Can u also advice me on wat to add to dis? Waitin for ur reply sirWhat would N500k do for you in regard to visa application? |
foce: House pls what if a 6months visa is issued to me before the November 3k bond kicks off and i intend to visit in december for a 2weeks visit. Do u think I will be asked to pay the 3k pounds while I already have the visa or will it only be for the visa seekers alone at that timeI thought that regulation did not stand, hasn't it been scratched out? |
Godson201333: I hope you know that its a serious offense for you to have visas without using them unless you have a genuine reason..Your chances might be low because of those expired visas. In what book did you read that it is a serious offense for one to have a visa without using it? Please, please, please... You guys should stop giving misleading information based on your opinions: and stop answering questions that you are not sure of the answers. Cheers |
whytegirl: Hi justwise and vic, u guys are doing a GREAT job and I must specially commend u on ur patience. Gosh, it takes a special grace to deal with all kinds of questions.I appreciate your appreciation, and I hope this is not a farewell message. congratulations. |
roadmap2money: Hello Nl,You seem to know too much about "David", but why is "David" not making these enquiries for himself? |
aronkyshire: Good evening here.Is this particular question not answered in the original post? You have to present the original papers of every hard document (even along with the photocopies)... the only documents that can be accepted in photocopies are the identification documents (Passport and Residence Permit) of the person that is inviting you |
AceMiss: @Londoncool,Vicjustice and JustwiseYou asked this question in Previous posts and it generated responses, yet you're asking the same thing again saying you're more confused than ever. I insist that it doesn't matter whether you have family and/or friends in the UK, you can stay in a lodging accommodation even if you state that they are UK residents: besides, even if you declare your you intention to visit them, it is not a requirement that you must stay in their property. The only problem that you may be having is the discrepancies on the information that you provided something that could get you into trouble if they manage to find out |
LondonCool: Vicjustice, long time! I have been missing in action in hibernation for a long time (4yrs). I see you have been doing a good job here.Well, the presure was on Justwise and i just felt like assisting in the little way that i can since guys like you were unavailable... and i've been free and available to assist. |
Hey, Londoncool! Where have you been? Good to see you... I just remembered your activities when I observed the posts of Visaofficer offering the kind of services that you were known for howbeit on US matters |
Saintp: Guys,It is easy, you'd have to spend the night at the airport, I've done that numerous time without number |
AceMiss: @vicjustice,if I wirte that I discovered relatives in my previous visit, will I still be able to use hotel reservation(cos its easier for me and more convenient). Hope they will not expect me to resort to invitation letters etc because I have relatives abroad. worry 359: Saying that you have "just discovered" relatives but that you need to stay in a hotel is quite acceptable in UK.It actually depends on the reason for visiting, but however, whether having relatives or not, it is not a requirement to stay in their house or to stay in a lodging accommodation: what is required is a credible accommodation details, it doesn't matter where one stays as long as there is availability of reasonable accommodation |
AceMiss: Hello Justwise and Vicjustice,i have a question to ask. i have visited the UK twice and on both applications i used hotel bookings and reservation even though i ended up staying with family. i recalled that on both applications i stated that i didnt have any family or friends in the uk hence the use of hotel bookings. But on my last visit(i went thru city airport) i was asked if i'll be staying with family and i mistakenly said yes and i noticed that the officer wrote it down. My 2 years visa is expiring this july and i intend to re-apply but do i change my story and state that i have re-connected/discovered family or friends in my application now or stick to my "no family and friends in the UK"?Since you have already contradicted your claims, any answer that you give now is going to be suspicious and may cost you dearly... Therefore, I like to suggest that you answer affirmative to the question because I believe it will be easier to defend the truth than to maintain a lie. It is not bad to say that you discovered your relative(s) in previous visit to the UK |
good188: This is good thread ,i want to know all the process to enter united statePlease, let no one abuse this generosity with this sort of question (such as), "what are the process..." or "what are the required documents...". This is obviously not the reason that this thread was started |
