Politics › Re: Nigerians Who Can't Explain Their Sources Of Wealth Would Be Arrested, Charged.. by viodemus: 11:37am On Dec 04, 2023
The whole of Nigeria is slowly becoming a full blown du^nce country.

So if someone goes to a street, one useless npf will just come and be asking a useless question. then another street, then another. As per Sars pro max.

Always looking for oppressive and suppressive ways in a society. tufiakwa. Laws are suppose to be fair and help ease the pains of economics or a society.

These kinds of cases, in a wise place, would have been, nass, ministry of finance, cbn, efcc, judges interpreting the law, and other things.

The SE needs to be bold in paying trained security forces, but banning unnecessary road blocks and unnecessary harassment.

Rubbish idea from the npf, no iota of creativity.

Good news...

If only the hateful tribalist, will not be hateful and tribalist. It would have been a hopeful good news.

There need to be a mixture of domestic and foreign refineries. Not just the few like Dangote.

Is it not fair that the SE gets the two US related refineries and any new power generation plants. Abi, is this kinds of fg project disbursements, allegeric to the the SE?

If not that many igbos can be aloof to tribalism business, at least the general sense of fairness and balance for dey. With foresight, you plan it

On a more serious note no be sTheir actions 50 years trend to make sense of and feel their logic.

The 50 years tribalism business of Nigeria, in summary.

The process from the trend analysis, is take most of the resources from the SE and SS, then take the meaningful part of the deal, and put it in the core north, sw, and then maybe throw one or two deals, to the SS (mostly amongst delta, rivers, cross Rivers, and akwa ibom).

Igbos, past trends will tell us that the reason that they give those SS states some deals, is to buy allies from the region and try to pit them against the SE. And also have reasons to station the sham forces in those places. They take about 45% middle belt and lower north people, then share 40% core north, 20% sw, then 5% SS, in the sham forces, and place them in the SS. Then in the middle belt, the core north and sw remains the same, while the other ones are reversed, but this time, with like 20% more SS then middle belt and lower north the same lowers.

They might throw once in a while deal bones to the middle belt and lower north, every other time. Once every spaced blue moon, they might build a road in the east, or just announce it.

You will not see wannabe SE mouthpiece Umahi aka O wuru ummai (nmai). You will not see house boy Umahi, advice for fairness in economics and security.

The hateful tribalist needs to let the SE have this one, afterall it is suppose to be a general success. Only when it comes to the SE and some parts of the SS, na when brain for cunny dey dey.

They kill and destroy the SE at will, trying their hardest to create discomfort amongst the people, then they systematically make the foreign investors or any experts, pick between the core north and sw.

Igbos are normally mostly happy for any deal. But it is time to start putting, not only this deal, but more deals of magnitude, in the SE and everywhere else.

Igbos need to advice the Americans and other allies, depending on deal, to house it in the SE and SS. It is a mutual interest, and it is good for Nigeria or for the great region. It is ideologically safe and it is the right thing to do.

If they borrow from Saudi or dubai or turkey, they strictly share those deals between the core north and the SW. Then when they get from uk, USA, Israel, France, Germany, etc, they still focus on those two places. The core north no care say e dey go Lagos, because one thing wey dey go for them, dem still get over 45% sham forces in the sw, while the sw is 40% is sw, then a mixture of others. In the north, is 65% to 70% core north, then like 10% sw, then the rest mixed.

mean while, in the core north, they take their resources from one side, and still do the follow up process in the same core north..

It is time for fairness, American or visionary partners, not terrorists related countries, should know that the SE and many parts of the SS, are your best bet for fairness Now sha, the SE deserve one.

I will like, say like, if it were 2 refineries, one between Ebonyi and abia, then another between enugu and Anambra, then future innovative power generation plant in imo.

Na wa o. This mata dun stretch o.

