The both sides of the divide have fed fat, and they and their generation is made for life. But hungry masses are facing each other and hurling tribal insults in eacg other, even threatening to kill each other whoever jazz Nigerians sense did a good job |

jayfolarin: No one is lowering the bar for anyone and I for one will never justify election rigging.
That being said, Nigeria is the only home for most of her inhabitants and the way PDP is going could lead to irreversible destruction of lives and properties if serious care is not taken. Their rhetorics are dangerous. Highly dangerous and any student of historical and current world affairs will be aware of this.
It is therefore important that anyone with grievances about the conduct and result of the election resort to the normal channel of solving them - THE COURTS. Anything else like the Foolish Fani femi is suggesting is an invitation to chaos. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I'm afraid PDP might take that route..... especially now that they feel they have been robbed only if the elections were conducted in an airtight manner and the election looks credible. IF they have the real collation sheets, and the announced figures are not same, this Atiku of a man might want to go rogue... and it will be disastrous for this country, and Buhari will take the blame let's still be watching and see. war is no option pls |

hush15: personally, he should continue permantly cos our vote can never count anymore. nigeria is indeed irredeemable. We deserve every bit of pain we get. whatever we they call us, we are because we have shown beyond reasonable doubt our problem with this country is not just leadership we lack but undiscerning people who lacks unity, celebrates impunity, give excuse for tribalism, appreciates corruption, w3lcome killings and exalt incompetence. apart from the fact that APC obviously rigged, people also contributed by not coming out to vote. We couldnt even exercise the power of unity to our advantage else how would i explain how a polling unit having 621 eligble voters but less that sixty actually came our to be accredited and exercise their rights. its absolutely ridiculous....
We only speak of the ideal, we dont put our ideals to the test. Its sad and very unfortunate. So fine, should buhari carry the day, i would survive but i lost pity for nigeria. Wickedness reigns supreme in this country and we deaerve everybit of it You have said it all |

zabuur: To Saraki, FFK, Dino, Reno and all haters of northerners.
I would like to tell you this, first of all, I am from Oyo State which is a South western state. I have read all the names you have called the northerners. Claiming they are poor and suffering.
You have forgotten these
1. These northerners traveled back home thru all means possible from their various states of work to vote. If u meet a herdsman, a Hausa shoe maker, suya seller, those selling fruits, rams, cows, they will show u their well wrapped PVC. But, we southerners, we are so Porsche. Many of us can't leave our comfort zones to go vote.
2. Even if a rich Hausa sends his child to school abroad, the child still comes back to work at home. Ours is different. We are always proud of saying, my bro/sis live in d states and call ourselves Omo butter.
3. If u meet any Hausa gate man, you will definitely see him holding a radio transistor. That radio can pick any station in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. You won't see that gateman listening to davido or wizkid. He listens to news.
4. An average Hausa is active. Here, we are busy on Instagram and Twitter at the other end of our locked doors.
5. Unless our religious leaders tell us to do something, we don't believe we can. Even we don't think a out what they say before doing it. At least, we are educated, we want to marry one wife and have just 2 kids and we want them to study abroad. Hausas are there living peacefully in their polygamous homes and their several children.
We need to understand that we have a culture, our replacement of culture with the so called westernization is really affecting us. I don't agree with some of the points tho about your no. 2 Northerners are NOT as competitive in large numbers as we are in the South. remaining there will be inimical to their career progression, as they can always get nnpc/dpr /ppmx / cbn jobs. the culture differences to makes the place feel like a foreign place to them, the culture are parallel lines that said, the South just need to be more politically aware and participate The so called breeding like rats policy they have is not helping them either |

freemanbubble: So the shoot at sight of ballot box snatcher was not for APC thugs Buhari is a disgrace In Lagos people who wanted to vote for PDP was flocked with cane and PDP strong hold was disrupted
Here in Benin city at Western boys college APC thugs destroyed ballot papers and armed police men looked the other way. They didn't do anything In ikpoba okha an APC candidate who sense he was already loosing wanted to gain access into INEC office several times but the youths never allowed him
So this is what mr integrity can offer So The north refused to vote for atiku because he won't key into their Islamic agenda and born to rule mentality They know he is liberal
Which means they are trying to unite and divide the whole south.
Which means in 2023 or next tinubu wings will be cliped and ribadu or el rufai might rule us
God which kind wahalar we don enter
Make atiku quickly get court injunction to stop the further announcement of results so that war and cataclysmic revolution can start right away so after what you said pdp still did not perform in Edo state as expected oshiomole must have done some "padding" |

brightokechukwu: The North is overhyped, the only reason they enjoy so much power and awe among gullible Southerners is because they see power as the only way of surviving, since they pretty much offer little or nothing more. And of course the South enables the nonsense by perpetually kissing the a.s.s of the North just to get crumbs... forget all the showmanship, they know they've gotten the South into a position of political dependence... and are cashing in big on our disunity. You have said it all northern folks are strategic and are loyal "Our interests come first" even tho achieving our interest will discomfort me.... That is how they think But we mumu southerners that claim to have sense, you will see them fighting and destroying each other You will be surprised at the speedat which kwankwaso, Buhari, Atiku etc will all reconcile, regardless of who is announced winner But you will see continued rancour between the regions in the South for years to come una no get sense |

Just because you have a phone with internet connection doesn't mean you are educated. what that guy said is the truth the almajiri and the beggars will have a raw deal down south Actions have consequences and these almajiri and other careless voters need to be taught that. Nairalanders abroad, please help my situation. how much do you have? what are your educational qualification and skill sets? While its a good idea for level headed people to leave the failed state, you have to be calculating and not make desperate decision I would have suggested Canada /Australia if the answers to the two questions above are favourable. You could also try your luck with B1 /B2 American visa, then adjust status legally (but with trump, they don sabi this scope and are blocking that loophole) But you can still try Pls avoid the middle east except you have ready made job |
