Now i'm of the opinion i have all the requirements that'll guarantee me a visa for a two week holiday in South Africa.
Since i don't want to patronize an agent and i don't want to do anything illegitimate please be my guide:-

(1) Valid International Passport
(2) Copy of passport data page
(3) Yellow card
(4) Three months payslip
(5) Six months statement of account
(6) Booking Verifiable Flight (Arik book on-hold)
(7) Introduction letter from employer

Do i really need the following:-

(1) Submission of Marriage certificate
(2) Police report
(3) Self-introduction letter with physical address and phone number.

How should i go about hotel reservation and save cost?
[b]What more do i need to do to avoid rejection?

Please include your marriage certificate as this will show them that you have a family back home and it's a strong tie to your home country.

consistency is really important my brother, i think you should stick to the 410k you have claimed in your previous application. failure to do so might lead to another Visa Denial .i think what you need to do is to write a comprehensive letter explain to them that you are a business man and your monthly salary/income isn't fixed.
from my own personal experience with UK embassy, anytime i am filling the form and they ask for my monthly income,my answer have always been 10.00--30.00(DEPENDS)
make sure you bracket the word DEPENDS.
at least me and my family have done this 3 times and we haven't been refused for once.
let other Gurus in the house advice you too bro, so that you can compare opinions.

Knowing Nigerian police inside out, the emboldened above is the true account of what really happen. The accuse was only over-tortured to agree to what he didn't do. Let's all just pray we don't get caught up in some real shit like this... once the Nigerian police take you into their 'theatre room', you will willingly script out a terrible self-implicating story just to safe yourself from the pain you're undergoing.

The truth is that, this guy unfortunately bought a stolen vehicle. Period!

The truth is that he was one of the robbers that came to rob the woman and he was identified by the woman and other victims.
Can you pay 500k for a car worth 1.3million naira and you ll be given the car?(toyota camry 2001)
This story cannot be logically true.

Thieves won't be so stupid to maintain a stolen vehicles identity and even fellowship in church with same vehicle.

I believe the guy confessed after 'proper interrogation '

He could have bought the vehicle which was obviously stolen.

After much beating by policemen, he confessed.

This case will lose credibility in court once this guy can prove his alibi.

Don't accept such emotional stories without proper analysis...[/quot

He has confessed already.the guy no be educated thief.na plank seller

The man actually stole it,he didn't buy it.he has made a confessional statement already bro.

I wouldn't bother about it if i were you because, that is a very trivia error which will definitely be overlooked or even corrected by the visa officer once he sees the name (as spelled in the passport). There is no way that your application will be affected by your daughter's misspelled name
And to answer your question, it is allowed to abandon a pending application and fill a fresh form, there is no rules broken in doing that. But for real, you don't have to.

Thanks bro

Good Morning VO, I have a 3days conference coming up in September in Raleigh to be precise.i have already paid for the conference, payment voucher and conference invitation letter has been sent to me sir.
I just want to know if a copy of the voucher and conference invitation letter can be CC to your embassy and do you bother to reference that kind of letter during interviews.
I was denied non immigrant visa last year (november)with my my wife and daughter and I don't want anything to go wrong this time around, that's why I want to know if its possible for the conference organizers to CC your embassy copies of the above mentioned documents.
I have been to UK, FRANCE,GERMANY,BELGIUM,SOURH AFRICA, DUBAI,MOZAMBIQUE with my family in the last 12 months.
I am actually going for the conference ALONE so I am DEFiNiTELY coming back to my family.
Please I Will like to know the address the organizer can CC the Documents(if it is possible anyway)
Thanks and have a great day at work.

That was why i stated that if the problem persists, fill a new DS-160 with a new profile but retain all your information in your old form for consistency....

A section on the DS-160 form has a column for any previous passports used. You can enter your details there. If this current issue you're experiencing persists, create another profile and ensure the details you have in your previous DS-160 form, correspond with this new form.
Have you ever lost a passport or had one stolen?.. That was what was asked on the website bro..there is no place to even write my old passport number sir.. do you advice i create a new profile and i will go to the interview with both passport sir?because if i use the other profile, it means my old passport number will be on my appointment letter.
i really need your advice bro.

Africaine: Hi Vicjustice,
My husband and I applied for 6months UK tourist visas last year and we were given. I travelled but my husband didn't.Now we intend to renew and apply for visas for ourselves and our kids,we have 3 with virgin passports. My question is the fact that my husband didn't travelled going to act against us? Does dat affect me and the kids. And generally can we apply for 2yrs visas for our kids even though they havnt travelled before?

Kindly post your question to the link below.

damola91: Please i read about some repatriation money that has to be paid before submission, how much is that exactly? also, is the lagos high commission still closed for collecting the study permit forms?! thanks in anticipation.

its not everybody that applied for student visa that is asked to pay repatriation, but you might be directed to do so when you are submitting your application.the consular decides who pays or not.
i stand to be corrected anyway.

@Waleabimbola,
Pls, go through my previous post on this same tread, i am sure it will answer your question. In summary, submission and biometrics is now same day, same venue. But you will get an intruction date which may be up to 2 months or more, you may get an earlier date if your case is important eneough to be categorised as EMMERGENCY. Just walk in to the VFS office between 8,00am and 1.00pm monday to friday to submit. when i was there yesterday for collection, no crowd at all. u can get more info from www.france-ng.com

Meanwhile, was your case "Emergency" how come it came out so fast?

How do you mean. Is it that you made a paid booking before visa approval (which is improper), or just ordinary booking?

I guess what the t poster mean is that she has booked/bought her ticket to Lagos, probably she doesn't stay in Lagos and her interview is gonna take place in Lagos.
She might be from the eastern part of the country ...am only guessing anyway

nodawa: @kalmaya you have to @favor gal they stated the reason but i didnt have any valid visa on my passport

let us know their reason for the denying , maybe we can all advice you on what could be done next time.
its not necessary that you must have a valid visa on your passport before france issue you their visa, there are lots of virgin passport that they give visas to and there are lots of people with valid visa on their passport and they still get denied. it all depend on what you submit bro.

@dis guy I don't think I ve any problem with the person inviting because he's sending me all d neccessary documents but what am saying is dat can I mention dat I ve a business which I just registered in my application and what other document can I provide to dis effect
For your question Yes but d company account is not upto a month now
Yes you can mention that you have business that you are running, then make sure you include ,CAC certificate, Article of memorandum, reference letter of the business account from the bank.
You don't have to put business account statement there because you are not using the company money to travel.
But let the bank give you a reference letter stating that the business account exist.
Then you can put few document showing that you are actually running the business, maybe receipt, contract papers and so on

Thanks so much bro. I really appreciate your comment/update.
The last time I did it,I had to book an appointment then I went to the embassy the following day for my biometrics
