My disappointment is not Fashola, for I've always suspected that his government was corrupt, but with our media that kept mute in the face of such monumental corruption. As far as Fashola corruption charges are concerned, I put the entire blame on the media who deceived Lagosians and, by extension, Nigerians into believing that all was well. The media investigative claws didn't have effect in Lagos. It was a deliberate slip from the media.

The hour cometh for new leaders. I advise anyone who wants to make his mark in politics to join the PDP now, as the APC is congested. We must support the opposition, lest our democracy dies.
