The England centre-back is set to arrive at Old Trafford after the Red Devils and Leicester City finally came to an agreement.

The government can create dedicated fund to be managed and disbursed by CBN and commercial banks for farmers into livestock business to access for the purpose of ranching (Southern and Middle belt states) and open grazing (Northern states). The interest rate on the funds can be as little as 5% and the ministry of agriculture can supervise the implementation and deployment by the various recipients.

That is the objective and reasonable way to subsidise livestock rearing business not to condition every Nigerian to operate RUGA especially when no farming business man is open to such primitive business strategy (open grazing) other than the Fulani's.

It is owned by some rich privileged ones among the Fulanis who obviously can afford ranching but would selfishly and greedily put their business burden on the government of Nigeria.
