catholic Church requires her members to receive sacraments including marriage validly and licitly, which happens only in the church.
