You don't need to have a SSN to get a regularly credit in BoA. Unlike Wells Fargo and others BoA can help u build our credit. U just need to build a relationship with the bank for you to get a regular card. They advice you to get a secured card if they see how desperate you are in getting a card. Having a credit card and building ur credit is no big deal for Intl students. Its all about understanding the how the system works here.
