Personally, I don't demand money from a guy I'm dating but if he gives me willingly I'd really appreciate it no matter how little. Now I will only tell him not to if he doesn't have the money and he is going out of his way to give it to me. But if all of a sudden I started rejecting the money for no reason? Then I'm about to dump him. This is the first thing I do whenever I want to end a relationship, I stop collecting gifts from the person.

d problem with leaving everything to chance is dt one keep getting d wrong ppl. I think we need to position ourself in d right places to meet d right person. One needs alot of goodluck to meet d right person by chance esp if one has specific qualifies he/she is lookin for. Dts y i am talkin abt conscious efforts

Imo, the wrong people are everywhere! The same people you meet in the clubs, you will meet in the church, u will meet at the pool, or gym, bank, and corporate gatherings. Meeting them there doesn't make them the right one.

The moment I knew I was ready to commit myself entirely to someone or I knew I was ready for marriage I started preparing myself for it, I started developing myself for it, and that's the only strategy I have got. You know living and building my life, equipping myself with what it takes to be a good friend, wife and mother someday. And yes, at the process of doing that I have met people.

Honestly, I have never been to anywhere when its not necessary........I have never been to anywhere just because I wanna position myself or whatsoever. I'm always at home when I have got nothing to do outside.

The guy I just said yes to few hours ago, I met him at a friend's office but I went there for a different thing altogether. I don't know if he is the right person, I guess right now all I need is grace and good luck.

I have learned that certain things in life have no arithmetic formular and one of those things is finding love.

Tonight actually marks the end of my singleness unofficially.........................well, it was fun while it lasted. Good days and bad days but in all I was happy and patient.

The Good days;
My life was void of unnecessarily dramas.
The freedom.
A period for sober reflection.
A period for self realisation and development.
I met a very special friend who made the last months of my being single beautiful and awesome.

The bad days;
Sometimes I really get lonely, cold, no one to share your days, ur plans and ur dreams with, no one to really play or get crazy with, you know look into his eyes and tell him how much I love him and what he means to me? I missed that! And it really sucked!

I was happy then but I hope to be happier now.

Life sucks huh? You know of all the challenges one faces in life, the "loneliness" part; having no one to talk to makes it all excruciatingly painful.

And you begin to ask yourself, am I not good enough, am I that a terrible person? Why can't I fit in? Am I gonna spend the rest of my alone? Am I gonna be this miserable all the rest of my life while others are happy? (Pursuit of happiness).

All these are very understandable, but sweetheart you gotta let go, you know that feeling of trying to fit in? Let it go, cos the truth of the matter is there is a reason you don't fit in! You are unique and special and till you begin to see yourself that way, you won't get out of this.

Stop trying to fit in and appreciate yourself more,,,,,,cos its only when you love,understand and appreciate yourself, that you are gonna find and attract that happiness and love and life you long for.

You are not in this alone, a lot of us are feeling this way right now but everything you need to beat this is inside of YOU! All that is required is change your mindset! Find that happiness in you, fall in love with yourself, have a relationship with yourself first and see how attractive you will be.

Above all, have a relationship with your God and always remember that he is the only person that has got your back, and he will never forsake you nor give up on you. And imo, you are better off with him.
