However, it is a misnomer to observe that tropical regions economy of the world do not adequately exploit this area of comparative advantage to accelerate their development process. In tropical regions home energy need accounts for a considerable amount of national energy need. Ignorance and lack of technical know-how are responsible for how many home dwellers spend hard earned income on artificial means of meeting their home energy need. With ample supply of free natural energy, home dwellers can save tons of money taking advantage of these natural sources of energy for home use. Appropriate technical know-how makes meeting home energy need, a fun while saving a lot of disposable income and resources. What kicks in at this junction is the need to perpetually look for a way to intelligently consume energy. We start the journey by grace. It is written: Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God. After salvation we start the process of growing in faith. Via this process, God deals with us in His school of faithfulness and mercy. Hence, it is written: Ps 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. To be qualify in the school of faithfulness, you need to know what you are supposed to do. Hence it is written: 2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (KJV) This takes time. And apart from knowing what you are supposed to be doing, you must persistently do these things, this as well takes time. So your days in the school of faithfulness is long. Hence, while in school, you need support from your sponsor. This is where the ministry of mercy kicks in. Though you stay long in the school of faithfulness, your stay has time limit, hence if you overstay, the ministry of mercy can be exhausted and its support withdrawn then judgement kicks in. This relationship as revealed by the Holy Spirit above, is the reason while faith is both gift of the spirit and also fruit of the spirit. Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 1Co 12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; You can boldly obtain your miracle when you produce faith the fruit as you qualify in the school of His faithfulness, however, because this takes time, when you are yet to qualify on side of faithfulness you can be referred to the side of mercy, and faith given to you as a gift to enable you obtain your miracle. Conclusion When you approach the throne of grace, on the right hand lies faithfullness of God while on the left hand lies Mercy of God. So the heaven is open. He definitely is not nuts not to do his due diligence before buying. Its not everybody that has time for all your rants on this property section about unnecessary competition for many services you cannot render. I have sites along ijede even before and I know some range of lands still fall within that range, because value is subjective. That I know both from training and practice that has stemmed for more than twenty five years now. That is to let you know I am not land agent. The tread is not even on land value but on development potential. What's the ranting about. If you want to sell land why not place your direct advert instead of armchair speculation of what you are not sure of. |

AZeD1:I can tell you authoritatively that relocation which is known technically as 'decentralisation' is long over due in those locations. Mind you professionally speaking social strife is more than 80% land use problem. Relocation shall offer better planning and organisation. LASG knows better but I wonder why they delayed action until there was casualty. |

contactmorak:Value of land is subjective. However, there is what we call Market Value, which is a reflection of general opinion of all stake holders on opinion of value. Whichever value you get from market make sure you get development implications on such land before you ventured into committing your resources on it. For now, for that range of price in Lagos, you can get land that is close to development viability along Ikorodu axis towards Ijede zone. Hope this helps. |

Arjeeni:What many of you don't and will never understand is that our opinion of who Jesus is not just because of what was written about Him in the scripture, but the evidence of what was written about Him. Tell me of anyone born of woman both past and present who has claimed he is what Jesus claimed, and still be relevant in history for 2000 years. Concerning your bible, even when Jesus was on the earth his own people denied him, what's the big deal about a single account written about him by an individual whose identity we cannot even substantiate. To us who has tasted Jesus, we cannot but pity you and pray for you who has not found Him. May the Lord have mercy on us all. |
