The misconception that bleaching is anything to do with looking caucasion is the main bone of contention here.

@OP people bleach because they are not content with the way God made them. it is in the same category as bosom jobs, permanent make up, sex change operation etc It is not a small enhancement of ur beauty such as fixing nails, fixing hair or putting makeup, it is a significant change which requires a big commitment that u can often never go back from!!!
it is also used when it is required medically such as a skin diesease or you boobs are too heavy for you frame etc

for one bleachin is permanent weave on is not! bleaching has a health risk weave on does not (except you want to say needles which could be same for injection or barbing your hair) need i go on? there is a big reason weavon and bleaching ar not in the same category!!!!!!!

yes i can i wont go out of my way to buy a lot of them but i wont say no either. i played with toy guns when i was a kid name it space guns the small india ones, and especially the water guns! it hasnt made me violent and it hasnt made me like real guns. same goes for my two brothers. you train your children not the toys. shielding ur children from all those thgns will only make them more curious about it. if they are not restricted from it they wiull play with it and eventually grow out of it but if not? it could be one of those things they have great interest in because they feel they never had it!

The following week after I had left naija, my sister told me it was reported in the media that the armed robber was killed in a shoot out with the police. Lol

I advice u to come to  International Airport Chaplaincy, Abuja. Go there and find out if they have cooks. If you have nothing to say why don't u just shush? Just go there and find out the setting of everything. As at the time of my predicament, there were no cooks, no mass servants, no body except the Rev. Many people have done things they are too afraid to admit while going to other poeples threads to start judging them. meanwhile in their hearts they know they are doing worse. Though it was an experience and made me better and more matured; it was ever going into a relationship in the university. Wondered why parents usually ask girls (when they get to tell their parents abt their relationships) what is he doing? Not primarily because of the money, but anyone who's matured to handle some sort of paid employment has a better attitude/prospects towards the relationship. Now things a better and clearer. I'm working and can/do spend way above my pocket money in a semester on her comfortably and joyfully. When there's a project, she gives me no single pressure. Sometimes i beg her to collect money.

In all things, i'm grateful to God because He somehow makes beautiful things out of wrecked or wretched lives.
