I guess you guys quoting him don't understand the use of paragraphs.
Buharis tenure and PDP tenure are in two different paragraphs.
Going by his analogy PDP left Nigeria 200times worse than the met it, which is completely true.
Omokri is just a useless hypocrite.
As in eh, a very big hypocrite

Jonathan regime was damn full of corrupt practices!

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Degree Dependence Is A Bad Idea Especially In Developing Countries by VTJN(m): 10:41am On Apr 23, 2021
mofedamijo:
Every course is relevant, that is why the University went through several years of research before setting up a department or a course.

The problem is Nigeria. Social Work is a very very lucrative course, however, it doesn't ring a bell in Nigeria. Does that make it irrelevanthuh Absolutely not.

Same way most of the engineering courses are useless in Nigeria due to lack of practical experience. Does that make it irrelevanthuh No.... Nigeria is a different kind of society.
Absolutely i can't agree less

No course is useless or irrelevant, Nigeria made them irrelevant

Heard that social work is a very lucrative course in developed countries

Fellow Nairalanders

It has been four days since the portal for registration has been opened yet someone I know is yet to register.

On her dashboard it keeps saying

"your institution is yet to submit hard copy kindly be patient"

It has been showing that since 4 days

Now all the states are gone
She can't choose a good state
No callup number.

Who knows what's going on?
Do you know someone experiencing this as well?

Kindly share

Registration closes this Friday.
Is there still hope??
I know some OAU students that registered for this present stream 2

how far bro, please i plan to serve in Ogun state in the upcoming batch

My friend who camped in Lagos said i shouldn't stress myself getting all necessary things needed for camp the likes of white shirts and shorts, rubber shoes, bed sheets, socks, food flask, bucket etc. He said it was sold in their camp and somewhat cheaper than buying outside in the market

Please is Ogun state camp also like that? Do they sell those things truly at cheaper rates compare to outside?

Thanks in anticipation!

A pregnant woman, nursing mother can exempt camp after registration

If you didn't fall under the above mentioned, you could get a medical report of a particular health issue, with that you could be allowed to leave after camp registration

I'm confused where are you getting your information from? Most universities in Norway exempt Nigerian students(except one isn't here) from writing the standardized tests... I do know that University of Oslo requires it of us, but a majority don't...
Please let's be careful about the information spread here. I'll also advice everyone perform due diligence by doing further research.
I only know of two schools that painstakingly exempt Nigerians from taking English test

University of Stavanger and university of Toronso

You can share any other schools you know doesn't required English test

He could either run with the little information and seek ways to harness the best of it or remain in his state and lament more.
please do you mind sharing any info about studying abroad, expecially someone with very little pay or no job?

I also came out top of my department, still job hunting

Oga start preparing for an English test... Most applications are rejected based on inability to provide English test score ..

Even if they aren't aren't rejected your admission might be conditional pending when you make your test score available.. that's for Norway.

Write Toefle or IELTS.. even if u get 6.5 it's better.
Thanks for your concern, i do appreciate!

Please which among the two English test would you recommend? that can be used elsewhere entirely outside Norway institution?