rakisha: Hello VicJustice,There is no need to talk about other matters or to give advice on the procedures to acquire the visa because, the person inviting you (your friend) does not qualify to invite someone into the UK and you guys are doing it all wrong therefore, his invitation letter does not hold any water. First of all, (though the house belongs to his father,) your friend is not legitimately in charge of the property therefore, he lacks the official rights to invite someone into it: his employment status and social circumstances are also very wrong... Cheers |
smallt: Good day all,I made sure that i read between lines in order to comprehend the figures which i must say are overwhelming and seemingly with the potential of raising suspicion until proven otherwise. smallt: I am paying for the trip from my investment with the Asset Management Company. The one week conference will cost me aboutLook, Visa Officers know too well that people who earn that much ie N600.000 (six hundred thousand Naira) per month usually travel on first or business class seats therefore, the cost of such trips are usually higher than the N300k that you had economically budgeted: there is no way that amount will make it, taking your stated salary and the amount you intended to spend for a trip to the UK, they just didn't add up. Now, the visa officer apparently judged that you are either exaggerating your salary claim or that you are a very stingy applicant. By the way, it is not Bread and Breakfast, but Bed and Breakfast or B&B. smallt: You declared that you are employed and earn N6xxK/£2552 per month. Our published guidelines gives applicants full information on what documents they are to submit in support of a visa application, however you have not provided sufficient satisfactory evidence to substantiate your stated income. Furthermore your stated income is not reflected in your bank statement. While I have taken into consideration all the documentation presented, I am no satisfied that your personal circumstances are as you have stated. With my understanding, I will be honest with you, to tell you that i will not be surprised if you got banned: presenting documents that suggest that you earn N600.000 per month and yet your account balance is JUST N257.000, i hope this is not the case. smallt: I must take into account your personal and economic circumstances in Nigeria when coming to my decision, however given the statements you have made and the documentary evidence you have presented to support your application, I am not satisfied that your circumstances in Nigeria, coupled with your reasons for wishing to travel to the UK are such that you have sufficient intention to lave the UK at the end of your proposed visit....In my opinion, the ECO took the appropriate decision. smallt: Your right of appeal is limited to the grounds referred to in section 84(1)(c) of the Nationality immigration and Asylum Act 2002.You have no rights of appeal so, appealing the decision is out of the question smallt: Obviously, the ECO simply took a look at the balance on my current account statement and concluded that I do not have enough funds. All other documents were ignored. That is the right thing that the ECO had to do in order to reach a decision. smallt: What right of appeal do I have? You are free to reapply whenever you like, and NO, reapplying so soon will not give the impression that you are desperate (to migrate) rather, it may mean that you are persistent and insisting on your purpose and intention to travel: that is if you are indeed clean with your previous application smallt: Can I use the same documents they returned to me if I re-apply or do I have to get updated statements of account, letters etc?If the documents are blameless and valid, why not? |
Tednersy: Good day, pls can anyone apply for the express visa?Like what information do you wish to change? |
rakisha: Hello Vic, Justwise and all other members. I am back again. Pls I need your advice. I was just informed at work today that I am entitled to Leave Allowance of about 200k covering a period of 18months. The accountant called to ask if I want the money paid with my salary or if I want a cheque so I can pay into my savings account. Pls advice me. I am about applying for my Visa and I don't want a case of money lodgement if they pay it in my salary account. If your work company paid the money into your account, wouldn't the record show the source of income? I suppose the lodgement will show the details, so, it should be totally safe to present a bank statement with such lodgement |
olumide098: I Need Help and am Highly confused. I carried a Tourist Visa to the embassy Last year November and i was refused by the UK Embassy that I didnt put tax document. I contacted my working place and i was given a Tax clearance from the federal inland revenue. I carried another application second time to UK Embassy to my surprised I was refused again last year december based on the ground that my tourist attraction center is too far away from my hotel. dont know what to do and i really want to go to Uk. Please house kindly assist me on this because I really want to travel this year. thanks waiting for your message....But the reasons for the refusal seem to be very clear, and the way forward is this: Now that your tax issues had been resolved, you need to do some Google searches and study some areas of interest so may be able to present a good reason why you wish to travel to the UK and to arrange a conducive accommodation(s) in reasonable area(s). By the way, what country are you from? |
