BusinessRe: What Is Your Experience With Shoptomydoor by vibrant99(m): 1:28pm On Sep 03, 2015
Shoptomydoor

Sincerely, I Have been mute about this but i wont mind saying it now to your hearing and Seeing.

Sometimes In June 2015, I got a package delivery that Has my name on it, My address on it, when i opened it WOOW!!!, I saw sneakers about 4 different pairs, Worth thousands of dollars, But on a second thought, I didnt ask for this, didnt buy it at any time, though they were my fit, i immediately called Shoptomydoor and Told them i got something not belonging to me, Really!!! The man on the other side answered, and said FEDEX will come right back for it, and thats all FEDEX came and picked it up, and Thats it!

I have been expecting a form of gratitude from this firm, a type of Thank You offer, A gesture of Ubiquitous-ness , That will encourage such acts in anyother time, But none came, I didnt even get a Coupon, didnt get a discount, This why people have a change of heart in their decisions, I read everywhere, everyday of how Such acts are rewarded, how they are encouraged in people, but You guys seems to be very busy with Business.

No Problem.

Forget psychology for now. As an international student, it doesn't benefit u here or in naija. Psychology isn't developed in Nigeria, and we still have a long way to go. Get a degree that will increase your chances of staying here if that's what you want. Think IT, speech pathology, physical therapy, etc. if psychology is your passion, focus on a degree in healthcare that's more beneficial to you right now. When you finally get your bearing or start processing your papers, you can apply to a grad school and get your psychology doctorate. Just remember to take psychology courses along the way. Best of luck dear!
It Baffles me to see posts like this, If you dont know, just Forward it to the best person who may know, Snazzygirl, I will tell you today, That In the Entire Social Sciences, There is no course as divergent as Psychology, say what you know.
Psychology penetrates the entire professional field you can ever mention, Police , Lawyer, Industries, Consulate, Transport company, just mention any job you know , i will tell you the psychologists there in, That Nigerians don't do it doesn't mean there are no Nigerians Doing it, Go to Nigerian Foreign affairs, without psychology as a second degree,(if you have an earlier degree apart from psychology) you cant make a promotion higher than an assistant of any department, Psychology in the United states is a mandatory almost In every midwifery and Nursing department, Psychology, a Masterpiece in Expertise, If you wanna get ahead in that job of yours, Just try getting psychology as a second degree if you have one or a first and try adding a certification, That is what we call expatriates in Nigeria.

I asked this question on my own thread but haven't received any response yet. This is the exact question below. Hope someone talks to me :

" I want to study in the US but I'm in dilemma as to which course (major) I'm to study that would be beneficial when I come back here to Nigeria. I wanted to study Psychology but from the reviews from American students and graduates, they say Psychology isn't a very good major in USA owing to the fact that it has one of the lowest paid salaries and high unemployment rate. Can a Psychology degree be useful in Nigeria for me? If not, what course would you advise me to study that would have a high ROI?
Note : I don't think I can do any Engineering"
Have you thought about "Industrial Psychology"... superb!!!

Hi Vibrant99

Funny, I didn't answer yes to most of your questions but I still got an M-1 visa.

Please do you mind telling the limitations an M-1 carry?
English language hasnt helped us Much as Nigerians, "You didn't Answer Yes To Most Of My Question"huh

Did you answer Yes to any at all? How many Are This questions ? Mathematically, If You answered Yes to Just One Of Them That is over 25% already!

Limitations of M-1 Stares you In the face, and You did more Than an F-1 in terms of declaration at Your POE, For your M-1, are you Presently working with Your M-1?

It Isn't so hard to give kudos to someone who just wouldn't reason like you, Isn't it?.

I'm 27 , not married, its a company sponsored 6 months certificate course buts it not related but I have a very strong interest for IT and it has taken me this far
Beautiful, Company sponsored but not in relationship to what you currently do will raise some dust, Is it an interest or a change in career?
This are questions you will most likely be faced with and why it has to be such certification because, automatically is like starting anew!

Take for instance if you are to get a job interview on ur certification, You will need a Job experience or A degree or Alternative Graduate certificate that relates with the Job,E.g, You are a graduate of English language, and further went for a certification In Under-water welding, If Escravos (An Exploration company) Should call you up for a job interview based on ur certification and you scored 45 out of 100 in ur test and practicals, the only way you will get that job is if you have any degree related to engineering, because that will serve as support to your scores, and they will employ you based on the fact that you will undergo more training, because definitely you are not the only one.

All this above doesnt determine you getting a visa or Not, The age bracket is good, The Company as a sponsor is bright , but relationship to your present job is Bad, So what is the way out? You simply have to couture yourself on the answers you will be giving based on what you don't have, it is simply ur confidence that wins you a visa, I have a Friend who went for a B-1 visa and got it, He is a Cleaner in the bank, He earns 63k monthly and has only worked for 2 years, His pay slips were poor and he thought to himself, let me try this out, His Branch head gave him a leave note and went to the embassy, He got the VISA!!!!

So Much is expected of you more than the pointers, You will get it.

it's M-1
Goood!

M-1 visa is the kind a VO wants to give out than the F-1 because of the many limitations it carries and strictly makes a territorial guidelines for you, but you Need more Ties and Ties To ur home country than The F-1 Visa, because it less in Tuition and you only need an amount of weeks or few months as the case maybe in Terms of Accommodation, so a VO sees you as a potential Migrant higher than an F-1!

If Your answers to the questions below is yes, Then you have a bright chance...

Are You within the age of 28-31years?

Are you sponsoring yourself?

Does your statement have at least twice in the amount you are going to be paying for tuition and Accommodation?

Do you have any form of degree related to your vocational study in the USA?

Are You Married (optional).

You don't need any travel experience or be worried about Having people in the USA, M-1 Visa on its own is a Killer for any form of Migration antics, But this stated above does not determine your getting a Visa or Not, But your confidence with the above is going to lighten up things and put you way up there for a Visa, Assured!
