danot1030: Tell your tenant (neighbour) to go to the police station and pay them to arrest the guy and deal with him, they should not release him until he write an undertaking not to see the woman again nor come to the house again. He could even be rope with robbery or bugler and charge him to court depend on how severe he wants to get with the guy. At every police station, there are bad boys who carry out cruel job, pay for their service, the guy will see the woman next time and disappear through another route. |

callola: that is where the problem is coming from. She told me that she is not comfortable living in the same house with her in laws but her hubby sees nothing wrong with it. That they are the only family he have and can't do without them that i should try and convince her mom not to come but mama refused that's a selfish man. You better advice him to invite his wife's mother by himself. It is her right to do omugo for her daughter while she is still alife. |

pickabeau1: Have you considered he may not be able to afford alternative accommodation I'm sure there are other existing family members. They can rotate abeg. If you must get married, then provisions should be made for such instances. If mama is sick and needs special attention, I can understand. But packing your things and comfortable living with a newly married couple is what I do not understand. Let the girls mother come and join them. Let her even stay the whole year |

that's if you want to watch World War 3
2 mothers battling for supremacy over one household..... me sef go like to observe that calamity Honestly, i don't know why a man would want to subject his wife to such kind of mental stress. If his mother and sister do not have a place to stay, he should rent an apartment for them abeg. Somebody will marry and cannot enjoy her husband. Na wa oh! |

Why will a man live with his mother, sister and wife in the same house for Goodness' sake. Since camping extended family members is the norm in that house, Mama could as well join them too. I see no wrong in it...
Let me not see them on nairaland with wahala for us to advice oh... my koboko is waiting for them. Mtchwww... |

Hmmmmn. Please, ask the wife why she is adamant on retaining that particular teacher. Something just doesn't add up here. Why will any married woman in her senses use her own hand to carry fire. If they must have a lesson teacher, why not change the current one? Besides what is he teaching a five year old that is so hard for his wife to teach herself? |

FOREXMARTS: Hmmm that's the regular but since am not a fan of onion and anything from it's family so far my best recipe is a combination of dried fish deboned and minced roasted meat.
Another addition if you live in the south south is to do a very spicy broth like u gonna make peppersoup with seafoods, dried fish and minced meat and that means your grinded beans must be very thick so that when u pour the broth in you won't have a watery moimoi. leave the broth to cool when it's ready mix it with your grounded beans and proceed to making the moimoi. No go dey drink the broth say u don make peppersoup oh lol i know some ladies who will finish the meat in the pot before the food is ready, cheers. Really? Wow! Thanks for teaching me this method. Me be eating my moimoi tasting and smelling like peppersoup |

Herzumpther: Abeg I might not get it 100% perfect o, I no be calabar and I lernt this from my calabar neighbor many years ago so manage me.....
Ingredients for Ekpang Nkukwo.
Cocoyam/wateryam. cocoyam leave Meat Stock Hot water Dried fish Crayfish Prawns Pepper Maggi Onions Periwinkle Scent leaf.
Peal, wash, and grate your cocoyam/wateryam. Season and boil your meat to get your stock, Cook the shelled periwinkle for about 10 minutes in salted water and wash well. Add palm oil To the cocoyam and wateryam mixture, add Maggi and salt. Mix properly with your fingertips. Use the leaves to make small wraps with the cocoyam and wateryam starting from one tip of the leaf to the other end. Make wraps until all the mixture is finished. Boil water, put the ekpang on fire and add the water and steam. Add the meat, dried fish and stockfish. Add the crayfish, pepper, onions, maggi cubes. Add the stock and allow to cook for about on medium heat Add the shrimps, remaining palm oil, scent leaf and salt to taste. Stir and slightly mash or just cut through with a knife. If it still isn't properly cooked, add a little more water and allow to cook further on low heat.
Please my calabar peeps correct me where I'm wrong, I'm willing to learn too. Okay. Thanks a bunch... saturday, i'll try it out. |