For me, what about the Brazilians amongst the yorubas. From 1820s to 1900s, over 1 million Brazilians came to Lagos, many escaped Brazil. There were black ship people, that smuggled many Brazilians back to africa, especially Lagos. Then, they were also Brazilians that came as slaves with the Portuguese and later the British, when they were ruling Lagos.

The Brazilians ran from the harsh realities they faced in Brazil. People were hung and beheaded for small crimes, the oyibos would copy the arabs and blindfold a man and a woman, with the victims not knowing that they were related, and make them have sex for the pleasure of the oyibo ticket payers. Brazil was a point from where slaves were sold to the Caribbean and the USA. It was really bad for them. Brazil even today, has more blacks outside of Africa.

Many people claimed that the number of Brazil that went back to Lagos was almost 5 million, some say it was a million. So, what about those Brazilians? Many of those Brazilians, learnt yoruba when they moved away from Lagos, but many of them stayed in Lagos. There were also many igbos that ran away from slavery but never made it back to the east due to igbo war against the slave traders and other tribes around.

Brazilians are still holding on to their people that went to Nigeria, mostly Lagos. Many Brazilians naively call the whole Nigeria - yoruba, because the word on the street then, was if you learn yoruba, they can quickly assimilate back into the black areas of Nigeria.

Those one million or so Brazilians, are now full time yorubas, at least most of them. Even today, Brazilians are still crying for their people. Fun facts, most Brazilians blacks are tracing their roots more to the SE and tribes of cross Rivers and akwa ibom, than sw. But, you can't deny that they got more integrated to the sw.

I don't know what the oba is talking about, especially when they try to make fake narratives of ruling over a majority people like the Igbos. Such an aloof and wishful statement cannot be possible. If you took advantage of igbo fight against Europeans or arabs or even northern Nigeria, that's one thing. But the Igbos bow to no one.

It is also interesting to be learning about this current argument.

If the oba is claiming Lagos ownership, he should have conquered and owned all the states before Lagos. I really don't see how that was possible. Another thing is, did the oba ever conquer even one inch of the north?
I don't know if his made up stories is to give his slaves a bigger view of him or what.

Coronavirus time, the oba did not save the world with his powers. Matter of fact, no one could go to his house. Dem been dey fear infection like everybody else.

If I was to judge from my limited knowledge, I think the Lagos had yorubas before any Benin oba. Yes, the Portuguese and the british after, took over Lagos, then the yorubas systematically let Lagos become a capital in order to benefit from the development of being a national capital.

The oba reminds me of back in the day Rome, from the books; They said, the Roman leaders had fire blow out in a terrifying manner when his door opened, before he came out to make a speech. it made people think he had some kind of mystic powers, which made people fear him beyond normal.

This osprey plane that can land vertically and horizontally is very difficult to maintain. Coupled with this new generation of operators that don't really have the patience for deep knowledge.

This plane can hunt for submarines for over 300 or more miles at a time. It can also quickly transport special forces on missions to near interest zones.

Those laughing at this unfortunate incident, are laughing at themselves. Without essential mistakes, you can't get better. You cannot wait until war time to sharpen up, why do you think for over a year, Russia cannot fly a human aircraft near Ukraine, only Iranian, north Korean, and Chinese drones. As if, Russia and China, don't know that america is adding about 8 drones per flying craft to all their planes. By avoiding the risks, russia and china, will depend on only missiles in a future conflict, which they would still loose, because America has more deadly ones.

God bless the USA.
This incident and the past ones, are a critical learning process.

action in indeed, not talking in words alone.

Umahi, should have put all these energy in rail. If I were him, I would have started with rail, if I last as minister, then I would go to roads.

My logic would be, people will be paying for train, then the roads will decongest a little bit, then I can use the early railway use time, to start building the roads.

But sister, learn to protect yourself with head cover, even polythene bag will do. And in the interior of the house, wear mask.

in order to paint properly, one needs to prime the surface. There are some surfaces, that can use only primer paint first, then the real coloured paint next. If the surface is too smooth, then it will need sanding first, then priming, then paint.

