Our leaders should learn to protect its citizens outside. If something like this happens in SA, they should find a way to deal with the South Africans in Nigeria.

stildude: you can actually develop those skills at basic level via the internet. just download the different stages program. Then replay and practice with the help of a partner. As your understanding of techniques improves, you go to the next rank/stage program until you acquire higher degree of proficiency. I actually improved my Judo and Jujitsu skills through this method.
