Inasmuch as this thread has been utterly derailed, i'll still mention a few monikers worth the shot: Berem aka gbankiti: shes been an active Nlander, irrespective of the fact that the men here on Nl try to intimidate her, shes held her head high and matched any insult with the required venom that it takes to survive at politics section. She tries to ballance her affiliation with he tribe of birth (igbo) and her hobby's (yoruba), {i might be wrong at this though) ... K2039: hes a very active member in Nl, his post spans thru the romance, politics and general sections. Although i'm yet to see him create a nice topic here. ... Sincere 9jerian: no doubt hes an avid Gej suporter (which iritates me) but hes very active and reminds me a lot about beaf. He creates topics about Gej's (mediocre) achievements and pushes for a front page slot. I respected his thread dishing achebe's inclusion in the hall of shame, he fought it to a conclusive end. I'm looking forward to attack him more on his threads come 2013. ... Garri x7: i've seen him create numerous intelligent threads, hitting frontpage more often, i respect his courage and determination. His moniker looks unserious, makes me believe hes an old Nlander that created a new moniker during the gari uprising. His inputs and threads cannot be compared to other gari activist like seungari, ebemma and co. |
Jarus: Everybody is my brother. Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, other ethnic groups. I don't discriminate. I sanction anybody that deserves, irrespective of tribe. It may interest you to know that Yorubas also accuse me of being a sell-out to other tribes. That's consolatory enough, actually.nope! Desola specifically called u a sell-out for allowing aham top the nominee list with gbawe at a distant 3rd. U had to act fast to appease her and other tribasmen watching by the sidelines. Desola ranted like a ravaged swíne, cursed u and abused all, u didnt bath an eyelid. But when 9ja_i_hail raised his solidarity banner for afam, u banned him. So much for selective judgement. |
Jarus: https://www.nairaland.com/1026/nairaland-forum-rules-regulationswho doesnt know that u're selective in enforcing these rules? PointB was banned by u at the politics debate thread b'cos he demanded an explanation why coogar was selected as a judge. Was that an offence? It degenerated into use of strong words, u banned pointB and let coogar go free! Isnt that hypocrisy in 3-D? Dont lemmie pull up ur dirty deals. |
Jarus: And they didnt curse.hahahahaha, lol@ gbawe dont curse. In the spirit of the seasson, i aint gona start spaming this thread with links to threads involving gbawe's use of strong language. But u, oh jarus needs to repent. We're trying to make Nl free from tribal bigots, u should be at its fore-front, not petting ur brothers when they cross the line. I will always cry foul, b'cos evil triumps in a society where good men chose to be silent. |
nitrogen: Nairaland and tribalism, it wasn't like this 2-3 years ago, then it was cool, but now, any thread that makes it to the front page will always 'degenerate' into war/e-fights, nawa o, and it is always the igbos (offensive side) vs yorubas (defensive side). Its crazyyy.lol@defensive side. Just visit the politics section and see threads created today aimed at denigrating igbos. Such threads are easily recomended for front page status by jarus ur 'defensive' yoruba. I dont make anonymous assumptions, Eko ille's thread hit frontpage just with few comments, u know why? B'cos the aim was to denigrate igbos, so whos on the offensive here? Its funny how u guys stir a bee's hive and expect not to get stung. |
Congratulations to the sectional winners! |
Jarus: I don't want us to turn this thread into tribal bashfest again, but have you guys ever sat down and thought why you are always the ones always crying foul in everything? Poster of the year, you cried tribalism; Hall of Fame, you cried tribalism; Hall of Shame, you cried tribalism. Haba, guysand did u ever sit down to ask urself why u've been behind the spotlight of tribalism of late? All the threads u mentioned where urs U single handedly picked a stupid topic for ur december political debate, asking people to come out and discuss why igbos have a victim mentality. It took my 'cry of tribalism' b4 u had a rethink. And we aint the only ones crying for tribalism, do i remind u the Seun saga? Pack well joor! |
Jarus: I think Politics was the hottest zone. People broke bottlesthere was no politics section election, there was a yoruba politics section poster of the year, jarus made sure it was an all yoruba affair by disqualifying Afam, the top nominee. Kudos to you, u did a great job. |