Such procedure, will make the paint adhere to the surface better, and also make it last longer.

I have said if I was to ever emigrate, I will learn how to make asun or suya or even the two. They should sell very well as street food in most parts of the world. One can be doing that while looking for work. With it, you can become financially independent and won't even need a job.

I am sure asun will do very well if sold from a small food kiosk on a busy street, or not so busy street in London. If you target Jamaicans, Nigerians, South Asians and so on, one can make good money with fat profit margins.

You try for Brazil sha!
Facts.

just to add to wetin you dun already talk.

In my case eh, God know say I can't forget to thank luck, but also, I believe in preparation meets opportunity, and am always open to improve.

I hope say e no too easy like saying 1, 2, 3; the way I talk am, but with repetition of process. T e go cun dey dey easy.

Things I did,
- I always worked like say camera dey watch me. So, cleanliness, food handling, and storage, etc. Think about it, just because say you dey hood, equivalent of ajegunle, no mean say food and health inspector no go come do unannounced inspection.

- my suya meat, get preparation, marinated stages, cooking stages.

- my meat no dey too dry, but I get the style wey dry well well, almost like kishili. So basically my suya meet dey be like fully cooked steak tender meat, easy to eat, the fat removed, but steady flipping.

suya or asun, can help stabilize a drunk or high person.

so, when people go party or club, some go cun buy, before them go, or right after them come back.

I also learn say I no fit put the suya spice too much, so I dey sprinkle am small, then cun make my own hot pepper (not too pepperish, so basically, I use their style of side sauce - almost like stew, cun refry am, then add some pepper)

Another thing I forget to add, I notice say na from 5pm to like 2am, wey my suya dey sell. So, for day time, I dey make hamburger, my own way, so all those school kids, dey cun line up during the day. Their school dey like 15 or 20 mins walking distance away. Then, when i buy that bar next door, i also buy mobile ice cream, so that ice cream go pack from 12pm to like 3pm. I make sure say the kids no fit go the bar, but between my restaurant and the bar, na where the ice cream machine go dey.
secondary and primary school kids, dey.

Remember, work like say person dey watch you. People notice say I no dey let the kids enter the bar, eventhough say for Brazil dem no too send, but my stay for america teach me that, so I get signs for outside in bold letters, saying no primary or secondary kids after this point. So, parents no mind their kids hanging around there.

From 5pm, people dun dey pack outside, phone dey ring, everybody want suya. Sometime, I dey put am for stick the way hausa people dey do am, but one day, some girl accidentally use the stick nearly choke herself, so I begin cut am in sizable chunks, then put am for the foil.

I dey make suya, only a certain amount per day. I dey sell at least, 100 packs, then weekends starting on friday night, I dey sell reach almost 200 packs. Some people also want rice on the side.

Understand your customers. Understand their taste, almost like a food dj. I no fit really do am like Nigeria style too much, dem like pepper but not too much, while some no go go anywhere, if you no give them extra spicy (pepper) sauce. While some people, wan get fresh fish alone.

I wish you the best in your endeavors. As long as say, you no underrate the business Avenue. Because work still dey am. No still mean say, your market fit easy pass my own.

You lucky. And if you no dey speak portugese, e dey enter gear.

I love Brazil.

Back in the day, I leave America for Brazil, long story short, my brother no follow me go.

My guy, I started from square half no be even one.

The embassy people wey I follow catch flight enter Brazil, stayed in Rio, upper class area, I go them house for 3 days, with the hope say i go get hotel, they had to travel to Spain.

Na im I go fool*shyly go lodge for hotel, with only $2320, wey everybody scrape for me. My brother dun go back Naija, dey plot him asia trip. Long story short, after another 3days for hotel of $225 per night, my pocket weight drop. Na so I begin think about my future.

