 I know an employer, who doesn't believe in using his employees as a slave. "They work for you to earn a living…" he'll say… "They deserve their respect their own way. The world revolves and times change. They can be in my place in the future while I come to theirs." All the people you meet going up, you may meet them again on your way down. So, know how you treat people. Create an atmosphere you'd love to be in for others as well. That's why he always tell his employees ways of investing part of their salaries so as to have a passive income even while working for him, "Because you see this job, it won't be yours forever. So make hay while there is sunshine." And he's happy he made a family out of his employees. And you dare not tell him you have no suggestion(s) or idea(s).
