Take for instance if an opposition state goes without a Federal minister, what will become of the jobless youths who would not be employed by the Governor? So I strongly believe that each state should produce a Federal Minister as it has a long way/role in grass root development.

It's so true. Health care is damn cheap here but my annoyance is that some of these villagers still deliver at home and in prayer houses instead of making use of the free health care programme of the state.

Even CS is free.

Delta State health care system is very friendly.

Aside cards going for 30 Naira, child delivery is free of charge and there is free health care for under 5 children.

I my opinion, GMB should withdraw all Nigeria's money from foreign accounts, share it to the 170 million Nigerians at the rate of one million Naira per person, let's see if we won't be prudently industrious.
