We should be greatful to OBJ, in fact people from Odiand Zaki Biam should be the most greatful. Don't forget former residents of 1004 estates are so so greatful. We should also thank him from changing the name NEPA to PHCN.
Sometimes GEJ just sets himself up for insults when he speaks. Has OBJ said anything good about this administration? He ought to know what not to say.

True talk. I've heard about putting phone in trousers. But if you put it in your breast pocket, it increases your chances of heart disease. So I guess being without phone is the best huh

The poster should also realize that there are men who ladies pursue vigorously.

Let's say you're a young wealthy and good looking man. In addition to that you are enlightened, women would chase you well. I'll give my pastor as a good example. He has the qualities I mentioned above. Women make passes at him a lot.
These are the same women who guys kill themselves to talk to.

Op , if your gf or a girl is faithful who is she doing a favour? If a girl decides to say that she won't sleep with every man that comes her way, is she doing me a favor or her self.
If anyone is good, he's good for him/herself and probably those around her. Just imagine a girl that sleeps with 90 percent of her toasters. Wetin you go call am?

Its a pity that people abuse the gift of prophesy. There are more charlatans who call themselves prophets than the real ones God uses.
The so called father is silly. That's what happens when someone wants to fight spiritual battle using carnal means. At least he should test every spirit. In fact this is not christianity, its idolatory.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Lacks Good Leaders – OBJ by vislabraye(m): 7:19pm On Mar 03, 2013
Nigeria is a country full of paradox. Nigeria would export forces to Mali, yet she needs security. Can a man whose house is on fire assist in putting off the fire in another man's house?

OBJ thinks we have forgotten about his administration. Let him come out and give account of the $16bn he spent on power. Let us investigate the sale of NITEL. Let us know how much he has in his account. How many days did he spend in Nigeria during his tenure? How much was his estacode?

If his hands are clean, let him speak. I wish Gani Fawhemi was still alive

One thing I've come to understand about cultism is that there's always a day of reckoning. I was in LASU when an ECO final year student was gunned down.
Fact is, even after graduation, your life isn't safe cos someone will hunt you down. Even worse than school cults are the ones people join to make wealth and sign blood oath.

Its not only good looks that counts but fitness and freshness. Some goodlooking guys are malnourished and it shows on them.
You also need to have class and be a good communicator. Don't depend on your looks alone cos that's not all a girl looks for.
Music/Radio › Re: Damino Damoche Shot Dead At LASU Gate by vislabraye(m): 11:53pm On Feb 28, 2013
Men, cultism in LASU has even cooled down. I remember about 10 years ago, there was a week when I heard gun shots every night. In fact the people ahead of me then told me that cultism had reduced.
I've heard a lot of cases of death but I haven't witnessed much. As God would have it, I wasn't always there when they happened.
Funny thing was that someone would be kill in FMS (Faculty of Matchetting Squad) and some times I wouldn't even hear about it except for the next day. My pupsie would usually hear about it before I did.

I was in science dept but the action was in FMS. That's where Tunde Salau, the SUG president was murdered on Feb 13. He instigated the burning of five some months earlier but he didn't escape their revenged.
LASU was very hot. When I was in 100 level, some boys gunned down a student because of his disc man. Very funny when I think of it now. I've also heard of a graduate cultist who was gunned down by LASU gate on his way to work.
Thank God for me. But as bad as LASU was or is, there are several schools hotter than them.
Agriculture › Re: Egg Distribution Or Pig Farming Which Would You Advice With Reasons by vislabraye(m): 5:07pm On Feb 28, 2013
Mcfemad: Dear sir, your assertions here are very wrong. Its better you are sure of what you know before sharing with others. I want to beilive you know nothing about this business, you're only using an Idea.
Let me point out where you went wrong: Chicks don't lay eggs; It's only Layers (commercial adult female birds) that lay consumable eggs and Breeder hens which lays Hatchable eggs. When you say chicks, you mean about 0-4weeks old birds!
Also, it is practically impossibe for a bird to lay more than one egg per day. Theroretically, it takes 26hours for an egg to be laid and Practically, it takes 23hours. This makes it impossible for a commercial hen to lay more than one egg. Averagely and based on my experiences over the years, birds do not lay more than 5days out of the 7days of the week. Correct me if I'm wrong!
Likewise, poultry farming is not as lucrative you all think except its run a large scale, there's always a problem with raw materials scarcity and availability, bad quality of finished feeds in the market just to mention a few.
To the op's question, do you have a land for the pig farming and what stock are u planning to start with? Are u producing for meat production basically or for reproduction in the sense that the pigs would be sold off at weaning stage?
Eggs distrubution is good and you can make more money than the egg producers but do you have a ready made market? Where do you intend to buy your eggs at 500 for pullets sizes? Do you plan to sell your medium sized eggs to bakers, mallams, cakes producers and ...? If you have positive answers to all of the questions on egg distrubution, then you are good to go.
With my experiences over the years and my present nature of Job, I will be willing to share more thoughts and opinions on this thread. Thanks and Kind Regards!
I meant to say layers not chicks. I meant to say a week and not days.
My family use to run poultry many years ago. The birds were over two thousand way back then. It was lucrative although the initial capital was much.
Agriculture › Re: Egg Distribution Or Pig Farming Which Would You Advice With Reasons by vislabraye(m): 3:25pm On Feb 28, 2013
Pigs are much easier to handle because their food is far cheaper. You can feed them with waste products from eateries and manufacturers.
Agriculture › Re: Egg Distribution Or Pig Farming Which Would You Advice With Reasons by vislabraye(m): 3:20pm On Feb 28, 2013
In both types of business, all you need is the market and you're half way through.
Running poultry is very lucrative and a little bit tricky. You need to manage it very well. Its capital intensive, so you have to make room for several expenditures such as feeding and medication.
Chicks do need a warm enviroment which should be provided. You would need power for this which means extra fuel. You'll make good cash cos a chick can lay at least 5 eggs a day.

Ps some one should help me calculate: Is 1500x10m = 100bn?
I think their spokes man is shooting himself in the foot.
With that daily amount that he claims to get, how much tax do they pay?

Omo Alata: Sexism in the church. Why does it have to be the man who is spiritually strong and the wife weak? Why can't it be the other way round?

Wives, please carry your husbands along grin
Wife could be stronger. But I don't think you would want to marry a husband you're stronger than.
Sexism in the church? The 12 apostles/disciples Jesus chose how many of them were women?
Jesus had women in his ministry but what roles did they play in comparism with the male.

History has shown us time and time again how women influenced their husbands negatively and it led to disaster.
Adam, Ahab, Sarah, almost Job. Should we even talk about Samson? The only woman who was wiser than her husband was the wife of Nabal.
So there's a lot of point in what the pastor is saying.

The context in which he speaks is correct. Many people have indulged in excesses that led to their untimely death.

I was told of a man who went to the beach with some friends. After drinking several rounds of beer, he decided to sleep with a prostitute. He was so intoxicated that he didn't wear condom. After the sex, he realized himself. But it was too late. He ended up with HIV and died.
