I believe d worst thing dat can happen to someone in a relationship is being used as back up cos when d beloved misbehave and u eventually end up d back up u would still be longing for d beloved.

I do understand what blind trust is, for me to 've come here to seek opinions is because I want d relationship but for someone in a distance relationship and d little time u 've got to spend with her u are getting this kind of impression is really hurting.
Continue trusting blindly ? What if I end up wasting my time and resources? Am 33 now and I 've got so MUCH responsibility.

andromida: No you may not be forced or coerced but you simply do not want the person or the relationship anymore for various reasons. Not all relationships should be worked out by force that's what leads to frustrations and unnecessary deep heart breaks. If you have done your best in a relationship and someone wants to go you should let them be likewise if you have given your best and you cannot find anything to give again, you should not use people as backup in case your beloved relationship fails no one deserves that.