sam79: Pls I need advice Urgently. Is the trip to be funded by your company, I mean, are you being sponsored or you are supporting yourself? If you don't mind, it will be better to write the exact content of the Refusal Notice, word by word, but remember to censor any personal or private content that you're not comfortable to disclose |
effisyman: I edited for security purposes and sm happy you got my message. It's not for me to suggest the ground on which they will be granted asylum since the outcome of asylum request is not something that I can guarantee, but I expect you are aware that only one in a hundred Nigerian asylum seekers are indeed deserving asylum, and that others seek asylum under bogus claims: also, be aware that most Nigerian asylum seekers fail... however, many are issued residence permit on humanitarian grounds: hardly would Canada deport anyone who does not pose security, social or health threat to the country |
REHOZIBAH: Good evening all...pls I am asking this question in lieu of a friend who intends spending his next vacation in d UK around october),he intends travelling alone.I'd prefer to hear firsthand from your "friend" and answer him directly |
Cyndas: ok, thanks for your time.I have no idea how Nigerian pay-slips look like, but if they contains the kind of information that pay-slips in Europe contain, then you won't need your tax clearance since it is revealed in pay-slips |
Cyndas: @vicjusticeFirst of all, it is vital to know that you need to be in same employment for 12 months or over before you can use the employment as occupation in regard to visa application. In most EU countries, after an employer has passed the initial months of probation with satisfying performances, s/he will then be given a full staff status. But s/he will not be covered by the labour law against abrupt termination of employment until after one full year with the company. This means, while you had passed the probation period and are staying with the company, your employer still has the rights to terminate your employment at will, but once you have stayed with the company for over 12 months, you will then be immuned from abrupt or untimely termination of employment without financial compensation except on the ground of gross misconduct. You need to stay in your employment for at least 12 months for you to be established and gain labour rights assurance. Note: it is possible to get the visa even in your given circumstances, in fact, the visa officer might not look into the issue of your new employment, but bear in mind that if the issue is raised, then there will be only one result, Visa REFUSAL |
sogbada: Thank you again Vicjustice, Please dont say my wahala is too much o. the money is actually used for the buying and selling business which i stated in my previous message hence my initial question on if i should go and register the business or just explain in writing. I buy and resell human hair from India. I have a contact there who helps me purchase and i resell in Abuja. I started with my savings and i have made considerable profit which is always reinvested in the business. I also sell to people who resell. Will you advice me to just explain in plain writing with support of emails and tellers showing payments into my Indian contact's account which tallies with the withdrawals and some emails enquiring for hair and informing me of paying for the hair in my account etc or I should just register the business. These narrations or analysis are not what visa officers want to hear, what they want to see is the income that are earned from legitimate occupation and that is the N106k clear salary, they won't be interested in all these tales: Be advised that in the eyes of Europeans, you are an illegal business woman trading in corruption. The N106k that you get as salary is sufficient for visa application if your bank statement does not suggest that you're financially struggling. However, the fact that you have N600k (or a little more) and you are budgeting N300k for the trip including the airfare does not look good at all |
effisyman: Hi.Why have you edited the information that you provided before? i was actually working on it... Anyway, i can still recall what you previously wrote down otherwise, i wouldn't have been able to respond to these phrases. You (earlier wrote that you) want your wife and four kids to migrate to Canada while you stay back in Nigeria to manage your business (with the hope to join them in the future)... There are some options available to your wife to achieve this, and one such option is if she has $250.000 (Canadian Dollar) to set up a business in Canada, or she uses the Federal Skill Worker scheme (if she is a graduate in any of the highly needed professional fields). A third option is this: She and the kids can apply for tourist visa and eventually seeking asylum in Canada... There are a few other things that could work well if well done. You might want to visit the Canadian Immigration website at www.cic.gc.ca |
