How long did it take keystone bank to fund you. Do you bank with them or you opened a new account with them.

How long did it take to get to DB? I've funded mine (Keystone) and I'm currently waiting for the notification from DB, because that's the last thing I need to send to the embassy people. Do you know if they will accept a telex copy or do they need to see the DB statement?

Abeg who has funded his or her account recently. please tell us how u went about it o, cos I'm in a stalemate and I'm presently short of option. Tell us of any recommended bank or branch and any other necessary tips that can fast track the whole process. There's no time again. Cos it will be too bad, if after applying and getting admission, opening blocked account, going for visa interview and raising more than 3 million, the journey gets truncated because of forex wahala. please let's try and help ourselves to surmount this obstacle.

I met someone in Union bank this morning who has also promise to help me fast track the form A processing. so between keeping my money in Zenith bank, potting to first bank or potting to union bank, which do you think will be the best option for me to take

First bank recently got reinstated into forex trading so you may want to try your luck. How certain is the individual who wants to help you? If he is very certain you may want to try his option.
I don't really see people writing about Union and Stanbic banks again. Those banks used to be the go-to banks in times of emergency. I'd suggest you ask or visit any of the aforementioned banks especially Union bank they have a way of working their magic.

please guys, what's the way forward for funding of blocked account. which bank is the most recommended, because I'm tired of waiting for zenith bank and i really have to fund soonest. do anyone have any experience with first bank, because there is this banker there that wants to help me there. i don't really have time again. your response will be very much appreciated

please are you going to or already in Rwth Aachen. i equally got admission there to study automotive engineering without GRE or Ielts/toefl, i was only given a condition to present my Ielts result during enrollment.

My admission letter came in both english and German version, my course is taught in English, should i go with the two combined to the embassy. Also, should i go with the english and German version of the deutsche account details printout. danke

please, one of the documents in the checklist for visa interview is confirmation of blocked account opening. Am i supposed to go to the embassy with the blocked account opening slip or the printout of my account details from db. Thanks

please are we supposed to sign the application form and residence act form at the embassy, as we did for blocked account or can we sign it any where. Also, which place and date should be written in the form.

i sent a mail to info@lago.diple.de some days back. i have also sent appointment mail to student@lago.diplo.de like three times already. but i haven't heard anything from the embassy yet.

till now, no reply yet from the embassy regarding visa interview date. since 4th of july and my online booking date is 10th of august, which is just around the corner. should i just print out the online booking slip, or should i still be expecting any reply from the embassy, cos i just sent them another mail.

let me just pretend i didn't hear that at all. Because after my blocked account appointment last week tuesday, i immediately booked for my visa appointment using the first method and till now i haven't gotten any feed back. But when i used the new method on satuday of last week, i got an instant reply. please someone should help us confirm the authenticity of this info.

Someone that went to the embassy today said a guy was sent back because he came with the new online booking system. Our friend at the gate said the only valid form of appointment is the one where you send a mail with your documents.

This embassy sef, they should have told us about the latest method of application for student visa, instead of allowing us to be waiting for non-existent mail, losing valuable time in the process. I just succeeded in booking for the visa interview on 10th August after waiting for 5 good days for an email from embassy
