lilbest4:Now, that is the problem. It is about superiority for the Spaniards. That is how they pride themselves as superiors to the Portuguese and so you posit that they exhibit the same with the United Kingdom. The Spaniards should go to hell with their language or personality superiority. Bale and I care less. That is part of the reasons their economy has been struggling to exit recession. |
mastermaestro:CR7 is a Portuguese and that explains why the language is not a barrier for him in Spain. Real Madrid did not employ Bale to speak Spanish language. He was employed to play football and he has been playing good football whenever he is featured. Can you be critical of Aguero who does not speak English and has been in Man City for long. It is Bale's choice to speak Spanish or not hence, the fans and club need to primarily judge him with his performance on the pitch which has been good. The club manager and fans are the disrespectful ones in Bale's case. Madrid's best of all time, CR7, assimilated the ways of the people. Until he left they saw him as part of them. But the proud overrated Briton thinks his language is superior and would not learn another. |
GOFRONT:The party never finish naaaa |
gaby:Must he learn the language? Should his lack of interest in learning the language attract such level of disrespect? The manager and fans want him out in a disrespectful manner and he gets a club with mouthwatering offer and then someone felt the need to circumvent the effort. That is wickedness on Real Madrid's part. |

Lanre0:Really! |
Honestly, this statement by MURIC fall my hand: “We contend that Christian groups are most hypocritical. They support the Shiites because they tend to see it as an opportunity to decimate Islamdom, particularly in Nigeria. What really matters to them is how to weaken Islam in the country. It sounds too much like ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend". When the MURIC man referred to "the enemy of my enemy," I was wondering if what he meant was that the Federal Government is an enemy to christians, Sunni Muslim persons or who? |
ItsMeAboki:LOL! You are still at "reverting the revert" |
ItsMeAboki:You need to go basic English language. Maybe you will understand the meaning of more words and realise the need to stop fooling yourself. "Reverting" is a present participle of "revert". |
ItsMeAboki:Permit me to expantiate: Free Dictional re·vert (rĭ-vûrt′) v. re·vert·ed, re·vert·ing, re·verts v.intr. 1. a. To go back to a former condition, practice, subject, or belief: a meadow reverting to forest; a reformed shoplifter reverting to old habits; a speaker reverting to her opening remarks. b. To resume using something that has been disused: had to revert to the typewriter when the computer failed. 2. Law To be returned to the former owner or to the former owner's heirs. Used of money or property. 3. To cause to go back to a former condition, practice, subject, or belief Merriam-webster dictionary Definition of revert intransitive verb 1 : to come or go back (as to a former condition, period, or subject) 2 : to return to the proprietor or his or her heirs at the end of a reversion 3 : to return to an ancestral type Lesson for you: You seem to assume that we are not intelligent or schooled on Nairaland. Let me emphasise that we can not be fooled by you. Avoid coming to this platform to misrepresent your personal opinion as authoritative statement or statement of fact. Your arguments: on the meaning of "revert" in the context that you used it is wrong; on the need to accept Free Range Grazing or Farming for large scale cattle rearing or business is unjustifiable, irrational, not economical and less efficient. |
Most senior doctors working at Garki Hospital and every other hospital are consultants. They operate at several hospitals, on call or per time, on consultancy basis. That explains the reason the particular doctor was far away. We can not effectively address that challenge without improving the welfare and salaries of doctors; ensure proper and documented contractual agreement with the consultant doctors with identified controversial areas addressed; compelling doctors to keep to time and serve their time at their places of assignment. The desire for material and monetary gains makes our doctors to prioritise remuneration and income above the ethics of their profession. Sometimes, the challenge is also red taping, bulk-passing, bureaucracy and policy of the hospital management with respect to patient treatments. This is a matter that most of the hospitals, especially private hospitals, should review with a primary view to save lives. Ultimately, this emphasises the need to widen the scope and penetration of Health Insurance acceptance and coverage in Nigeria. Every patient deserves to be treated without hesitation due to bills payable given that the human and material resources to administer the treatment are available or accessible. |
ItsMeAboki:Honestly, I wanted to let you off the hook but I see you wanna push it. You came to Nairaland with claims that European and American countries dumped ranching for Free Range Grazing or Farming and I requested you to prove it by mentioning the countries and you refer me to google. I wonder what kind of writer, reporter or analyst does that. Your contribution is not substantiated; you are like someone writing authoritatively without crediting your source. Now you want me to do the research work for you to substantiate your ridiculous argument. Mr Aboki, I put it to you that there is no European or American state or country that dumped ranching for free range grazing or farming except on subsistence farming scale which is still restricted because your cattle can only roam on your property. Stop feeding us lies to justify your selfish, primitive and exploitative idea. |
