megawealth01: Only Mr. Market will determine TRANSCORP speed... TRANSCORP will surprise us all... This is not a buy recommendation... DD always applies If Afam powerplant didn’t take Transcorp plc to N3, I really don't think we are going to see any serious movement in Transcorp plc this week. Don't forget the huge outstanding shares of Transcorp plc Mr Market has the final say sha Note....am in Transcorp plc bus. |

onegentleguy: Yes the part in bold can't be farther from the truth. On the surface, aside TRANSCORP, UBA and UCAP are among the big winners of the deal. No doubt, it's a plus for TRANSCORP. ...but then again, it's important to not get too carried away.
If the 3 aforementioned coys were women, I'll make the 1st my concubine, but marry the last 2... with the middle entity as my 1st wife. ...well, for now. That said, I'd still negotiate with the family of the last/3rd entity to get a slightly better bargain on the "bride price".
Will look into the part in italics given the concerns raised.
#btwtrading&investing #chasingvalue #speedlane Welcome Sir Onegentleguy We missed you plenty Hope you are bringing Grandpapa Bulls to NSE from this week upwards |

Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ukay2: 9:46pm On Jan 15, 2021 |
bigjay01: I hear you
NSE has been generally good. The likes of UBA (picked a lot at 2.97), ZB, flourmills, Nascon, AIICO, Dangflour, Dangsugar NEM (currently at an average of 28k/share) amongst others have more than outperformed any inflation or exchange rate differential you can think of.
The major mistake of 2008 was shooting first and asking questions later (compounded by the absence of online self trade). It was also not helped by the cheap money available in this clime especially post credit crisis of 2007 (0% 3 year deals etc).
It has been generally good, but as an Igbo man that does not like loosing a penny , I believe I sometimes overemphasise the losses than the gains. Online trade is the real deal now....Analog brokers almost frustrated me out of this business Surprised you didn't add UCAP to your catalog...knew when we were buying them at 90k then, still pick some units at N2 two years ago... Your analysis then on Dangflour was the bump shell....riding it from N3 to N24 was so sweet NSE has been a blessing to those that never given up despite the challenges we see sometimes |

locodemy: They may cause more panic to pick the little units you have. You should learn how to swim with the shark if you are in the boat. My transcorp has been with me for a decade....waiting for the day SPACE will be our starting point....can't wait to see it rise easily like other dead stocks in NSE Where is our Peterichie |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ukay2: 9:36pm On Jan 15, 2021 |
locodemy: NSE is a place of ojoro See how they caused panic on the stock. I thought there will be announcement of reconstructions hence the reason why people were selling at 0.93/95.Anyway Transcorp achieving two things in recent time is a plus to the shareholders. If all these latest info is factored in, by the end of Q2,the top and bottom lines of the stock will rise and the share price will also go up even above 100% from the current price.
Good luck to those who did not sell. I will join the train when I see the numbers I am looking for in the company. To God be the Glory TranscorpOIL plc is about to take off..... |

Deadlytruth: Why run away in 2008 just because of the meltdown hit?
By running away from the market then you only denied yourself the opportunity to learn from experience and become a pro by now. Most of us you see here all had a brush of the 2008 show but we stayed put in the market because we had nowhere else to seek genuine financial freedom, and today we don't regret it.
Rise o fallen fighters.. Rise and take your stands again Cos he who fights and runs away Lives to fight another day. Very Apt Here is the way for true financial freedom....if you know you know |

OakPearl: I have never withdrawn from any of my platforms including T212 so I can't say about withdrawals. What I advise to ensure you get your payment in USD is to fund your account via a dorm account. If you have to do a card transaction, get a debit card (ATM) for your dorm account and use. There is then no way they will be converting to naira when all they have is your USD account card.
So far, my UBA and StanbicIBTC USD cards have worked. Don't know if there are any further restrictions as to volume of cash per period.
A dollar card can't operate without a dorm account. From my days as a banker, I can tell that every card originates from the base account from which it is operated. Thanks Boss Could cash deposit into a dollar account be transfer to Trading212 account or it must be transfer deposit into dorm account that will be transfer to Trading212 account? |
