Nothing works in Naija, so i might something and my Oga at the top will say another thing....Seriously and Hypothetically, CODS as the name implies is the professional and ethical head of the Armed forces. the Hon Minister is a mere layman, a politician and administrator of d Min of Defence... The NSA is a big gun.. an adviser, strategist and intel officer to the office of the Executive/Presidency...He oversees National and Internatnal Intelligence, just as the Attorney-general and Surveyor-general oversee judiciary and land matters. So all in all, whether in Military or Democratic govt, the NSA is the Oga at the top, cos he oversees intelligence ( Police SSS Immigration Army Navy Airforce Home affairs International relations Witches and Wizards) and also speaks directly into the Presidents ears. 2 Likes |
