I can't sleep day n night just thinking everyday because of Rhessus Incompatability. I'm O+ my wife is O- We had our first child without my wife taking d Anti D drugs due to financial constrain because I lost my job then.. Now that I've gotten a good job n I can afford d drugs nw even if its 5 or more. My wife is pregnant again of our 2nd baby she has gone to register in a private hospital which she explained to d doctor dat she didn't take d drugs at first n d doctor adviced that since she missed d drugs initially she wil hav to take it when she's close to delivery n she wil take another one after delivery that there is no cause for alarm. But I'm very scared based on what I've read severally on NL that if an O- woman fails to take d drugs after delivery of her first baby that the damage can not be rectified. This is y I've not been at peace I dnt knw what to do or whether my wife's doctor is on point or off point. Anybody with Experience shd pls advice me I dnt want anything to happen to d baby n my wife
There's no cause for alarm.... Same happened to my elder sister. She didn't take it at first... And the second baby came out fine.... Although she took after the delivery of the second child and the third child is fine as well..

I'm also R-, and my hubby R+, I took a shot after my first delivery, after the second I didn't take and I'm sure by God's grace after the 3rd there won't be any issue

That is not true. I know someone living with hepatitis b and is currently processing a work visa to the UK after securing a job. The only medical test required is tuberculosis test. This person first discovered the health status in 2013. Dont be discouraged about your relicatoon plans as a result of your husband's health condition. You can read about the requirements on health for canada relocation.
Oh thank you so much... I will.

I can bet a million bucks that the author of this post has 5 or more of these traits.

I guess we can say he or she is also a sufferer.

Meanwhile, for those who notice some of these things in their lives, be aware that nothing is set in stone. You do not have low self esteem. Don't let a list constructed by a self serving untrained fellow looking for traffic make you berate yourself.

Look on the bright side of life continuously and try to make the best out of every situation you find yourself.
Your last paragraph got me......

I'll keep on looking bro and keep being a better me.. Thanks

Well, the friend told you the truth. You just need to find out about the health issues too. And he shouldn't leave the program straight away, till you have visa and it's certain that you're relocating. Sister, abet leave this country jare.

If anybody tells you not to relocate, abeg... Make I no talk too much.
Thanks for being helpful... I'll find out more on that, cos I read somewhere that people living 2ith hepatitis b, have difficulties in relocating.

Good evening beautiful people here in Nigeria and Diaspora.

Permit me to say a few words of prayer before I begin my question--This month is blessed for you, May God perfect all that concerns u.

So last month a friend to our family traveled to Canada please note he went with his family (wife and children), on getting there he has been reaching out to my hubby, encouraging him and giving him reasons to relocate,
Right now my hubby seem to be at a cross road, he is stucked and doesn't know what to decide on, reason being that he just started his PhD, which might take another 4-5 years to get, he is saying he wants to get his PhD first before relocating, but his friend said getting a doctoral degree here makes no sense dere, making emphasis that it's as good as thrash, Also my hubby has hepatitisB, what's the possibility of him/us securing the visa easily if he eventually decides to abandon his doctoral degree..

Please I need you to advice us right.....

shocked

What Bola Tinubu is to Southwest Nigeria is what Tacha is to Bbnaija.
Anyone she endorses is going to win, because her supporters are blind loyalists who can't think for themselves.

But she'd be a fool to endorse Mercy.
Since she made you lose the 60million, she shouldn't get it either.
What happened to forgiveness?

Tell me about marriage. Is it sweet? Have you found all you expected? And whats that major thing you've discovered in it that no one ever told you of? No vex se my questions plenty o!
In marriage, the feelings you have are indescribable, it's a mixture of good, bad feelings, had I known, sometimes feelings of butterflies fluttering in your stomach, ups and downs, here and there feelings, however regardless of whatever one feels, self control is key, not forgetting hard and smart work.
Also putting at the back of your mind that whatever down feelings you're having is a phase that will soon pass..

Nothing in my marriage shocks me, except that my inlaws wanted me to call all the tiny tiny small children that they didn't give birth to in my presence brother and aunty lagbaja, and even though I'm a yoruba person myself, I find that so awkward and irritating...
And so I resisted that demand oo, I guess till date they don't like me for that...
.I guess I've started digressing...

Now tell me why you're asking all these.

However, when I marry, my wife and kids go overtake mum for No.1 position.
I love you jare, u be correct man, not some men who are mummy's boys believing that no one can take the place of their mum in their lives...

Ahhhhhhh, I remembered posting something similar about my mum on Facebook, a friend shut my down saying I shouldn't do such thing on a public forum, telling me it was like washing my dirty linen in public, ever since then I watch what I say about my parents..
However, I guess you're saying 5his about yours cos this is a faceless forum.
