austinkenneth: It seems there is a leadership tussle in GTB which will lead to a close vote in the AGM.
GT bank's staff are calling shareholders and asking them to just sign the proxy form nominating the MD to represent them. They make it sound like a priviledge that the MD is representing someone.
This country eh.. they just think shareholders don't know their rights.
Anyone with info on whatever it may be that is going on should please update us. I prefer Zenith Let Agbaje continue his tussles into GTB Holdco Wetin concern me.....not a shareholder in Gtb |

oludy: Thanks for the heads up. How we begin to position?
I learnt that the minimum amount to bid is $200,000 at the primary auction. How true is this?
If true, how can interested investors with lower than $200,000 take advantage?
How does the euro bond auction works? What would be required of a would-be investor?
Thanks in advance for your knowledge sharing. Waiting for answers from earnie4life |

I am in this for 20 years minimum. Thanks again for your insights. Good to have long term view in the market Always check every quarter results of your invested companies to be sure the fundamentals are still in order Happy investment |

seyisanya: Anything is possible. The only way to win in this market is to have a strategy.
Don't jump into the market all at once and don't exit completely. Invest regularly from your cash flow by buying in tranches. Only invest in fundamentally sound stocks. And don't forget that having cash on the side is also an investment strategy.
Do these things, and you will always win - bears or bulls! Very Apt |

yMcy56: It's not only greed, it's selfishness, wickedness and wishing the country calamity. Zenith can only touch down on that arena on very unfortunate incident. Those waiting should also bear in mind that quite a lot lost fortune with lots of life lost during the Pandemic. While anything is possible in this market, we don't pray for such occurrence again. If NSE don tire anyone, make he carry his/her Kaya commot. NYSE, LSE, ME, etc are there, make he go there. If you know you know NSE has been a blessing.... |

Anybody who is well diversified, with multiple streams of passive income might not need an educational endorsement plan in order to fund the education of his children Very true Sir I opted out of Axa Mansard Education plan after 1 year of contributing due to very poor yield The yield from my personal education plan for children I developed is 10 times the yield i was getting. I don't blame Axa Mansard because they have bills and staff to pay....I don't have bills to pay from the plan i have except for the children fees. |

Investor B can decide to invest the 300k in stocks and other businesses that will give good returns while Investor A has nothing for those years. When you add what Investor B has made cumulatively he made more money that Investor A. Correct |

It's all good. To be on the safe side, I will be sending mails now immediately I buy new shares That is what I did...my edividend mandate was extended to vitafoam |

nna777: If you bought vitafoam shares for the first time although you already have mandated before, you will need to go to their office to extend your mandate to vitafoam and it will take 5 to 10 working days before you receive it. I went to their office last week. They have backlog of emails that's why they're not responding to mails