sogbada: Thanx Vicjustice, i appreciate your prompt response but then how will i explain the huge amount of money being deposited and withdrawn (about 250,000 to 400,000 on one transaction). Even yesterday, i received a deposit of 320,000 and I made a withdrawal of 150,000 today. Sometimes i might have 1.3M today and tomorrow I have 800k etc (huge withdrawals and deposits) Pls advice me on what to do. i am just scared. Also I have over 600k but it might be higher or lower than that as at when i print my statement by 5th August. I dont intend going as a tourist, my boyfriend is inviting me for holiday and i will stay with him for 2 weeks. My stay in UK will cost me 300,000 including flight. And I read somewhere on Nairaland that some people were refused because their monthly income is not commensurate to their account balance. My income minus the business after tax is 106,000 and i have been working for 18 months. Is that commensurate with the 620,000 i have in my account?. Vicjustice please i await your input on this. God bless you.First of all, whether you go to see your boyfriend and stay with him or you are visiting the UK for whatever reason, you are called a tourist. Talking about how to explain the transactions in your bank account, i'd say: had i been the person depositing and withdrawing the monies from your account, i would have been able to tell you why or how i got the monies or why i am withdrawing them. But since i am not aware of anything about the transactions, how then can i advice you in this regard except you want me to help you fake a story? Well, i insist that the N600k is way too small, you're going to waste your time and money because, i can't see how you are going to get a visa with all these |
sogbada: Hello VicJustice, please I need your advice. my case is similar to rakisha. I have a job which pays me 120,000 every month but i also buy and sell but my business is not registered. when filling the UK tourist form, they asked for my total monthly income, i want to write 160,000 because that is the average of what i make in a month both from my salary and from my business although the business amount fluctuates especially when my goods havent arrived. pls will you advice me to go and register my business because i want to use it to explain why there is alot of money being deposited in my account. is it not going to be too close to my application date? (2nd week August). Also if i register my business, do i have to pay tax immediately. pls bear in mind that this is just an extra source of income. pls kindly address all my bolded and coloured questions because i am worried. thank you and God bless you. amenhttps://www.nairaland.com/823855/general-uk-visa-enquiries-part/127#down |

Until the recent protests, most people were unaware of Trayvon Martin's incidents both the one surrounding his death and the trial and acquittal of the man who killed him. If you happened to find yourself wondering about the whole situations, here's a look at what you need to know about the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February 2012. Former neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman was acquitted of the crime in July 2013. Facts: Trayvon Benjamin Martin, born February 5, 1995, was a 17-year-old African-American high school student who lived in Miami Gardens, Florida with his mother Sybrina Fulton. In February 2012, Martin was visting his father Tracy Martin in Sanford, Florida after receiving a ten-day suspension from Krop Senior High School. The suspension stemmed from the discovery of drug residue in Martin's book bag. George Michael Zimmerman, born October 5, 1983, was a part-time student at Seminole State College and a neighborhood watch captain at the Retreat at Twin Lakes gated community in Sanford at the time of the shooting. He is married to Shellie (Dean) Zimmerman and is the son of Robert and Gladys Zimmerman. Timeline: February 26, 2012 - George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch captain in Sanford, Florida, calls 911 to report "a suspicious person" in the neighborhood. He is instructed not to get out of his SUV or approach the person. Zimmerman disregards the instructions. Moments later, neighbors report hearing gunfire. Zimmerman acknowledges that he shot Martin, claiming it was in self-defense. In a police report, Officer Timothy Smith writes that Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose and back of the head. February 27, 2012 - Martin's father, Tracy Martin, files a missing persons report. Officers with the Sanford Police Department visit Tracy Martin. He is able to identify Trayvon Martin's body using a photo. March 8, 2102 - Investigators receive a fax from the Altamonte Family Practice containing the medical records identifying the injuries sustained by Zimmerman on the night of the shooting: Open wound of scalp, without mention of complication; nasal bones, closed fracture; assault by other specified means. March 12, 2012 - Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee says that Zimmerman has not been charged because there are no grounds to disprove his story of the events. March 13, 2012 - Sanford Police Department's homicide detective Christopher Serino recommends Zimmerman be charged with manslaughter. Zimmerman "failed to identify himself" as a concerned citizen or neighborhood