So the moderators came together to anoint sexkilz as best moderator! Wonder what ur criteria was, but if it had anything to do with arrogance, then u guys did a great job. |
afam4eva: Chei, see wetin government don use our eye see. Ndi Igbo atago afufu na obodo nka.nwanne, when i was screaming it loud in 2011 that Gej aint got nada for igbos, they took me as a traitor here in Nl. They said i didnt want to suport 'my brother'. He got upwards of a million votes from each south east state, igbos embraced him wit his fake 'ebele' name, and used the sympathy of his wife's mum, who was an igbo or so. Now, the truth is gradually creeping out. If Gej is sincere in empowering those that empowered him, Onitsha port will be functioning by now, the rice milling plant he promised Ebonyi state will be working by now, Enugu airport wont be an 'ongoing' project til date, to mention but a few. We'll keep saying it, b'cos evil triumps in a society where good men refused to speak. |
thirty: Take note, knockout fire and others has been prohibited in Lagos.Really? Then how did fashiola manage to smugle in those fire crackers used at the closing ceremony of Eko festival? Keep shooting urself at the foot. |
Ooops! U guys just spoilt the day for that tribal bígot that started this thread, hoping to, as usual, heap the blames on that tribe that gives him nightmare. Unfortunately, intelligent minds have shifted the blame back to the foot of the government, where it rightly belongs. @op, try again, this time around, with more venom and anger, maybe, just maybe it might work out this time around. |
nne3870: Sanusi is only a hypocrite who has nothing to offer to the economy has well. Bla bla bla bla bla...typical of Gej suporters, attack the messenger, ignore the message. U're learning fast my lady, keep it up, 2013, u'll be among the crew with ur own laptop, a tag and a number. |
Enjoy the fresh air from pdp nyash! Worst still, they are burrowing to maintain their fat salaries, build veepee residence and conference centres, theres little or no effect on the porpulace. They are sabotaging our future! |

Lock this damn thread! It served its purpose already, unless u get a hard-on watching grown men fight. Seun: Yes, I wrote those rules. But I can't remember the part where the punishment for those crimes is to lock the threads on which they occurred.on the other hand, traffic is good for biz, isnt it? |
My life story exceeds six words. |
Its 7 points baby! |
mukina2: gooalnow u know the definition of United! |
jmaine: Coming from a rouge in Tinubu is quite rich and compelling . . . . . .lappy 08, how far? Hope say Gej gave u the right xmas package. Typical of ur crew, attack the messenger and ignore the message. Your Gej is a douchebäg! Anyone that thinks otherwise is a myopic douchebag! |
lovely ifecious: Got itplease dont turn this action movie to a nollywood romance movie ![]() |
adewasco2k: you want to be kidnapped?hahahahaha ![]() abeg, make i laugh small, i deserve to, afterall, i'm at page 30.Please, although i havnt yet read thru, the assumption that Obinoscopy is workin with or friends with chibuzo is a wrong one. I felt bad when i read it, its so so wrong. There are a lot of good people on nairaland, the on-line charity group headed by r231 is an example. |
ujchief: Still reading this epic novelslept and woke up on this thread The twists and turns are dramatic. From scam to multiple scam, to blackmail, to conspiracy, to kidnap, to murder...the excitement is extreme...Still at page 27 (dont blame me, i'm trying to read and re-read every quote, comment and reply) if only nollywood will be this exciting... ![]() |

Every National team coach is faced with the dilema of presenting a list that will suit the interest of those at the glass house. Once his list is submited, the politicians at the glass house scrutinizes the list to ensure that national interest is represented. Their primary aim isnt which club, position or how effective a player is, but which geopolitical zone he is from. Its an open-secret and it was proposed for the interest of unity ![]() . Some of the guys at the list deserves to be there, but a good percentage is just balancing things up. |
julioralph: What's Shittu & bench warming Rabiu Ibrahim doing there?theres a quota system which MUST be put into play by ANY national team coach while presenting his list to Nff, otherwise, they wont approve the list. Rabiu ibrahim, shittu 'the elephant' represents a part of the country that must be included. Do u stil wonder why minister of sports always goes to a particular zone of the country? |
oyb: https://www.nairaland.com/1119066/sex-first-date-guyz-how#13183947u just blackmailed this guy out of the thread ![]() |
