Politics › Re: Ghanaians Ask Nigerian Retailers To Leave Their Country by Vulcanheph(m): 12:09pm On May 08, 2021
Lazycapitalist2:
Nigerians are free to set up shops wherever they want.

But the bone of contention is that Ghanaian law does not allow foreigners to set up retail based shops in Ghana. (Here in Nigeria, foreign banks are not allowed to operate retail banking services in Nigeria...which is why we have Barclays in many African countries bar Nigeria...yes, ECOBANK...which was set up partly with Nigerian cash...is an exception)

If the law says NO, then follow the law. Yes, the ghanaian law is not fair, but that's life. If we create crisis all over West Africa, we lose goodwill, investment...and by extension, cash.
Better oil dey your head.

No think like Mumu bro. Europeans, Americans and Chinese made their goods and services available to all nations on earth is not because their countries didn't allow them flourish back in their countries.
Most of the businesses owned by the people you mentioned (Europeans, Americans & Chinese) that flourished all over the world had already become big brand names in their home country before they decided to spread their tentacles all over the world.

How many of those people do you see coming to Nigeria to open up small/medium businesses like our Nigerians do in other countries.?

So between me and you now, who dey reason like mumu?

I have a feeling that it's GNLD.... but if you must go proceed with caution because these days to get a good job based on application alone is almost impossible, usually such jobs are gotten based on Man-know-man format.

Romance › Re: Guys See Why You Must Not Kneel Down To Propose To Your Woman (Photos Included) by Vulcanheph(m): 6:58am On May 08, 2021
Message to ladies.
1. This kneeling proposal of a thing started in Europe and was for knights to show honor, it has nothing to do in our modern world as there is no rule book that states that its a must for man to kneel when proposing.... Our ancestors never did that shit because it was never a part of our culture.
2. Marriage has always been more in favor of the woman than the man.
- the woman gets married so she'll have kids before menopause because a woman can be considered too old for marriage but a man can never be too old for marriage.
- the kids will appreciate and be more connected to the mother since she's the one who's always present in thier lives not the father who's always out making the money
-the husband's usually die first leaving the kids so the everything that the parents will benefit from the kids at old age will likely go to the woman etc
Therefore when a man proposes to you , always remember that he's doing you a favor because you will benefit more from it.

Message to Men
1. Anyhow you wanna propose is totally your business but always remember that kneeling isn't a must because any woman that genuinely wants to marry you will say YES irrespective of how you propose...
2. If your woman rejects your proposal simply because you didn't kneel then take your ring elsewhere, there's a possibility that there are dozens of women out there looking for a man like you to marry.

Spiiits...
Which soldiers/army.
Is it the same army wey many don die and many don resign.

There is basically no military presence in the north anymore that is why you see BH moving around so freely.
The ones in the south are not even much and they can't even send them up north to fight BH because of agitations in the south.

Stop decieving yourself.

Exactly, Don't mind the stupid people defending the act with their enslaved mentality.

There is a law in the Constitution that says "any financial transaction of 5 million naira and above and it's equivalent in any currency must be done via a financial institution".

So legally that man should be arrested.
Family › Re: Do Women Still Bear Their Husbands' Names After A Divorce? by Vulcanheph(m): 6:00am On May 08, 2021
9jaRealist:
That’s because how most Nigerians culturally regard marriage....
So many Nigerians think a wife is some sort of “stranger” to the family.

That’s why there are a lot of inheritance and general in-law issues...
When marriage is actually an amalgamation, and in most places abroad all wealth during marriage is “community” property (50/50).
>
That is why the OGs like Donald Trump always insist on PRENUPTIAL.
Family › Re: Do Women Still Bear Their Husbands' Names After A Divorce? by Vulcanheph(m): 5:58am On May 08, 2021
See as all the nairaland wannabe feminists Don flood this thread..... If you ain't married to the Man anymore, then you have no excuse still using his name....many of the women you see still using their ex husband's name is probably because the husband's name has a lot of influence in many social and business circles and they wanna use it to their advantage.
If you divorce a man then nothing that concerns the man should be of your concern anymore except the children.
You should not use his name neither should you worry about his money....

I might agree about Dagrin being overated because I have never even heard of him before his death, infact the first time I heard about him was the tribute song that the many artistes made for him when he died, to this very day I can't even list out 4 popular songs by Dagrin but Tupac even though he might not have released a lot of songs like his modern day counterparts but he has made a big impact in the music industry to be called a Legend.

Op, better oil dey your head.

There was a girl I used to ask out before but she was always using me to catch cruise until I moved on.... She later had a child for a Riff Raff that doesn't even care about her or the child.

Recently the chick that never had my time before is already giving me some serious green light.

She doesn't know that I know about the trap she wants to set for me.

The REDPILL might be very difficult to swallow but it's totally worth it.
