Please, I need help for registering for the CELPIP test. Somebody, should help me with right information please.

I once saw something like this in the front of my house. On a normal day, I don't pick money because I believe the owner may be on his way looking for the lost money. I sometimes will pick the money and give it to a respected elder closer to where the money is lost incase the owner came back looking for it.

On this faithful day (I was still living with my parent then), I came out very early and with special prompt to brush my teeth at the very outside away from where I normally do it. I saw Juju and many new naira notes spread on the floor around the juju stuff; I quietly picked all the money without one left, brush my teeth and left for work. It was later that I narrate the event to the surprise of my parent and siblings.

There is no spiritual power anywhere, it's all deception. The people that know know; even your pastors knows that prayers to God don't get answered, the same thing that will happen whether you pray to wood, spaghettis or glass, is what will happen when you pray to God or god.

She definitely has mental health issue. This I'm sure of.

NYSC definitely usually have negative effect on the psychic of newly graduated student. They are mostly sent to teach in schools and at establishments that have nothing to do with what they study during their undergraduate programs. This experience can kill industrialism and work spirit of many graduate and render them hopeless.

To me, I believe NYSC should be modified so that:
- Camping period is a real military training period. (So participants can serve truly as part of Nigerian military reserve).
- Corp Members are posted to very relevant PPA, or at least, allowed to easily change their PPA to where is relevant to their course of study.
- Participation is voluntary and not compulsory.

Focus should be toward industrial revolution and IT revolution.

What some group of people still don't understand is that your country is your country first, and love for your country should supersede any other affiliation of yours. It is a call to serve.

If as a formal candidate, you are given the opportunity to serve, then for the sake of love for your country, you should accept it and make a difference.

I understand that those belonging to the group complaining are doing so not from their love for Nigeria, they want to have their candidate there so as to have bragging rights, not that they really love the country or have good plans to make it better. They are unpatriotic and at any given opportunity, they will begin to show the dirty cloths of Nigeria for others to see.

It will be their joy to see the country in ruin so they can always mock patriotic Nigerians Citizen about their support for the government. Not many of us voted for this government, but once we have a new government it is our responsibility to come together as responsible citizens, to give necessary support to move the country forward.

It is even good that the president is trying to operate an inclusive government; Where everybody will be opportuned to bring their good ideas to the table, making contributions to push the country forward.

What suggestion or advice or improvement request do you have for the ministry?

My own advice is that:
1. They should stop building bungalows in the housing project but instead build high-rise buildings that can house a large number of people. This will save land usage and will also ensure housing for low income people.
2. They should have a program where government can collaborate with land owners and home owners to provide cheap quality housing for low income people. The government can take over a land or house from willing owners and the use the land to build a very high-rise building. In this partnership, the land owner will be getting a small portion of monthly rent payment while the government take a huge amount of the payment.
This will serve as means of revenue generation too.
3. For work, the ministry should incorporate finger print mechanism, which will serve as worker's attendance register and time book. This will serve to curb corruption as related to absentism and other work related...
