owee: Got my medicals updated to passed today after carrying out the upfront medicals on 1st August (and sending websform, emails). This came 2 days after completing biometrics (which is updated same day). Could this be a good sign that an AIP might be on the way?

Pee2Jay9: But EE immigrants have been travelling to Canada, is it only students that can have corona? Abi covid is not the problem? The price of their tuition fee is only justified with the travel history and international exposure to be achieved.. They should think straight o cos we'll be spending more studying online, abi they'll share data.. Lol Exactly, what if they frustrate the students with Post-study work permit? |

Tonyodg: New new I really don’t understand IRCC the first tweet says 50% must be in Canada now second tweet is contradicting saying 8-12 months in your country smh Why will you collect so much money and still want people to study online. They will change their policy again. This people are very clever and smart. The inconsistencies in their policy is a clear evidence that they are up to something sinister. |

chichi93: Hi guys! So I applied for gcms notes on the 5th Via applygcms and it was quite insightful though I can’t explain the meaning of most terms and codes. Received it yesterday. Timeline: Reapplied: June 10th Eligibility passed on gcms: 30th June Medicals review assigned but not started: 30th June (I submitted upfront and I noticed it has been under review since July 1st. I don’t know why) Criminality: Passed Information sharing: Complete, ready to be reviewed. Original passport request assigned but not started: 30th June AIP sent: 5th August but I received on 6th Officers notes: previous refusal noted, rebuttal in SOP noted. Documentation adequately supports proposed study(in my own words). Eligibility passed. Final decision pending biometrics and medical result (even though the application is complete.)
So fingers crossed. Congratulations!! |

Pee2Jay9: Wow.! So if u didn't request for the notes, you wouldn't have known all these? I'm guessing that they're post poning refusals for a set future date.. Pls what was showing on your application before you ordered for the GCMS notes? Was background and eligibility still running at the time? If the refusal comes without biometric, I don't think many will go back for the biometric later. Maybe they are waiting for biometric before they issue the refusal letter. |

Damioni: . Sorry for the long questions if the money was not deposited once but over a period of 6 months will the embassy ask where I got the money. They can't find out but they will assume it's Cash Lodgement. You need to leave the money in the account for at least 60 to 90 days before applying unless, the account has been running big debit and credit for the past six months. |

Frankrobbn1: I think it makes more sense if you say the funds comes from the sale of one of your land, by your sister in Nigeria. Having said that, you need to provide valid and verifiable evidence of this property and written agreement between you and the buyer. The document must be firmly attested and notarized by a licensed attorney in Nigeria. Aside the $13,000CAD that your sister will be transferring to your account, hope there have been history of steady inflow and outflow of cash in your bank statement in the past 6 months?. It will be a red flag if this is the only money that has reflected in your account statement recently. Also take note of your financial history so you don't end up shooting yourself in the foot.
It will end in praise. Frank please check your email |

shyle02: I don't think that is realistic, it's hard for anyone to believe, and you don't want the VAs to doubt your application.
Only if you can explain with the document that the company is planning to sponsor you.
My opinions are my own Thank you |