I sabi speak portugese, and I fit get along with people, so from talking to people there, on to say, I dey find where to rent, them direct me about 2 hours away, even hotel dey cheap. I run into some Nigerians for Rio, one tourist, and two people wey dey stay there, some igbos. (dem avoid me because dem no understand this kind guy wey ready follow them anywhere wey dem dey go, and I use style tall pass them, so them dey call me giant), me not knowing say, dem dey find way to shake me off - my boldness no pure to them , I no blame dem sha.

Na so i enter hood for Brazil(deliberately unnamed) based on direction from those hotel workers for Rio. O boy, I no cun know say na one chance I enter. I no been know say, gang war dey brew for area. I dey this hood hotel for 3 weeks, dey find where I fit rent for a month, but e no to pure. After 3 weeks, I cun dey see say, I no fit get place then go find work, where i go start. Mind you, during this 3 weeks, i dey reason am say, no be for me to enter Nigeria, then go restart - at least I still know Nigeria better, but shame no gree me - make I call am pride.

Anyways, one thing I do for my first 3 weeks for hood, na to dey listen and speak less, e help me hide my Nigerian side, but I no know say e make the two gangs wey get beef, dey look me like either mercenary or undercover. I no dey sleep, when I go back hotel for night, na so I go dey learn the accent of portugese based on slangs from one area wey I dey tell this mamaput lady, say na where I travel from.

One day, I dey the lady shop, na him, like 4 guys show up spray like 3 people down for the shop across the lady shop. The lady sun already wan close her own shop, matter of fact, that week na her last week. I cun convince the lady say make she give me 2 months, to help her hold down the shop, while she go the other city start her new shop; she also been wan do am because her 16 year old daughter dey misbehave and she dey suspect say the girl dun turn their house to gang hangout.

The week I take over the shop, by this week, I dun comot the hotel, dey sleep for back of the lady shop; The first week, 2 guys show like normal, begin blast for the shop, na him dem hit me for back and my hand - thank God e no hit me for worst place. Anyway, dem bandage me up, even the ekelebe no know me proper - I still dey form person wey come from village side. I speak portugese similar to that side.

Small small, I cun dey learn about everything. I no change the name of the small mamaput shop, but I begin make suya type of meat, next thing you know, the place cun dey busy even more, and more yawa cun dey dey around. The place na neutral side wey both sides fit show. No be only our shop there. Dem also know the lady but no cun dey see her, but with the new busy way, I dey sell suya dey put am for aluminum foil with sauce on the side. So, like joke, many of them cun dey hangout there. E get one 17 abi na 16 year old boy, wey dem dey call Anode, na him dey give me more news on the low down of the area and who be who. Before I forget, dem rob me twice in two months, use their weapon hit me well well, stab me for hand - nearly comot my finger wey I dey try hold one of the guy from beating me not knowing say na him knife I go hold, na so he draw the knife, e tear my hand - e take over 4 months to heal.

One day, that small boy Anode and him friend, come there dey chill for morning, dey talk to the bar side near the small shop wey i dey run, na so like another 2 small boys show for bike, clear anode, two of him friends, and one girl.

Long story short, I cun let like 4 people cun dey help me for the shop, small small, some of the guys wey dey the gangs cun dey see me like person wey dem go give respect, I dun collect from both sides and even small new gang. Ekelebe dun arrest me multiple times, dun even shoot at me for the shop because dem never see me before. I thank God. And I still dey work, with bandage, with everything, as long as i fit move, dem (the gangs, the ekelebes, the regular area people) never see anybody like that - dem no know say na condition make crayfish bend - na necessity for me. I dey baff, everything for the shop. E ruff for my first year and half. Me wey dey think say, I dun comot Nigeria, say I dun escape that kind thing. I dey tell you, many times for night when I dey shop dey sleep, na so dem dey do shootout for the street, over 100 shots or more. The shop and other shops, bullet holes everywhere.

