Gold , Silver, Platinum and Diamond are indestructible asset.. they don't rust or depreciate in value

Gold buried with Egyptian Pharoah thousands of years ago are still intact and far far more precious

Somebody should advise Mumu man called Portable Zahzoo Zeh to save some on Jewelry and not just women and prostitutes

.
Portable financial advisers everywhere on Nairaland advising the dude as if dude is a teenager. One of the most irritating aspect of some Nigerians, always showing off as saints.
Dude mustn't come online to showcase some reasonable financial plans set aside for himself to score a point from nosy Nigerian like you and others on same table, no!

In 2022, learn to dey leave people to their business please, e get why.

Exactly... Iwobi offence is never a red card offence but other African countries are always jealous of Nigerians, that I've witnessed a lot here in Europe. But you know what? They can't take our God given talent away. Naija na one of the few African countries that compete comfortably with the West when it comes to smartness and level of exposure. Na just our political class dey cast us!

Naija Vs Tunisia match was nothing but naija Vs Ref, but it's well. We're out, let them enjoy their compromised AFCON in peace.

How they Qualified for the round of 16

Tunisia was in Group F were they played 3 games. Losing 2 and wining 1. Thereby qualifying as one of the 3rd Best team.

Group stage result:

TUNISIA 0 - 1. MALI

TUNISIA 4 - 0. MAURITANIA

GAMBIA 1 - 0. TUNISIA
Man these guys doesn't have outstanding record as far as this tournament is concern. Naija should forget about the old Tunisian record and trash these guys.

We only need same pace and squad that played against Egypt during our opening match, period.

Good luck guys

But when you are abroad illegally( over 80% of nigerians abroad fall into this category). Trying to get stay thru marriage or asylum. This Nigerian mentality is the exact reason i will avoid Nigerians like plaque if am opportuned to travel outside this country.
I am going to live in States or provinces with very little or no Nigerians because the average Nigerian man does not want a fellow Nigerian to succeed abroad
Lol I got you mate but tbh, you still need naija community to succeed but you gats be smart around them. They'll definitely be the one to put you through in some certain things but don't disclose your progress/success to any Gee you not comfortable with. Speaking from experience as a free Lagos guy wey just ball in London that year, carrying everyone along as per naija brother not until some level of jealousy set in and as a blended Gee with ABA and Lasgidi swag, I lockup immediately lol

Madlov3:
Over time, I have noticed that Nigerians abroad will always want to discourage other people from traveling.
Anytime you tell them your plans of traveling, they will start giving you long epistles.
If indeed there are no green pastures abroad, why not come back to Nigeria? Please come back and rebuild the country.
For me i think it’s black man’s mentality. An average china man that travels to America and makes it will ensure at least all his town people who are Intrested in coming over get settled abroad. Little wonder why you have China towns in most developed countries.
Same with the Indians.
Exactly, you on point.

Got discouraged as well whilst planning the journey but glad for my realiest Feddy and Futo Gees that kept giving me reasons to be here and tbh, I don't regret the decision and won't ever.

An average blackman (African) especially a Nigerian, is competitive in nature. Maybe that person trying to discourage you don already Bleep up abroad in terms of achievement and eim no wan see finish lol

But on a must serious note, trying somewhere else in life always worth it. What I always advice friends and family is this: try to have a legal stay, it speeds up your growth over here. Being illegal with determination and God's grace, you'll still make it just difference in timeframe.

Good luck guys!!!

Tolerating a violent partner is an absolute no no...if I were you I would send her away without looking back!
Exactly, same case of two learned couples somewhere around Sangotedo Lagos comes to mind. Where the wife after threatening the husband for a while ended up in stabbing him to death whilst asleep.

Well I don't need a lady/wife to approach me in same ill manner for a second time before kicking her ass tbh.

* V.O: Pass me your passport and i20

* V.O: Where are you going to?
I am going to Texas A&M Kingsville University for my Masters in Electrical Engineering

* V.O: How did you hear about TAMUK
I have two family friends who currently study at Texas A&M Kingsville. They told me a whole lot about the University and the quality of education I stand to also benefit if I come.

* V.O: Which other school did you applied to and how many admitted you?
University of Texas at San Antonio, New York Institute of Technology and Texas A&M Tamuk

* V.O: Why Tamuk over UTSA, NYIT?
I pretty much enjoyed my interaction with Dr Armit Verma of the Department of Electrical Engineering in the Frank WIttcherweich School of Engineering. He provided me with prompt and precise responses to each of my request. We already built a good rapport. he was very excited on my admission to TAMUK as compared to the other Universities I applied to.

* V.O: Why Electrical Engineering?
Coming from my first degree on same course, I am now more passionate to acquire the requisite trainings to become a leading force in bringing about the lasting change in our power systems. Indeed there are numerous challenges with Power in Nigeria same as its opportinites and the vacuum here can only be filled by those who have the right knowledge.

* V.O: Why do you want to study in the USA?
Graduates of American Universities are always very well skilled. American Universities offer impeccable syllabus with a great blend of both practical and theoretical skills. Also, their degrees are highly regarded globally. They occupy juicy positions on their return to the country due to their acquired skill. Their degrees are well appreciated and recognized globally. Why do I need to consider anywhere else.

* V.O: Tell me about your study plan.
After my two years study stay in the US, I will deploy acquired skill into improving the power system of Nigeria by seeking for employment with the Ministry of Power specifically and becoming a contract lecturer with any of our top rated University in Nigeria. Instilling in them the right academic standard needed to be a better Engineer.

