I laugh when I see questions like this posted in a public forum when you can get first hand information by contacting the school directly. I think you should contact the exams and records office, your department , the Dean of students office and senate.That's where you will get your answers and those are the only offices that can offer you any form of assistance (if at all it's still possible for you to be accepted back).

P/S - Ignore people telling you to bribe your way. If it's the same Uniben I know you will just end up wasting your money and nothing will come out of it. Federal universities are not run the same way State universities are.
