Our collective maturity level is very low.

It's time to harsh out ourselves, not just on tribal and religious grounds, but also ethical grounds which I think even needs more focus.

Lack of training, lack of competent hires by the npf, lack of discipline by the npf.

The citizens don't have discipline.

They dropped the ball on this issue like they always do.

We have a societal problem and it needs surgery.

TV/Movies › Re: All Hollywood Romance Lovers......flood In Here!! by vioment: 12:53am On Apr 15, 2020
Naija movies are actually good.

The problems with naija movies are:
Juju movies or visits;
too many mommy/mama movies;
too many childish behaviors;
too many times in a movie, no audio;
background noise is higher than the actors.

I wish we can try in these things, so that it will be exciting to watch more.

Even with that and the lack of help from the infrastructure, that you can see in our movies, they are actually educative and interesting.

Naija movies are half and half better than Hollywood movies.

Hollywood movies are visually better but our storylines are most times better; especially if they can remove all those problems I mentioned above.

Mumu talk spotted.

soft minded immature thinking.

Save your brain for knowledge and the different modes of the future.

You don't own anybody even your wife and kids, when you get there if you haven't yet. You can only have the responsibility of leading them. It is your job to make them buy in to your leadership style.

These opinions are for women too.
Celebrities › Re: Tory Lanez Tells IK Ogbonna To Stop Posting Nigerian Flag by vioment: 11:44pm On Apr 14, 2020
I can never post that horrible and lame flag.

Green black green flag would be better and represent us. The current flag is just too dull for any reasonable eyes. It does not represent us at all.

Since 1960 till date, it hasn't fit us yet.

It's a tufiakwa flag.

Nothing short of an eye sore like that trashy and dirty arira market in Aba.

We are 26th in Africa. Let me repeat that, we are 26th in Africa. Nna na wa o. This is just testing.

I want to know what position we are in solution finding or cure finding in Africa and the world.

Am guessing in this 26th position, the first to 25th
probably have electricity to help their coordination, logistics, and research.

We need to go all in, in herbal treatment or organic treatment; because with digital treatment and techniques, we can't catch up and it creates confusion. We should fan out across Africa to look for plants that can cure this evil wind and others to come.

Realtizzy:
I like intellects like you
Thank you. I appreciate your appreciation.

I don't consider myself an intellect, but I just know that Nigeria can be in a league of its own if we rise to our collective potential especially when we implement discipline and wisdom. That will also help Africa grow.

We are more than capable of greatness but we choose to wallow in pity and insignificance.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Japan To Fund Firms To Shift Production Out Of China by vioment: 6:50am On Apr 12, 2020
Japan is not Nigeria.
I don't care what they do.

Nigeria could've/can been/be the manufacturer of the world.

China has the infrastructure and discipline to survive all these hate.

I am not a Chinese apologist but I don't like a lazy man's hate. This is a case of bushmeat wey catch the hunter. All these buyers and sellers were looking for slaves to do their hard work, until they figured that China is not a slave nation like Nigeria, they have and always have a plan.

If that loud mouth for Yankee gets his way, every Nigerian and African will be on the plantation or else, and if China have their way, they will expand their country to the whole of Africa.

None of them stand with us. We have to move in our own way with sense. You piss any of them off, they can delete enough of us. After all we are the almajiris and pity me people of the world.

Let us know our level. We are in nursery school while the serious ones are the nysc graduates.

Find a way to benefit from their hate against each other. We need light. Light is like an engine in a car, without it, that car can't move no Mata how good looking the car is.

It is now, we want to catch up because all those safe havens have closed their border.

He try.

He just don't have a solid platform to stand on.
A country with no light, just a buying and selling country, no forensics, always internal fighting and lawlesness. These are all self inflicted.

How can a serious country or another struggling country take us serious?

Our corruption and lack of vision put us in this condition.

Health › Re: 100 Italian Doctors Have Died Of Coronavirus by vioment: 9:09pm On Apr 09, 2020
Sorry for their loss.

Send those Chinese doctors back. They might be here to increase the death rate in Africa knowingly or unknowingly. If Nigeria goes, Africa is finished.

Those Chinese can help us from China for now. If they were coming to increase our electricity, then that is different.
Health › Re: Coronavirus: Lagos Begins Door-to-door Search by vioment: 9:04pm On Apr 09, 2020
Not an intelligent strategy.

Preach social distancing with emphasis of now, in the sense of time period. Make Naijans know that it is a little period type of time.

Preach food security. As in how do people get food, like food reach out strategies.

Preach solutions. Put all you know about the sickness, the way it spreads, the components of this virus in a deep scientist way, the infrastructural help, etc

* The problem is that we are looking at intelligent and dignified countries like the USA, China, Europe, many Asian places, and even many Arab countries; We are not like them in terms of infrastructure and logistics, these great countries can reach the most parts of their country and people; while a country like Nigeria can't. These countries are also financially bouyant.

We have made our beds, it's time to lie in it. Nigeria is logistically challenged. Door to door check is not a good idea, what if the sick person don't come out when the health inspectors comes to check.

Bus stop checks, official building checks are doable.

Let the inspectors do their hospital checks and other important checks. Use that money to beef up the hospitals, help the staffs, and try to help most ordinary people.

Many people no go too understand those things dey dem dey see for the ceilings dey no be light.

Those are vents - supply and return vents.

They also have window AC.

Those vents assure that fresh air comes in. Filtered fresh air. Sometimes they cool or heat with fresh air mixed with recirculated air.

In Nigeria, it is only recirculated air. The only fresh air is when people open the door, even that might be generator fume air.

We have a lot to learn.

Begging, stealing, and show off is a better way to describe Nigeria's culture.

You say? Person been talk?

The one wey una do before, anybody notice am?

Audio subsidy.

Nigeria fg no get any level on the world stage. A country without electricity is like a person wey break hand, but still wan do am wrestling. Only to give excuses later.

Incompetence has been Nigeria's trademark since 1970 till today. Do you think these other countries can't steal 85% of their country's wealth every year? They choose not to because they have conscience. Their stealing is 15% or less, and half the time, they are caught and disgraced.

We need to bring electricity to Nigeria, and solar or hydro is not our answer. It should be 70% serious and reliable source, in conjunction with solar and others.

After that you can speak with authority and conviction.

Of course they will try it on the myopic ones. The non scientific nations.

When not if, they decide to be cruel it, you will know is not an audio talk.

That's why it's important that Africa should bring a solution to this world threat and any future one.
Humility, discipline, and respect will take Africa far in the progressive ways of things.

Now if we graduate to keeping the cleanliness, adding more tar, watering the roads, official planting of road sides. Our country will not be different from Europe in terms of looks and picture quality.
