Hi guys

Quick one.. my F4 petition was filed when I was single, now I’m married. When do I get to add derivative for my husband ? When filling the application form? Or is there another process?

It just gives you options but even then its not for everyone. May wisdom guide you

Amen, tnx

We are considering all options e.g maintaining the green card without fully moving or lobbying for a work transfer to the USA branch ..
It will be difficult to quit and move to uncertainty

Congrats. Now you'll be back to the states with a green card. How I wish my kids are also US citizens, I'll just "dump" them with my mom to allow wifey and I upgrade ourselves and get great jobs.

Thanks

But my kids are really young... I can’t leave them behind.

How old are yours?

Just got our welcome letter after 13 years with mixed feelings...under the F4 category.

We both have great jobs here
In Nigeria and we’re on the verge of cross posting to Dubai...

My kids are American citizens... born in America so it will be just the hubs and I going through the process.

Filing was done in april 2007

Now following the thread..

Glad to meet y’all

i went to TLS Lagos V.I. but they simply said "its not in our hands, its completely on UKVI". once UKVI send any information they will immediately pass on to me.
i have opted for "Keep My Passport" service, they have not even asked me to submit the passport till now.
TLS said "once UKVI will advise them to collect passport from me, they will send e-mail to submit passport".
please let me know if any one have experience on this service "Keep My Passport". i have already received concluded email on 29th July.

Wow, this is inefficient.

Hello Gurus in the house. Please does anyone have a rough time frame to hear from the VAC? I got a "UK Visa Application - Application Concluded" last friday the 19th of July. I assumed the passport will be ready for pick up today considering posting might have been done over the weekend. Please can anyone share thier experience about the time lines.

Any update?

Actually, there is no such thing as a 6-month student visa.
Probably short -term (study) visa.
I got such in 2015 for a 1 month training.
I got bother in 2016 for a 3-month Training.

If you want good info, you need to State the precise situation.

One thing I can tell you, even without knowing details of your circumstances is that you will need to meet up with the criteria for a STANDARD VISITOR VISA.

If you may, then ask precise questions and you will get folks with precise answers.
All the best mate.

Hi, just curious about the turn around time.. if it’s the same 15 working days and just to see if it’s a popular visa class over here at the forum

Iv already filled my form and uploaded my documents but the earliest date I could get was July 4th and even that was premium.

Would like to unlit earier if possible because I still have Shenghen visa to apply for amnd my travel date is mid august

What your people are saying is true. I am certain you cannot work with 6 months short term student visa except you want to apply for tier 2 which I think is better especially because they claim there is a shortage in STEM subjects in teaching. As for your qualification, you can ring agencies in the UK and ask if it is possible. I hope this helps.

Hi, I don’t want to work oh... just going for one week. I’m doing an executive mba in a top school in the I’m

Has anyone applied for this visa recently? Want to know the turn around time and have few more questions about the application process

The application process for a France visitor visa (or Schengen visa for France) usually takes between 10-15 working days, but some applications can take up to a month.

Ok, many thanks

I need to follow your footsteps as I need dollars transferred to me.I have naira in my account but cant access it following CBN restriction. I havent received from Western Union or money gram platforms before. Can you advice on how I go about this.
Thanks.

You need to get someone (or multiple people) in Nigeria to help you send it. Diamond bank, access bank are giving but max of $1000/ quarter: person

So the no of people you need depend on how much you want to send to yourself

They fill a form, pay the charges and pronto you get it here at any Walmart or moneygram outlet here in the USA

The cave just above yours. Go to the bank tomorrow and send money through western union, come back here to tell us your experience.smh

Recieved moneygram on wed and Thursday. $750 each from Nigeria. Don't want to mention the name of the bank yet, cuz I'm not done receiving

My flat mate recieved almost 6k -4K moneygram and 2k western union.....

So yes I repeat again, let's stop spreading wrong information. Outbound moneygram and western union is still very much functional
