I'm aware of gtb reputation, but still have to address this very issue. The bank needs to take a zero tolerance stand on customer abuse. I don't tithe to any church cos I do not belong to one, but I give more than tenth of my income to those who need it, guess what I reap so much blessing cos in this world you get as much as you give.