Long story short, with time, sometimes dem go dey talk about yoruba and their wish to go there, and all these, na so I use cun dey find out say many of them na igbos, after them do gene test (wey dem dey trace their root to Africa). No be say everyday na war o, there were fun days. But the war days na hellellee. When i see say dem dun dey like Africa like that, I begin dey play all that timaya, p square, those early davido, wizkid, etc so my shop (by now, I dun buy the shop from the landlord wey that lady rent from. I dun get like 4 boys there. I dey good on both sides of the hood. The day wey dem wan do peace treaty, na my shop both number 1s come with other community leaders, by this time I dun dey sell isiewu sauce with rice, suya, kpuff kpuff, chin chin, peppersoup, rice and stew, jellof rice (like coconut rice type), and some of their food. I get 5 people wey dey work there, I dun buy the bar next door.

Na so o, in 19months, I no sleep reach 4 hours a day. If no be war, na future planning. Na so i use get into oil and gas and underwater welding, from one of my big dawgs wey come around one day. I do unpaid training like 2 hours away from the shop area. Then I cun get money, go Nigeria, cun enter yankee cun learn more, make money go back, open more shop for Rio, then cun buy delivery trucks, cun buy fashion store, from there cun dey try. E no easy, movie never finish. But, now I fit enter Brazil and be treated like citizens. When some of them cun know say I be Nigerian, dem trip. Dem no believe am. I speak like them. The area people see when I nearly kpai. I get scar for head wey bullet scrape me, my hand, back, chest, leg, Na God o. But I will forever be grateful to Brazil. Nothing but love. I put basketball court, build play ground, help many people, just like i dey do for Nigeria.

Things for take longer than normal, but na God. With time, I cun dey meet more Nigerians, mostly igbos, but I dun meet real Nigerian yoruba before too. Even those nigerians wey I see in my first week, dem be paddy now. I take my brother enter Brazil for visit, like 2016 abi na 17.

E plenty, but make I stop now. Memories.

Just humble when you dey there, Brazilians can get really rough. And small pikin fit dey take cocaine, so dem no dey too normal.

Igbos involved in this kind of acts, should desist from it. Every reasonable society needs not want, but needs police, if not, people will resolve their issues by themselves. So, police is a good thing for any society.

The police on the east, needs to be thoroughly trained, respectful, disciplined professionals, and paid.

Corrupt police needs to be called out, investigated, and fired. There is always going to be improvements in that sector.

Road blocks need to be abolished, except in an active crime scene, where the police is blocking out people from going into an active crime scene.

But, the terrorists in Nigerian police uniforms, using the banner of the law to do armed robbery and genocide on innocent people because of their tribe or religion, should be dealt with. The terrorists (igbo, Israel, American haters) in the sham forces, that are in the east to be dealing with innocent people, should be dealt with.

Igbos should mature, igbos should really mature. Police is as important as a doctor or a teacher, in every reasonable society. They are not God. They make mistakes, but they can be held responsible like everyone else if found guilty. What is there, in looking at blueprints worldwide, and taking modifying it to suit your society in a very fair way. Igbos, we have a lot of work to do. It is called societal business.

We should also see if the hopefully innocent dead people, were Christians purposely killed by the terrorist in official uniforms or if it were Asari people (supported by the tribalist regions) that infiltrated the east, and were about to be outed by the police, then they did them in. There need to be an investigation and a thorough assessment.

A place that does senseless killings, shows an immature society. Even foreigners stronger than you, will not trust such a place. So, we need to look into it clearly. Some people want to soil the reputation of the east.

RIP to the innocent.

No.

Is just that Nigeria is always about demigod and some other form of oppression.

There is respect, (which I support), and there is stupidity (which is this kind).

The truth is that all the states in the great region has oil and gas, and also other very vital resources.

Instead of trying to get acknowledged in Nigeria, the igbos should find out how to have a continuous leadership, and how to run a respectful and disciplined society, that is fair for all.