Celebgistz1:The proverbial "chicken will be roasted in 2023". He will not even win in South West only. ![]() |
ItsMeAboki: You are not serious, brother mi. |
ItsMeAboki:Give us examples of European and American states that have reverted from ranching to your primitive free range farming. Also tell us why ranching isn't the best option to address this herdsmen and farmers crises. Outline the possible options other than RUGA. |
mizzochocinco:You plan to still "eat your cake and have it after wedding" obviously. Why didn't you tell him you are getting married especially on that weekend? Why is he planning a holiday involving you when you know he is married and you are about to get married. |
ItsMeAboki:The FG may get away with such expenditure because the president is desperate to implement RUGA in favor of his Fulani folks. However, there is no excuse for RUGA policies aimed at subsidising livestock rearing business in that magnitude. The government can create dedicated fund to be managed and disbursed by CBN and commercial banks for farmers into livestock business to access for the purpose of ranching (Southern and Middle belt states) and open grazing (Northern states). The interest rate on the funds can be as little as 5% and the ministry of agriculture can supervise the implementation and deployment by the various recipients. That is the objective and reasonable way to subsidise livestock rearing business not to condition every Nigerian to operate RUGA especially when no farming business man is open to such primitive business strategy (open grazing) other than the Fulani's. |
Femijohn198:You don smoke weed abi! That is why you are on this thread talking trash. Why don't you advocate ranching which is simply practiced in all advanced and developing countries and has proven to be better that any other method of breeding livestock? Is livestock rearing not a private business. Why should government subsidize the business for some minorty ethnic group with the resources of the nation? Does it make sense to you. The lot of Fulani walking cattle around the bush and space of Nigeria don't own the cattle. It is owned by some rich privileged ones among the Fulanis who obviously can afford ranching but would selfishly and greedily put their business burden on the government of Nigeria. They would rather have their cattle destroy the legitimate farming business of other Nigerians for selfish reasons. If you have no reasonable contribution just read and pass.Don't you come on this thread to push RUGA agenda. Better still, if you must have RUGA, take it to the northern Nigeria states where they desire it and don't force it on states that do not want it. |
qualityovenbake:Na Juventus want am ohhh. Since Higuain dey mess up and Mandžukić don dey old. |
qualityovenbake:Bros, you no dey current. Na Dybala or Costa for Lukaku dey on board. Try update. |
WHITELIGHTER:I am very realistic: Bruno Fernandez is on his way to Manchester for medicals as I write. Milinkovic-Savic has an agreement with us already, we are just tidying the deal with his club. He already bid his team mates good bye. We are also waiting to finalise Pogba's exit deal. Maguire is too sure a done deal especially with Bailly injury. Even if we have to buy at £90M, it must be done and it may be the last deal because it may go down to the wire. Lukaku is on his way out, too sure, we have been waiting on Inter Milan but them no fit pay minimum of £75M because of Financial Fair play Rules and as God will have it. Juventus showed interest in Lukaku with desire to swap Dybala. We would love to have Dybala but we had a discussion with him and he is a little reluctant and asked to have a discussion with Sarri before he can make a decision. We no get much time to waste so we requested Juventus to trade off Douglas Costa + additional money on the Lukaku swap deal if Dybala is unwilling. So you see, I am realistic. |
sprints1:Milinkovic-Savic is a combatant player who can fit the role of Central Defensive Midfielder and can easily switch to attack mode. Go a check his statistics on balls he lost in possession and balls he won off opposition. Besides, when you have a reliable defence line. You don't need a static defensive midfielder. Maguire is also skilled at bringing the ball out from defence line to supply the midfielders so we do not need a defensive midfielder that will have to come to back line to take the ball off defenders. |
WHITELIGHTER:Bros, I no dey sleep. I dey see welllaaa! |
Unrated900:No, abeg! Tell them to bring £150M, that is our last price otherwise, no deal. |
Please check this out: Potential Man Utd squad 2019/2020 James (11), Martial (9), Rashford (8.), Bruno Fernandez (7), Dybala (10), Milinkovic-Savic (6), Wanbissaka (2), Maguire (5), Lindelof (6), Shaw (3) and Dea Gea (1). OR James (11), Martial (9), Rashford (8.), Bruno Fernandez (10), Douglas Costa (7), Milinkovic-Savic (6), Wanbissaka (2), Maguire (5), Lindelof (6), Shaw (3) and Dea Gea (1). Man Utd will be indomitable. EdWoodward and Ole, please make it happen this season. |
qualityovenbake:Please tell Juventus or Real Madrid to be quick about it. Come and get Pogba ASAP. Abeg! Note: tell them to bring at least £150M. |
martineverest:Maguire, Fernandez, Milinkovic-Savic and perhaps Dybala will be done. Just dey watch! Besides, Bruno Fernandez is not an average player. You will see. |
Kingosytex:We go shock you! |
damiloladuke:Tuoyo is a diabolical low life afterall. |
Igbos can quit now abeg. I don tire to dey hear this threat for years. They have been at it since the failed Biafra proclamation. |
