I was'nt an ardent reader of his column but anytime I read it I wonder why he was not writing his column in gossip magazine. Anyway, I commend his efforts but it was just not good enough. |
Low self esteem, lack of motivation, no sense of humor, bad body odour, talkative, no self-control especially when angry |
I smell something fishy- how come the saudi hospital is denying he is not with them now that the country is going through a hell of a time- umar's saga, fuel scarcity, repeat of boko haram's trouble, failure of the 6000MW target, kidnapping etc, IMO he is running from his responsibility and the saudi's are playing the role of a useful alibi. I dont blame him, even a healthy man would declare himself missing in the face of the state of this country but he should come out from hiding o! as nigerians were on their own when he and his cohorts decided he would sit on the hot seat. Pick or not, he should come out and face the music- it was his choice. |
Marriage overated? I dont think so rather I think people have overated views about marriage. Alot of folks prepare so much for their wedding but dont put in so much effort for the marriage which is a life thing. Also, the society puts so much pressure on young folks that personally I think people are getting too eccentric about it instead of reasonable. Marriage has been abused because people forget that God is the originator of marriage and so if direction and help is not gotten from Him the marriage will hit the rocks. People forget that there is a time for everything- a time to be single and a time to get married instead they pressurize singles that are not ready. Marriage is honorable and symbolic in the sight of God but since there's always two sides to everything, it is not exempted. If you say yes marriage is overated or you say no it is not , you are right. |
Mamagee smells one man and concludes that nigerian men have body odour, little wonder u really remind me of patience ozokwor MAMAGEE INDEED. |
So what? They can vamoose to their country .wetin concern d naija man for street? |
Na wah! Is it not funny that the same people that have been praying for his recovery are the ones amazed by this miraculous signing of the budget by a 'dead' man courtesy of Turai? Una neva see anything this drama is just unfolding next he would be commissioning a project from his sick bed. @lawrence84, your president according to reports is suffering from Chaug-Strauss syndrome, u can do the research as no time 2 explain. |
Trully 1914 was a huge mistake. God help naija through these turbulent season |
While we are busy killing ourselves here the search light is on yemen not nigeria. Infaat it was just reported by CNN that the al-qaeda in yemen is claiming responsibility |
@princek12 u no lie, any action by a Nigerian on board any flight to the US would definitely be suspected chei! |
@poster,I don't see this as the beginning of hell except it is another hell u are talking about. This terrorist act has definitely affected our already battered image as a nation. unlike ghana and jamaica the outside world views this nation as one filled with bad eggs so lets just say this another 'feather on our cap'. As for posters saying d idiot should be seen as a northerner and not a nigerian, is he different from the eastern kidnapper and scammer, niger delta militant or the southern internanatiomal prostitute that has contributed to the battering of the nation's image? Please this issue is a Nigerian 'headache' not a regional one as Nigerians not muslims or northeners would suffer any consequence that arise from this stupid act. @ shagaman u said mko abiola built churches please is it the same mko abiola that sank a ship carrying bibles and agitated for the islamization of nigeria u are talking about or another one? |
My ribs are cracking already! |
So tell me why you won't love after reading this- cos' it's theoritical. Nice lines though esp love is like a sweet curse |
Just move on and quit whining. |
The individual should blame himself. Though the mentioned instituitions can affect a person's economic status, blaming them would amount to accepting ur state and doing nothing about it since u can always put the blame on them. If u look at our country, u discover that mediocrity and complacency abound because everyone blames the government or their parents for their situations and that has made alot of people to wallow in poverty. The few who have accepted the blame and took charge of their destinies are doing well. |
Wishing all NLders a splendid xmas celebration and a fun filled 2010 |
Another excuse for obessed kids and lazy girls *hisses* |

ROTFLMAO, btw this is serious, 83 men. Gosh! the lady needs help. |
Sorry he left u but u don't need 2 cry 4 too long. He is gone so let him go by forgiving him as that would do u greater good.open ur heart to loving urself and life. He was not meant 4 u so chill ur mr right is on his way. |
I wish I could say I pray 4 him but I can't cos his hospital bill is being paid with my tax and dt of many Nigerians.I see no reason why we should pray 4 jst his recovery, pls all those praying should pray he bcomes wise enof 2 resign. |
As long as we live in a world dt is moved by sight, girls wld always fall 4 guys wit cars d same way guys fall for very attractive girls, so live with it. Who no like gud tin? |
Nope, cause my brain would interprete it as 'babe, u can have my body,my money but u can't have my heart cause it belongs to my ex' and that is baaaad competition 'cos u may likely lose. The guy should take sometime to heal his broken heart |
Nonsense! If na so everybody wey de these developed countries run during their turbulent years u for get country wey u wan run go? Anyway sha 140,000,000- 1 = 139,999,999 ol'boy we still many so u are insignificant and hereby denounced as a Nigerian.BYE-BYE |
T-baaaaaag is it! |
@honeyguy,I agree with u. The fact that nigeria has not achieved anything at 49 is OLD NEWS.I believe like me, most people here have been complaining about the state of the nation since they could talk but for me I have quit complaining cause nothing has changed. The problem and solution of the situation naija is LEADERSHIP but how can we have good leaders when we don't have good people. Our nation is filled with civil servants who are corrupt, students who indulge in exam malpractice instead of reading their books, people who encourage lying and stealing(Yes! we encourage stealing because if your brother becomes the local govt chairman and does not build a mansion in 6 months you would consider him stupid. Yes! we encourage stealing because we all see this nation as a cake and are waiting patiently to get our own piece. We have the mentality of NOW NOW, SHARP SHARP the man who steals the most is the big boy .So, ask me why we will not have youths in prisons abroad when our mentality supports stealing and everything corrupt). The fact that we are not in leadership does not make us saints as we all share the same mentality. Whether we like it or not, it is the citizenry that would take up the leadership so if we don't start changing our mindset now, we will continue suffer under bad leadership as an ordinary citizen today would become a leader tomorrow. GOD BLESS NAIJA. |
I don't support indecent dressing but for a guy to make such a demand two weeks into a relationship is ridiculous that means in two months the babe fit become 'mgbeke'. @spyked,africans are not known to cover up themselves according to history infact have you not heard of Koma village if you want to support decent dressing do not bring up that line instead just thank God for religion and civilization. |
The leadership of this country is really a joke; the various officials don't seem to know their jobs. Yar Adua- A metaphor that represents how sick the nation is. Waziri- chasing shadows instead of thieves. Sam Egwu- a disgrace to fatherhood not just the education sector. Aondooakaa- defender of mega-thieves. I love naija as the comedy never seems to end. |
@ redsun you are so right we need a mind revolution but that would not be enough cause we also need snipers that would finish of this people who say they are leading us. As far as I am concerned nigerians are suffering from AMNESIA if not we would have been radical about change. |
What a qxn.hw we go take know we resemble ur brother?if d girl is too good as u claim, she may 4give ur brother for cheating because she is 'too good' so ur brother plan don fail be dat! He should just tell her his mind and then wait for her reaction. As for u STAY CLEAR from the good girl; I pity d poor 'too good girl'. Btw,can anybody b too good? |
