So this customer(a nairander) called me and asked for 15 rolls of wallpaper and 15sqm of linoleum which the total was 90,000.

We reached an agreement and he told me to waybill it to bayelsa and he will only transfer my money only if I take it to the park and make video call with him showing the packed items. I agreed. I couldn't get any vehicle going to bayelsa from iyana ipaja so I called him to ask if he will prefer peace mass which he said yes. All this while he knew he didn't have any money to pay me but because he want to show the wickedness in him, he asked me to take it to park.

Everyone knows iyana ipaja to jibowu is a very long distance and I did not even charge him for the trip just because I want to please and make my customer happy .

I was in traffic for more than 2hrs and this devil of a customer didn't see the need to call me to inform me that he don't need those items again
I reached peace mass and was negotiating with the driver about the waybill fee and that was when I saw this message below. Funny enough he also blocked me.

As for the wallpaper I can always get another customer that will buy it but the linoleum has been cut into the square meter he want. Selling it won't be easy but God will bring a customer that will buy it.

When this man knows he doesn't have money to pay for an item while ordering it and giving me unnecessary stress.

Vendors please take note of this, when a customer request for anything and he /she can't send money first please kindly ignore them . Most of them are time wasters.

Sorry Sis...But is also a two way thing.
Just ask God for insight into all before you make a decision.
I have also paid a vendor here on Nairaland for a good, which he failed to deliver...What the guy kept doing was to abuse me.
It is also proper not to pay before receiving the good.

The first time I moved out of my parents house In 2018 I literally rented a house for 40,000 naira a year, and it was a room self contain in delta.

Today there is no single room self contain below 200-250,000 naira, and that’s even the ones in rural areas, anyone in town is from 300k and above, and yes just a room !!! Wtf is happening?

I’m so worried about Nigerians, am I the only one facing these issues or is every one so rich they can easily pay 300k for a damm single room apartment

The most appropriate action is to take it up to the Departmental panel and SUG...Then move it up to Senate.
The Lecturer would be sanctioned...It was wrong for him to do.
The best action for him to take was to warn the student or send him/her out of the class. Take the matter to school authority and tell them you did it because they were your first point of call before you decide taking it to law enforcement agencies...This case is similar to being assaulted.

I just don't know where to start from, I've used infection drug as prescribed and given by the pharmacy I patronised.

It started out as a spot, it was seriously itching and spreading, I took the drugs I can't remember I think it's sivofloxacin or sivoflocin, in infection drug.

After a while it was asive it was begining to dry, but the scars are still there. Just yesterday it started to itch me again, and now rapidly spreading it comes red, after itching it turns black and then spread to other side.

Has anyone experienced this ?? How did you tackle it, do I need to go herbal or just go to hospital, please what is the name.

I have seen this happening to people that in some cases, they grow to become a big obvious growth. I don't want that to happen to me please. I don't even know what it is called in English but I have applied some ointments to treat it but none seems to work, rather it is spreading the more. Something that came out one is now spreading to what it is. It would look as though it is dying/dead only to resurface again with serious itching from the inside. This started since last year.

Try not to scratch it, your scratching it multiplies it. If you have that discipline, it would go.

He added a clause that his son can join the management of the firms and estate only when he graduates from any University with at least a pass and record less than 7police cases before he turns 28..

Even at that he can eventually take over the firm after joining management for minimum 4years...

This statement just dey cast doubt for my mind if really the man is guilty as accused... So many ladies are easily deceived by their mothers into seeing their father as a devil.

This lady's statement shows she grew up not staying with the man...but staying in her maternal home. She most probably has been oriented to see her father as the black sheep. The father may have been providing for the children without them knowing.

The man may be feeling lonely...and is painful to have children and yet feel like one who is on a lone (no progeny).

I just pray justice is served...and the innocent isn't made to suffer at the end.

Obi Cubana promised someone scholarship for life and he showed us evidence he is really doing it. When will Davido show us evidence that he really gave out 250M naira to orphanage homes?
