That senile, diaper-wearing dude finally realized he will not want to try any rubbish with the West. Do you know what it means to hold a US citizen captive in a useless country as yours? Especially when you and your COS are convicted drug dealers with dirt on you. Watch the guy being released and returning to file a suit against you for holding him captive on a baseless accusation. Ode oshi! He's filing nothing. His release has been settled with his company. You Nigerians look down on your country too much. We are not as down as you think. |

Properties › Re: Salary Earners, How Do You Plan Towards Your rent payment? by Vision101(m): 12:14am On Oct 23, 2024 |
Dainy1: This country is becoming something else. With the current high house rent increase and bills, we pray we survive it.
I was just thinking out loud. For someone earning 100k salary monthly, staying in 650k-800k house, what's your strategy towards your house rent payment? Knowing that you still have more bills to cater for monthly.
How do you save? What percentage do you save in a month?
With the little Salary been paid, Salary earners, how do you plan towards your current house rent payment?
A colleague was joking telling us, he's considering relocating to the village to start farming and staying in a free family apartment........hmmmmm 1. How can someone earning #100k - that is #1.2m per annum be paying rent of #650 - 800k? That's a mismatch. 2. Your rent shouldn't take more than 15 - 20% of your income. 3. Don't wait until payment period is very close before saving. 4. If your rent is as high as you stated either you change your accommodation to what you can afford or you diversify your sources of income. 5 At the earliest opportunity start planning on how to own your own property. Start small - half or quarter plot. Remote places where land is cheap. Is it possible? Yes. If the Yoruba mama that sells pepper can use ajor to do it you can also. |

They turn solutions to problem and turn around looking for solutions again
This government is the worst assemblage of the worst in every field of human endeavours that make a nation great. You always talk as if you were former IMF, World bank, best finance minister of USA, Germany, UK etc. No one knows anything except you. Infact no one in this government went to school except you. Melagros: COMRADES, honestly, I don't know what Tinubu's disciples will say about this negative news I believe in BAT's policy because I believe that this is what we need. A forecast is mere estimate. The actual result is what matters. Even when you get the actual result you must do variance analysis to determine why results are equal to forecast, lower than forecast or higher than forecast. I don't know why some people celebrate negative news in their own country. |

I use drycleaner. I spend a reasonable amount. The key is know the job well. Be very good at fabric care. You must operate it yourself and maybe have assistants. I have been using a particular one for some years now. He is far from my residence. There are some very close to my residence but I have been afraid to use them. A few times that I tried they disappointed. Most of them can damage your cloth. Drycleanimg is not wash and iron only. It's a skill. I can wash and iron but I'm not a drycleaner.
My long time laundry man has decided to go into another business and he now only takes material from selected clients. I have been earnestly searching for alternative but I have not found. |