watch member on two occasions that night. Serino reports that he thought Zimmerman's head injuries were "marginally consistent with a life-threatening episode, as described by him, during which neither a deadly weapon nor deadly force were deployed by Trayvon Martin." March 14, 2012 - The case is turned over to the Florida State Attorney Norm Wolfinger. March 15, 2012 - In a letter to the Orlando Sentinel, Robert Zimmerman, George Zimmerman's father, writes that George has been unfairly portrayed as a racist, and that George is Hispanic and grew up in a multiracial family. March 16, 2012 - Authorities release seven 911 calls from the night of the shooting. In one of the 911 recordings, Zimmerman, against the advice of the 911 dispatcher, follows Martin. In one of the recordings, a voice screams "Help, help!" in the background, followed by the sound of a gunshot. March 19, 2012 - The Justice Department and the FBI announce that they have launched an investigation into Martin's death. March 20, 2012 - A lawyer for the Martin family, Benjamin Crump, holds a news conference, telling reporters that Trayvon was on the phone with his 16-year-old girlfriend at the time of the shooting. The girl, who wishes to remain anonymous, says she heard someone ask Martin what he was doing and heard Martin ask why the person was following him, according to Crump. The girl then got the impression that there was an altercation in which the earpiece fell out of Martin's ear and the connection went dead. March 21, 2012 - CNN analyzes one of the tapes of Zimmerman's call to dispatch, in which he is purported to have used a racial slur against blacks. The results are inconclusive. March 22, 2012 - A petition on Change.org calling for the arrest of Zimmerman, created by the parents of Trayvon Martin, surpasses 1.3 million people. March 22, 2012 - Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee announces he is stepping down "temporarily" as head of the department, which has been criticized for its handling of the fatal shooting. March 22, 2012 - Florida Gov. Rick Scott announces he is appointing Angela B. Corey of the 4th Judicial Circuit as state attorney in the investigation, replacing Norman Wolfinger, state attorney for Florida's 18th District, which includes Sanford. March 23, 2012 - President Barack Obama speaks out publicly for the first time on the growing controversy over the shooting of Trayvon Martin, saying that the incident requires national "soul-searching." March 24, 2012 - A handful of members from the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) offer a $10,000 reward for the "capture" of George Zimmerman. March 26, 2012 - Exactly one month after Trayvon Martin's death, rallies take place in cities across the country, including Sanford, where the City Commission holds a town hall meeting on the incident and its aftermath. Martin's parents speak at the meeting. March 28, 2012 - Zimmerman's father, Robert, appears on television and says that Martin threatened to kill Zimmerman and then beat him so badly Zimmerman was forced to shoot. March 29, 2012 - Zimmerman's brother, Robert Zimmerman Jr., appears on CNN and says medical records will prove that his brother was attacked and his nose was broken by Trayvon Martin before he fatally shot the teen. April 2, 2012 - FBI agents interview Martin's girlfriend, the 16-year-old girl who, phone records show, was on the cell phone with him shortly before the fatal confrontation. April 3, 2012 - Zimmerman's legal adviser, Craig Sonner, says that criminal defense lawyer Hal Uhrig will represent Zimmerman and that Sonner will serve as co-counsel if the case proceeds. April 7-8, 2012 - George Zimmerman launches a website warning supporters about groups falsely claiming to be raising funds for his defense. The site includes a link through which donations can be made to pay for Zimmerman's lawyers and living expenses. April 9, 2012 - Prosecutor Angela Corey announces that she will not present the case to a grand jury. April 10, 2012 - Attorneys Hal Uhrig and Craig Sonner announce that they have lost contact with Zimmerman and no longer represent him. April 11, 2012 - Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder. April 18, 2012 - It is announced that Seminole County Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. will take over George Zimmerman's case. April 20, 2012 - Zimmerman's bond hearing is held. Judge Lester sets Zimmerman's bond at $150,000. During the hearing, Zimmerman apologizes to the family of Trayvon Martin for the loss of their son. April 23, 2012 - Zimmerman is released on bail at 12:05 AM. Later in the day, Zimmerman enters a written not guilty plea and waves his right to appear at his arraignment. May 8, 2012 - Judge Kenneth Lester accepts Zimmerman's written plea of not guilty. May 15, 2012 - A medical report by George Zimmerman's family doctor, taken a day after the February 26 shooting, shows Zimmerman was diagnosed with a fractured nose, two black eyes and two lacerations on the back of his head. June 1, 2012 - Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. revokes Zimmerman's bond and orders him to surrender within 48 hours after the prosecution argues that Zimmerman and his wife, Shellie, misrepresented