Your VO is a woman right? Dont go to her with a "MUM" sponsor stories , She rejected you because she couldn't get into ur personal life, there are questions she would have loved to ask you, but they are private to you, she feels frustrated.

Technically, the VO didnt see that as a reliable backbone to carry through an American system of Education (Trust me it is there in context) The relationship and capability of your sponsor is everything, They always want to see what the person have in Account and who the person is, so take some while off the consulate and find another sponsor, i will be here to take the blame if they reject you once more!

Guys, I got a new application for tomorrow. I was earlier delayed 28th July and i dropped my transcript.. The school resumes on 17th. I am able to get a new date for 11th.
The issue is.. I am filling a new ds160. i was asked

"Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"

I Think the one that should be answered is if "you were denied a visa", because that is what embodies the rest of the questions.

The thing is, up till date, the MRV receipt number keeps on saying, 'No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number'. Please how long does it take for the receipt number to be activated? I plan traveling to Abuja today but this issue is delaying me. What do I do?

my broda, why not wait untill it is confirmed before making the trip? what if you cant make the AUG 10 date? so be sure to finalize before you are stranded ,not good for you.

The VO logic was you should complete your ND which is same as community college.(why leave a program you're in, to start over the same program in US at a higher cost and for a longer period of time?) If you get your ND then you need to transfer to Illinois Institute of Technology for your BSc

try finishing before running out, they have no reason to reject ur visa applications, they just want more reasons to give you!

I think the reason for all this rejections has to do with not really giving a strong ties that would make you return home after schooling, this guys feel Nigerians are after the american dream, and wanna use education to migrate, Just imagine the VO ask you, are you married, You said Yes, Kids, Yes!
when do you hope to return and you gave a simple answer, "immediately after studying,because i have a family to return to".... If you argue, Give me a name of such a rejected F-1 Visa, you can even give anyone statement as ur sponsor's, it dosnt matter again, Bro you got family to run back to!!!!
