InvertedHammer: \ That's your family. I don't think you expect every family to respond to issues the ways you do. After all, brothers have killed brothers before.
There are many times a man will go to bed bitching and whining to his wife about financial pressure from his family/siblings. The wife sees the stress on the husband and will act or talk. She gets taciturn support from the husband who would still come around to play a peacemaker. How long do you think this leeching has been going on? She finally reached her breaking point. Some people have no shame and Ogbonna fits the profile. A rich fella who handles his siblings with kids' gloves will live to regret it because they tend to be insatiable. How long has Nwankwo been supporting Ogbonna? Folks who have married as long as Nwankwo and his wife are usually partners in decision especially on family matters. Kanu is currently under financial stress and needs to cut some liabilities. The post by Amara makes a lot of sense to me. / Don't mind all these people running their mouth Ogbonna deserves the insult and more..... |

APC are just playing a again against 2019. It is rub my back and i rub my back. Watch out and see how APGA will just fold hands and allow APC to sweep Anambra come 2019.
Obiano and Umeh victory in Anambra of recent is just a deal for APGA to allow APC perform well over PDP come 2019 since APGA presidential candidate will stand no chance.
Don't get over joy over all this planned results. APC can never win Anambra state in 2019 presidential elections Impossible After all that has happened, and is still happening |

Wiseandtrue: Catchment Area is different from quota system
Quota system is only visible in the North. No apologies!
Quota System is not ideal for a country like Nigeria
Instead if the level of assimilation is low, why not attend a technical school or learn a trade instead of heading people who actually deserve to be the head! That means that you don't know how the university system for federal universities work In the university system, Quota System IS Catchment area plus EDS. There is no difference |
Education › Re: How ABU Is Fast Becoming Nigeria’s Harvard by Ugosample(m): 10:19am On Jan 14, 2018 |
Wiseandtrue: stop deceiving yaself! na quota-system full the university
someone score 3hundred and something and was denied admission are you telling me that those admitted for that course all scored above 300 Quota System is practiced in all federal schools nationwide, and it accounts for 40% of YorK admissions, while merit accounts for another 40% and Educationally disadvantaged states 20%. We "southerners" (whatever that means) often accuse and scapegoat the North for what our people are equally guilty of. It's the same Nationwide, if you want to tell yourself the truth, so forget that thing. Aboki will be more in ABU because their states fall in EDS, along with southern States like Akwa Ibom and Ebonyi and I think BAYELSA; and the catchment area, which falls in another 40% will also capture them It's the same in the South. |

Travel › Re: Countries Your Nigerian Passport Can Get You Into Visa-free by Ugosample(m): 5:21pm On Jan 13, 2018 |
GERALD710: Kenya has never been Visa-Free for Nigerians. The only people who can enter Kenya without a Visa or passport are those from the East African Community, who can enter Kenya with an ID card. Select commonwealth nations such as Zambia, Zimbabwe,Gambia,Sierra Leone,Ghana ,BUT NOT NIGERIA, the residents can enter Kenya with a Passport but no Visa is needed.Kenyans and Ethiopians also have Visa free arrangements. Kenya had visa on arrival for Nigerians between 2013 and 2015 but the program ceased and everyone from outside the East African Community has to apply for an e-visa online before entering Kenya., Nigerians also need a Nigerian National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) clearance certificate as of 1st January 2018 because too many Nigerians are involved in drug trafficking in Kenya. Restrictions are also being put in place on Nigerians seeking business visas.Nigerians on Student Visas may have to continuously report on their places of residence from mid 2018.This is not just Kenya, but also Tanzania and Ethiopia.Nigerians are truly getting a bad name in East Africa As usual, our country men have gone there to embarrass us |

And you want someone to respect you?
Respect don't fall from sky. There must be something culturally, scientifically, intellectually, unique coming out of Africa that would necessitate desired respect. Nobody is going to respect you, if you don't at least have a language of your own to show you're a human being. This guy again |

Nowenuse: I am not even from the south, but I believe in a united south to lead this country, simply because Yorubas and Igbos have proven to be more progressive than Hausa fulanis who want to keep on ruling this country and leave us backwards.
However I have discovered that the core-north would rather sow division among the yorubas and Igbos to ensure a divided south. Also make no mistakes, the yoruba muslims and some north central (Kogi & Kwara) muslims are being used as agents to ensure this continued division of the south.
The problem now is that the leadership of yoruba land is now in the hands of yoruba muslims, who will always prefer to allign with their fellow hausa fulani muslims than with the rest of the christian south. That's the problem |

InvertedHammer: Africans especially Nigerians do not understand education. The main yardstick for measuring the quality of education in Nigerian remains one's ability to read and speak impeccable English. Great nations like China, Germany, France, etc do not speak English. Britain taught English to Nigerians to bridge the communication gap while Nigerians turn around to make it the center point of education. Engineers turned technicians, doctors turned technicians, lawyers that cannot write ordinary contracts. Yet everyone speaks English well. The foundation is weak. Throw in sick government and conniving religious leaders who sell miracles and picking calls, then you get a perfect stagnant nation. / It has nothing to do with English. Africans are not serious people, that has always been our problem |
