1. Do you have a backup? if yes then this is the time to the girl to be promoted to a main chic.
2. The girl does not love you as much as she claimed she did. Reason why? Cheating does not just start from nowhere, it takes a series of conscious actions to bring you that point and except you're willing to admit that your girlfriend is a complete idiot then you must acknowledge the fact that she was aware of where her actions with the guy could lead to and she did not
a. inform you
b. Try to stop herself.
You must know that she was enjoying herself while she was doing the basic things with the guy (calling him, spending time with him, Visiting him in his crib with just two of them alone (Emotional cheating starts before Physical cheating)
3. do not be deceived that perhaps she loved you that is why she confessed, my guy prevention is better than cure. Resisting is easier than confessing.
4. Once a cheat is always a cheat. if three years wasn't enough to stop her from doing it with another guy then there is nothing stopping her from repeating the same mistake again. If you think she is really sorry then look at the past, look at how you thought everything was good then she still cheated and then ask yourself "what evidence do i have now? what has she shown me that will prove that she will not do it again" this evidence must be a big as the 3 years she has violated.

Bottom line, leave the girl and give yourself time to heal and focus on other things

There is nothing strange about using another nature, remember jutsus are done from being able to gather chakra and mold it then transform it into another nature type, some people have a particular affinity for a particular nature type while others have others. Sasuke has two nature types, Fire and Wind and Naruto has Just one that we have seen so far. Sasuke has the Fire Nature type as a result of his Uchiha clan heritage while the lightning na im own. As for Naruto we don't know which nature types his parents have been they both use special Jutsus all the time.
So back to the formation of jutsus, chakra is developed as a result of the mixture of well developed mental and physical energy, physical energy from training and mental energy from experience, Jounins have plenty of both so with more training and experience they begin to practice being able to convert the chakra into other nature types in doing so they discover a second nature type that they can more easily convert to, sometimes they discover a third but the jutsus they do with the other nature types apart from the nature type they have affinity for are weak compared to those done by those who actually have affinity for that element. And if you guys have noticed, kakashi does only one particular justsu with the earth element all the time and only one with the water element most likely because he cannot perform more dificult justsus with the earth element as he doesn't have affinity for it.
That is why the whole shinobi force were able to do that earth justsu, if you look at the specific instruction that shikamaru gave, it had to be a very easy jutsu that EVERYONE could do, meaning most likely a jutsu that would be easy to convert chakra for and perform