their finances when Zimmerman's bond was originally set in April. June 3, 2012 - At 1:45 PM, Zimmerman surrenders to authorities and is taken into custody at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Seminole County. June 12, 2012 - George Zimmerman's wife Shellie is arrested and charged with perjury. June 18, 2012 - Audio of six phone calls between Zimmerman and his wife Shellie are released, along with bank statements. June 20, 2012 - Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee is officially fired. June 25, 2012 - Zimmerman's attorney files a motion requesting a "reasonable bond" be set for Zimmerman's release from jail. July 5, 2012 - The judge sets Zimmerman's bond at $1 million. July 6, 2012 - Zimmerman is released from jail after posting the required 10% of the $1 million bond ($100,000). July 13, 2012 - Zimmerman's legal team files a motion requesting Judge Lester step down from the case. The motion claims Zimmerman cannot get a fair trial because Lester used "gratuitous, disparaging" language in the previous week's bail order. July 18, 2012 - Zimmerman, appearing on Fox News "Hannity" show, does his first television interview since the shooting. He says he would not do anything differently. August 9, 2012 - A photo of Trayvon Martin's body and George Zimmerman's school records are mistakenly released by prosecutors. Special Prosecutor Angela Corey's office issues a statement asking reporters to "please disregard and do not use the information contained in the initial e-mail. It was inadvertently attached." August 13, 2012 - George Zimmerman appeals Judge Lester's refusal to recuse himself with the Fifth District Court of Appeals. August 30, 2012 - Judge Debra Nelson is assigned to replace Judge Kenneth Lester in the case of George Zimmerman. December 7, 2012 - Zimmerman sues NBC Universal for allegedly editing the 911 call he placed on the night of the tragic event. He states in the lawsuit that NBC unfairly made it appear that "Zimmerman was a racist, and that he was racially profiling Trayvon Martin". February 9, 2013 - The Justice for Trayvon Martin Foundation hosts a "Day of Remembrance Community Peace Walk and Forum" in Miami. It takes place four days after what would have been Martin's 18th birthday. March 5, 2013 - Lawyer Mark O'Mara decides against seeking a pretrial Stand your Ground immunity hearing for George Zimmerman citing lack of preparation time. April 5, 2013 - Martin's parents settle a wrongful-death claim against the homeowners association of the Florida subdivision where their son was killed. April 30, 2013 - George Zimmerman waives his right to a "stand your ground" pretrial immunity hearing. Zimmerman's attorneys decide they will instead try this as a self-defense case. If Zimmerman had had a pretrial immunity hearing, a judge would have ruled whether his actions were protected under the "stand your ground" law. If the judge had ruled in favor of Zimmerman, it would have meant that no criminal or civil trial could proceed. May 28, 2013 - Judge Debra Nelson rules on several motions brought by the defense. Nelson rules that Trayvon Martin's familiarity with guns, his marijuana use, and fights he may have been in cannot be brought up in Zimmerman's trial. She also denies a request to take the jury to the crime scene. Nelson, however, rules that jurors will remain anonymous and will be referred to by numbers only. June 20, 2013 - An all-female jury is selected. June 24, 2013 - The trial begins with opening statements. July 13, 2013 - The six woman jury finds George Zimmerman not guilty. They had three choices: to find Zimmerman guilty of second-degree murder; to find him guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter; or to find him not guilty. The jurors deliberated for more than 16 hours total, including 13 on Saturday alone. |
foce: If he shd stay for 4months won't this affect his next application when he wants to apply for the 2yrs, cos he told them he was Saturday here in 9ja, won't they ask him why he spent such time over there instead of the 2weeksIn this case, he may be subjected to explain what he was doing in the UK, not because his stay was illegal, but because of the circumstances... And failure to give satisfying explanation may result to his discredit. It all depends whether the circumstances are looked into, therefore, if they are observed, the applicant may be refused because he has not given a satisfactory explanation on what he was doing in the UK when he was supposed to be working in Nigeria |
foce: Justwise my brother good afternoon, pls I have a question, If someone gets a 6months uk visiting visa on the grounds that he is working in a company here in 9ja which is formality and in his the application he stated that he wants to go for a 2weeks holidays, how long do u think will be proper for him to stay over there since his aim is to apply for 2yrs visa when the 6months expiresA lot of people are not aware that some visas could carry REMARKS... Now, remarks on visas are extremely important to observe as they outline the condition of use. Therefore, unless a 6 months tourist visa carries a REMARK stating the duration of stay, you are allowed to stay as long as you wish during the 6 months validity |
