Christianity EtcRe: Pastor Chris Says "Take It" And People Fall. Do You Believe It? by Ultrame(m): 7:45pm On Jun 23, 2010
You confound us all with your very logical questions Mr. harakiri, i must admit , but logic alone cannot solve the mysteries of this world my friend, even you should know that.

I think i might have an answer to question 3, who knows, it might even convince you to give (back?) your life to Jesus Christ. undecided  But then, i might also be gravely mistaken. here it goes:

harakiri:
(3)In the same bible, the lord was angry with the world he created and was determined to destroy his creation (how ironic shocked). He instructed Noah to build an arc and put pairs of all living things in that ark.To the best of my knowledge, botanists spend their entire lives collecting and identifying species of a particular organism/animal/plant.Even if he lived 2,000 years on earth, there was no way he could have been able to achieve such a feat coz there were no airplanes, buses or ships to travel across the globe to get all pairs of organisms. Are we trying to say he came down to Africa to get the African elephant and then trekked back to India to get the Indian elephant? Think about it and you'll see how ridiculous it sounds. No roads. No buses. No planes. No ships. No rockets. No internet and yet. . .
Maybe around this time, the tectonic plates (some geology here) had not drifted apart and the continents as we know it was still one massive landmass (Laurasia i think it was called ) and Mr. Noah didn't have to travel at all because all the animals and plants are on that one massive landmass. and even so it must have been frustratingly difficult to get all of them into that one ark but he did it anyway. (i wonder how he did it). good enough? huh

PoliticsRe: Action Congress Set To Change Name Again! by Ultrame(m): 1:01pm On Jun 17, 2010
father ab:
Arrangements have been concluded to change the name of the Action Congress (AC), Daily Sun reliably gathered over the weekend. The three names being considered are Action Congress Party(ACP), Action Party of Nigeria(APN) and Action Congress Democratic Party(ACDP).
I strongly suggest they don't pick anything that has "Democratic Party" in it. Those two words used along with "Peoples'" just leaves a very sore taste in our collective mouths.

TravelRe: Port Harcourt The Most Expensive City In Nigeria? by Ultrame(m): 12:13pm On Jun 09, 2010
No. Abuja is. Paid a 2 year rent of 770K (including 10% agency fee) in dec. '08  for a one room 'self-contained' apartment in Jabi, the landlord is already hinting on upping the rent.

Transportation is a little bit cheaper though, but Abuja is definitely the most expensive city in Naija.

This Nigerian guy who lived in one Northern Ireland City had a crash, and news reached his British wife (who bore him some kids) with whom he lived in the same city that she needed to come and see her husband, so she rushed down and stayed by her Nigerian husband's bedside at the hospital. Later that same day, the Irish wife (who also bore him some kids) of our Nigerian friend also got the news of her husband's crash and she rushed down from Dublin to Northern Ireland to meet not only her husband, but also her husband's British wife. Hahaha, the British-Irish acrimony quickly raised its ugly head, again, but this time around over a Nigerian BIGAMIST. Rumour/Gossips has it that this Nigerian dude also has one Nigerian wife (who equally bore him some kids) at home in Nigeria

I like BMW X5 as a particular brand but in total comparison with Mercedez brands I think Mercedez are more super and reliable, above all I just belief it is all a matter of choice for individual, and to buy what you can afford without breaking bank or go other way(!!!!!!!!)
^^^
Nicely said. MOD, i think we need a poll. i'll like to see the X5 tear the ML apart once and for all.

Oga Siena,

You cannot post the picture of a 1998 ML and place same beside a 2009 X5.

Let people see what the X5 is truely up against so that they can decide properly (so that those with money can go and buy the benz)

LoL. We've seen the ML 2010 model and we still prefer the '09 X5!

Sharp-sharp, for the following reasons
1. Dying for your faith does not guarantee you are going to heaven. (that depends entirely on the kind of person you are)
2. Of what good is my faith when i'm dead? undecided
