Do the aviation authority mean that a helicopter can not do an unscheduled stop due to emergency. The helicopter is managed by a private company and if the pilot believes he can land the helicopter at a spot without danger to anyone, I don't see anything wrong with that.

Stop fooling yourself brother, a lot of Hausa/Fulani are better than you and some southerners. They are not the generally uninformed, shallow and uneducated you took them for several years ago. Infact, a good number of them have evolved beyond your wildest imaginations.

A lot of southerners would date them but for their strong religious and cultural beliefs. However, there are some refined, detribalized, civilized and welcoming ones among them.

There is no lawyer greater than the court. If the Judge in any court ask the greatest lawyer in Nigeria to keep quiet in his court, so shall it be. The judge is the lord in his court.

If you are a defendant in a case in the court where a judge presides and the judge demand for the presence of the accused during the proceedings not minding the argument of the defendant lawyers, so shall it be other wise you provoke a bench warrant and the police will be held in contempt of the court if they don't execute the bench warrant.

Honestly, Innocent-Innoson should stop disrespecting the court and comply ASAP.

Innoson is not given any excuses due process has to be followed. Already from his statement he has appealed for stay of the bench warrant..

Hello Lawyers in the house, can he actually appeal for stay of the bench warrant? He can only retire the bench warrant effectively by appearing in court on the next date of proceedings especially because it was issued due to his refusal to show up in court.

I am too sure that the case in the Lagos court is different from the one that got determined at the Supreme Court otherwise the court in Lagos would have thrown out GT Bank or prosecutor's case.

Innocent-Innoson has been confusing the gullible public deliberately, you need to stop falling for his cheap blackmail. He won a case against GT Bank even in the Supreme Court so I wonder why he is avoiding this other court if he has nothing to hide.

Why is Innocent - Innoson dodging the court session? The case before the court in Lagos is different from the one that got decided at the Supreme Court and he is in no position to dishonor the court invitation.

He didn't honor the court invitation as a defendant for long hence the bench warrant issued against him. Mr Innocent and innoson are not above the law.

He must stop playing the victim card and generating sentiments. Just get your lawyers and go to the court on the next date to resume hearing on the case.

Agbakoba made a lot of sense. I think we need to decentralize power; maybe run about 6 geopolitical zones as the regions with the power to fully function and administer their resources and pay royalty to the central government.

The problem with the Hausa/Fulani elites marriage is a simple one, while the husbands believe in the old order of things which gives the man total control, marry as many wives as possible and subdue any form of protest against his authority from the wives. Over to your question: I don't think westernization is the challenge with traditional African marriages. Marriage is evolving and there are new developments, changes and dimensions to marriage every day.

We must all imbibe tolerance, civilization, patience and calmness especially when provoked. I know it is not easy but we have to try. However, if the marriage is not workable and every means to resolve amicably have been exhausted, please divorce the marriage rather than hate, harm, endanger or destroy each other and ultimately alter the life of the kids.