These kinds of acknowledgement is not reasonable. They acknowledge you, then they negotiate who they will sell it to, then they take the money and go do massive capital projects outside of the region, while they flood the great region with their planned tribal sham forces; Then they create instability in the great region, and show the foreigners why you are incapable of being trusted or responsible, then the foreigners see reason in that, then give them cash, weapons, and training, to make them capable to protect their investments. Meanwhile, the foreigners wish you were mature enough to handle business and make their investments more secure.

Igbos need to get more mature, and not use the Nigerian regions to judge their maturity level. Use successful, hardworking, and discipline oriented nations to judge maturity. Everyone should be free with respect for others, educated populace (not just a school thing - especially the overhyped university education).

Igbos need consistent and long term wisdom, if not, the next generation of igbos will be even more fool*sh, doomed to slavery - not just by foreigners but also by stark illiterates in Nigeria. Illiterates that don't want to progress but only remain like yemen. No future people.
It is sweet to always take the eastern resources and give the igbos pain and suffering.

In the sham forces, they purposely block the igbos out - why should the north or sw have more people than the igbos in a real security forces. Why can't they say, we are going to do 85% of investments in the SE, afterall, the other places have been focused on for too long. If not for oil and gas wealth, what will Lagos be using as collateral; - it is because of the insurance of oil and gas resources that the FG can back them up with, that makes foreigners invest there, even though the british and the portugese before them, had already laid the foundation of commercial area.

Igbos should be peaceful, but if we don't try to fight like Ukraine, against the oppression, it would get even worse. Imagine that the islamic arabian north had a quarter of the resources, we know that they would have made sure that the resources are under their control or even if they compromise, they would have made sure that 90% of the resources will be spent on their infrastructure alone.

Igbos also need to ask the hard questions, and straighten out their solutions. We are a lot of people in a small land; we need to have an educated, law abiding, and secure society; so it needs creativity. We can't all have mansions, so land and housing need to be creatively resolved. There are also indigenous igbos in Delta and Rivers that if Nigeria breaks up totally, will be absorbed into the east, then the igbos world wide and Nigeria wide should be planned for, they also need to be absorbed. There is no way, that the igbos should be broke and pitiful, Chineke gozi ri I gozi. There will be so much jobs, that the next generation will be complaining of immigrants coming in, just to get jobs that the ajebo igbos don't want to do; knowing that, we can condition their minds through foresight, by having creative ways to keep them disciplined, and not condescending, very respectful to all Africans but very strong against aggressors.

Igbos have a lot of work and reflections to do.
The current state of immaturity is not going to help at all. Giving the igbo future to hateful tribalist in Nigeria to shape, is not going to help anybody. 50 years from now, igbos then will be complaining about the same thing then.

If the igbos want to block the financial tap, due to very hateful tribal and religious discrimination, who can blame the tribe.

If Ukraine was just begging, where will they be today. If Ukraine had ran away like Afghanistan weak leader, where will they be today. If Israel had cried and said God will judge hamas, by now, hamas would have killed 1500 or more everyday. If America wasn't bold enough, the British will still be ruling it. If india, china, Zimbabwe, didn't fight for independence, they would have been stuck as pre independence people. If the british did not fight the Roman's, things would have been different. There are many more examples and inspirations.

Igbos need to value societal peace, harmony, and prosperity, but should not shy away from having a blueprint to chart its own path. They don't want to include igbos in all spheres of the national sectors. Is that one a country? We like Israel, America, UK, etc they like the terrorists; is that one a reasonable place?

A very strong mind indeed.

a strong mind is better than a strong physical.

But a strong mind and a strong physical, is the ultimate, because a strong mind is the same a strong spiritual, basically 2 in 1.

Let them continue, the era of that bullshit is gone in Nigeria, either we get it right in the ballot or not we won't try that shit called military take over. We are democracy forever
yeah, coup is gone, because the next stage is secession. Who wants to always be ruled by hateful tribalist, all the time. I wonder what would have been of Nigeria if the northerners had the resources in their region.