* V.O: What will this degree do for you?
This degree will arm me to be a better competitor among the league of well trained engineers who are willing to help build Nigeria. It will formally align me to global standards in terms of being a properly trained Electrical engineer.

*V.O: Tell me about your academic background
I finished from the University of Port harcourt in 2018 having graduated with a CGPA of 3.85. For my final year project, I worked on the comparison between Proportional Integral and Proportional Integral Differential for Liquid level control. I use Matlab for basic computational analysis. as this was deployed at Afam gas plant in Rivers State.

* V.O: What you been doing?
After my compulsory two one year NYSC, I have worked with a few Nigerian companies in the Engineering sphere, such as (abc) height in Port harcourt, and now (xyz) Electric. Currently with xyz Electric where I function as a Maintenace Engineer, I carry out maintenance checks on Electrical parts with the help of circuit software JIRA.

* V.O: who is paying for your studies?
My Dad.

* V.O: What does he do?
He provides Industrial gas to manufacturing companies in Lagos, Ibadan and Benin.

* V.O: Can I see his bank statement?
Oh Sure.

*V.O Goes through the statement for over 3 minutes cross checking every detail
V.O What is FBM as stated in the statement?
I said its one of the transactions that occurred. Actually a case where a client made payment. The statement actually has N34 Million.

*V.O Goes through the statement again while typing some crap.
*V.O I’m sorry you are ineligible to enter the US at the moment, while handling to me the blue paper. Please check through section 214b …………………

I was dumbfounded, I felt my world was crashing in on me. I left the facility disgusted.
I could spot two errors reading the transcript.

1. Why not say you've been offered a bigger role in your current job upon getting your masters done ( which means you have a secured job) unlike you coming back to the country to seek for employment whereas yourself and the VO know the unemployment level back home irrespective of foreign or local degree.

2. The bank statement too! I reckon he spotted something fishy say irregularities in the transaction
Jobs/VacanciesRe: 200k A Month In Abuja Vs 300k A Month In Lagos by udomas(m): 4:12pm On Jan 06, 2022
tosbobby:
If the Lagos offer comes from a reputable firm it is very okay and at the end, your monthly net savings would be around N230,000.00

Know fully well that if you decided to work at Abuja your net savings would be around 140 to 150k

A firm that is willing to pay you N300k will surely promote you over time.

Conclusion
- There is no significant difference in the cost of living in both states
- If you have dream of being your own boss and creating business of your own in the future please take the Lagos offer as it will help you to raise capital and pursue your dream.
Lagos is your best shot.

Best if luck.
Op this is coming from a futuristic man, don't joke with all stated above. Much sense...

Please i need advise

I have been dating my girlfriend for some years now. She became an orphan recently, so I decided to open a shop for her so she can start earning something for her not to turn herself into something else since no family support.

Though she also invested all her savings into the business and I supported her also with the little i can. I thank God her business has been doing well and developing gradually.

But her behaviour has really changed seriously towards me. She hardly dail my number to check on me, she also goes out with any guy or men, she also password her phone, i cant even touch her phone, she will flare up. She will say it's nothing that she is just catching fun. I do overlook all this just to make peace rain.

Something happened yesterday that make me feel so bad. I told her I'm coming to visit her in her shop that if any food seller pass her shop, she should help me order food. So when I reached her side she told me to bring money that she can't use her money to buy food for me. I felt somehow inside with her response. I had to give her the money to get it because hunger dey wire me seriously.

So after I'm done eating, I was gisting with her but she is not responding, she was pressing phone, then a call entered and he told the man she is in her shop, that the man should stay at the junction that she is coming to meet him, she stood up and told me to be looking after her shop till she comes back. I was really dumbfounded and shocked, I coundn't utter any word as i don't want to talk or do anything silly as people are plenty around her shop. She left me there, I stood up also and left the shop. I really felt bad and sad. This is a person i have really tried my best for since she lost her parents. I'm planning to send her packing from the shop first, but my bro said i shouldnt try it that it's childish for me. He said I should chill for now. please I need your advice on how to go about this.

NOTE; I rent the shop for my MUM just to use it as her second shop to store her goods. Though the shop is too big, so i told her to let us split it into two, my gf can use the other half.
See finish at it's peak!

Most guys dey f big time

Cousin9999:
1. Neither is affordable.
2. Neither offers an especially competitive international education.
3. Both will gladly accept you to any uni and take your money while telling you the education is competitive.
4. Singapore is racist. There's no jobs there for you unless you're already working for a foreign firm that sends you there. Even if there were, you would be treated terribly. Japan is also racist. The only jobs available to you are English teaching and factory work. In both jobs, you likely won't be paid (or paid barely anything), will be abused, and will be in unsafe conditions. Japan also has no laws against racism. And any labor laws in Asia mean nothing. Ask any well-educated Asian in a real profession how much those labor laws mean, and watch them laugh. Asia is not Europe. It just looks the part. Don't be fooled.

Funny enough talking to a woman is the most easiest thing ...

Do it as if you are having fun....don't be nervous...
Just be confident....even if you don't have much to say to her...confident and boldness drives them crazy...a woman can wet her pant for you if she notice that your are not scared and very bold

With confidence you can start any conversation with them....
You can even start by saying baby girl what is the name of this hairstyle .....I would love to recommend it for someone because you look beautiful on it...
She will definitely answer you by telling you twisting, braiding, bla....blah....

After that you can ask her and say.....I know Rihanna hairstyle but I don't know crotchet.....I bet my balls she will be happy to enlighten you on crotchet
Then the conversation continues

Legend, op should book a tutorial with you lol
