That is why it is called proof of funds! Australia is very expensive when it comes to studies. You are to show you have enough funds to cover atleast one year expenses for your study without depending on any job/stuff. Add your school fees, living expenses, oshc, flight for one year and see if it's close to 60k aud. Your offer of admission letter explains this to you clearly, don't just sign and date but read. It gives you the estimate of your yearly leaving, your lifestyle will determine if you will need more.

The offer letter will state the amount to deposit. In my case it was 19,650 AUD. but the school fees is 36,200 AUD. You will be required to pay the rest at a later date when you are in Australia.

Amount is it Per year? Is it semester or trimester? If it is for one year, divide it by 2 for semester or 3 for trimester. That's your tuition deposit!

It's simple and provided applicant has genuine intent

Applicant must have genuine business ongoing in Nigeria
Applicant must have enough funds in company's account
Applicant will contact the company/companies he intends buying parts from
Applicant must deposit some money with that company as commitment
Japanese company will then send invitation letter, showing applicant is genuine for business.

It is a business visitor Visa.

That's what I did in 2015 and my Visa was released within 4 days. I applied on 28th September, 2015 Visa was issued 2nd October

Don't pay any agent more than 160k for 3months Dubai visa.
Flight to Dubai should be around 180k-185k check Rwanda airline/Airpeace Book early.
Upkeep /Accommodation for 3months pending when you get a job should be around 350k
Then Don't forget to open your flight ticket so that you can easily return back to your country should in case you don't get a job
Nigerians please stop wasting money on Dubai visa