There is nothing like democracy in Nigeria. It is deceitful ruling in Nigeria.

The string along has started. They have started conditioning Nigeria for 2025 suffering.

Igbos need to think it through. The future is not looking hopeful at all. When useless and no good people lead you, what do you expect? When you have a forever backward northern region, what do you expect? When the vast national populace are getting more and more useless and not intelligent.

Drug dealer sympathiser, sit down. Someone says drug dealers also need money to survive & you're supporting them. Next you wonder why South Africans hate you when you have such low levels of ethics & morals.
Who is more of a drug dealer or an armed robber? South African or any other African.
The hate from South Africa is not good at all.

The way things are going - south africa might be facing a very dark future if care is not taken. It is really disappointing to see that South Africa is quickly going downhill without any control. It is already getting clear that if south Africa gets into a war with an above mediocre country in Africa, that means the western powers will more than likely support them over south Africa.

If not for the wickedness of useless leaders in Nigeria, why would anyone want to go to that country.

The majority of terrorist, that are infused in the sham forces, should not even dare this type of thing. If una try am, by hour 2, the SE will breakaway, even without a leadership plan. Una go just accelerate the inevitable.

In general, excluding this visit, Soludo abi na so olodo, loves to bow and enjoys doing subhuman to the sw, anytime he sees the opportunity. He is one point away from being a full time sw slave. To top it off, he seems to be anti israel, meaning he might be the terrorists supporter.
Soludo, 99% of igbos supports israel and other sane societies. Just so you remember.

Did Soludo say anything when the tribalist sham forces, raped and killed over 19 igbos yesterday?

What I learnt from an IPOB I spoke to - he said he is in the security team aka guardian Angels team. He said:-

For Igbos in general

When is the igbo tribe going to really get matured about collectively rising to greater heights. What are the laws and constitution? because the igbos cannot leave Nigeria and go and form another corrupt and incompetent country. If that's the case, why leave?

The igbo lack of collective cooperation and hands up attitude is making it easy for the oppressors to deal with the SE economically and credibly. It makes foreign alliance not view the igbos as a capable tribe.
of course, the foreigners have their own interest, but how can they respect you when they are paying your resources money to those outside your region. 70% of capital projects are done outside of the SE and other beneficial areas.

Does the SE want to keep dealing with other regions that don't want to move forward? For how long?

Also, for how long does the SE want to keep tolerating the exclusion from the tribalist sham forces? Not just exclusion, but a systematic economics blockade and limitation.

Right now, there are 38000 hausas, 3000 fulanis, 3700 islamic sw, and mixture of others, currently deployed in the SE. There are still more in cross Rivers, akwa ibom, Rivers delta, kogi, benue, and the ones with Cameroon on the Nigerian side.

Igbos, they are new apps made just for these situations. They will come in handy soon.

Education › Re: Historic Ocheja Hostel At Kogi State University, Anyigba, Now A Toilet Ground by viodemus: 6:40pm On Nov 25, 2023
seborrhic:
The reality which we must all face is that maintaining a structure such as a hostel where anything from 500-1000 students are residing is a capital intensive venture:
Water into at least 4 overhead tanks has to be pumped at least 2-3times a day.
The toilets have to be cleaned and regularly replaced because they naturally develop faults with continuous use by such a large number:imagine having to run each flushing system about 50times alone in the morning, maybe another 100 in evenings and nights when students return from the days activities.
Power has to be on to run these things, usually the school relies on diesel powered generators, they also develop fault or breakdown even when serviced regularly. To run a diesel gen for even 12hours a day for a month runs into millions.
Electric connections have to be regularly fixed, environment kept clean, toilets washed, for which you have to employ several cleaners.
Security had to be provided for each hostel aside hostel masters.
So it's either governments pump generous sums for maintenance or schools charge appropriate fees as hostel fees.
Anything less than either of these 2 options will inevitably lead to the state of hostels like that cited in this thread.
