Pipefitter: One of the major challenges of this job is exposure to fumes from welders. Pipefitters work in tandem with welders and as such basic PPE should be mandatory at all times to limit the inhalation of toxic fumes.
Ofcourse, there are other challenges working at height (especially for those that have the phobia) shattering of discs and so on but the good news is that there are equipments in place to protect the fitter and those working with him.
The worst I have experienced is arc eye, when I started off but majorly now is having no time for myself
